I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
Have not had a good experience. Received order but turned out blurry. I understand that it was because of low resolution picture. I emailed right after canvas was received and that was on December 31. Have been emailing back and forth and was told that all I needed to do was send a picture of front and backsides and submit a higher resolution picture and they would redo for me. I did both of those things and now they are telling me that I need to reorder and I could get 10% off. It is January 18,2023 and this still has not been resolved. Their email response time is terrible!
I've ordered from CanvasChamp several times... and for prints that are very important to me... my daughters wedding and my new granddaughter. They are always beautiful! No matter what size I order, they always come out amazing. They are quick and very reasonably priced. I have never been disappointed. I will be ordering again!

Ordered 2 canvases from them and both were lopsided and half an inch smaller than what their listing claims. They tried to claim product variation but product variation is millimeters not half an inch. The problem is not just that they are smaller but that it's half an inch shorter on the top corner and full size at the bottom so there is a visible leaning look to them. Completely unacceptable. Realized when I was looking at their site after that their product guarantee on their site only speaks about shipping times and not their actual work so I should've assumed the actual product would be mediocre. They offered a small discount for their mistake (they won't admit mistake just "variation") which is a slap in the face.

This order was supposed to have arrived at the end of August and I didn't receive it until the middle of September. Please be honest and upfront with your production and delivery! When my 24" pillow of my dog arrived for my daughter, I found it incredible that it was stuffed into a very small square box practically bursting at the seams! Very disappointed with the shipping and delivery - the product was ok. Probably wouldn't order again because there is no guarantee that I would get my item on time.

I ordered a triptych (split) canvas from Canvas Champ, and there are several serious quality issues with the three canvases (of varying levels of severity) which make the canvas basically a piece of trash, it's too ugly to hang up on a wall.
On of the split pieces is so badly out of square, that from top to bottom there is over 0.5" difference from the bottom left to top left (and the same on the right hand side). This is very obvious when you try to align it with the other two pieces of the triptych.
Two of the pieces bulge at the top from the hard particle board underneath, which is also visible while hanging. As well, the hanging hardware (which costs extra to have installed with your order) wasn't even complete - one of the hangers is mounted backwards, and another is missing a screw.
I tried to open a support ticket, but it has been over a week and they have not responded. AVOID!

The shipping time was accurate and tracking gave me day to day updates of where my package was. The picture quality on the canvas is very good and I am very satisfied with the finished product. I know there are a lot of bad reviews here but I had a great experience and would buy again
I ordered a metal print which was a little smudged when I received it. They initially offered me 15% off a future purchase if I was okay with the mark, but after pushing back, they re-did the order and replaced it at no cost. It looks great now.

What I don't like, You should be able to add all the canvas's you want with different pictures at once instead of one by one. It is not clear on your website that a proof is part of the process. I could not see the lyrics on top of the photo. I had to use the chat feature to understand the process. Please fix this! I give 5 stars because I receive a very nice quality!

I've had pretty good success here. I'm pleased with the prints, the ship packaging was fantastic for large prints. My only complaint this last time was that the wood used for one of my frames was a bit warped. I was pretty concerned at first, but once I hung it, the warping was less noticeable. Time will tell.

Most of my experience with Canvas Champ has been fine, but several of these canvases were packed poorly. This resulted in the screws for the hanging mechanism, making a dent on the canvas right below, making it some thing I had to discount for my buyers. This resulted in loss of income. Canvas Champ says it they are re-printing and resending, but I am still waiting for this shipment. I gave a high score of four out of five, because I have faith that Canvas Champ will make the order right by me.

The quality of the print job was top notch. The product is good quality, as well, and feels like it will last. I got a pillow and a print canvas. The pillow's fabric is sturdy enough to withstand intensive attention from one of my house cats already. The canvas had a lot of black on it, and it looks really consistent and clean, with crisp edges.

I have used Canvas Champ before. The end product is beautiful. Far better than others that I have tried, and I have ordered both canvas prints and photo blankets. The blanket is especially nice, good quality, and still looks great after many washings! It is easy to upload your photo and there are many sizes to choose from, or you can customize to get the exact size canvas print that you want. Best of all, the prices are better here and the specials and discounts are, as well. I have recommended this

I havent seen the HD metal print yet, so that may still be ok, but I spoke with their online chat support before ordering in November. I was guaranteed it would arrive before Christmas - its a gift, with an estimated delivery of Dec 14.
On Dec 21 they shipped it, and since its coming from India, FedEx says estimated delivery Jan 4. They do a pretty good job pretending to be a Canadian company. I dont mind buying from India, but I do hate being lied to.

Ordered 8 pc of 16" square pillows with my own design printed on them. 100% polyester. Placing order was SO easy. Product came about 1 week later in one box with compressed inserts. The color was spectacularly vibrant, the fabric was thick and smooth, and the zipper was heavy duty and discreetly sewn. FABULOUS service and product.
