I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
I've ordered three canvas prints from CanvasChamp, all family photos. The quality of the final product has always been amazing! I am shocked at the high quality, considering how inexpensive they have been. I will keep ordering from this company for all my canvas needs!
The quality and convenience of the prints on canvas turned out beautifully. The 8x8 size is too cute. I purchased pictures for my brother and his family and my parents, as well as myself. They love them! The speedy delivery is also a huge plus!

Just don't waste your time and money. I should have listened to other reviews. I have ordered from other companies before and have never experienced such terrible delays, lack of information and no response to my emails. Placed my order 3.5 weeks ago and still have "no scheduled delivery date".

Printed a 8x10 metal image. So blurry the first time. Re-printed, their customer service didn't check or not care about this re-print. Sending a dusty print every where on the metal image! Terrible quality, wasting all the time for this! If anyone looking for quality print, don't send here. Only if u want cheap and not quality!

I ordered around 25 canvases in the last month and each one was done beautifully and with high-quality materials! They were easy to hang because they positioned the hangers on the back perfectly. I did have one that was damaged when it arrived and they exchanged it without hassle. The ordering process was easy and the shipping time was FAST! They over delivered on their promise! I ordered wedding photos from them, they sent me someone else's after waiting 2 weeks. They didn't offer me a refund or anything, just in store credit. Awful to have that happen and would hate for it to happen to you. I have a picture of someone's else's kids now. Order with someone else... they aren't worth the hassle.
Delivery was great. Well packaged and secure. The sizes were correct on both prints. Stretches well on the canvas. All good, except the black and white pic came back in a greenish color so it doesn't work for what I had planned for it. That was disappointing since I was so excited to receive them. But, it was probably from what I sent for some reason. But being a black and white pic I didn't expect that or think I needed to be concerned of the color. I was more concerned going there large if it would be blurry and that came out great.

Prices were cheaper than any other site, shipping was surprisingly so fast, AMAZING quality of the frame and canvas as well as clarity of the prints on such huge canvases! I placed an order for a panoramic canvas, but when it arrived, the packaging was smashed and the canvas inside was ripped. I contacted canvas champ to report the problem, including pictures of the damaged canvas, based on the instructions on their website, and heard nothing back from them. So I have a ripped canvas that I paid over $80 for. Never use this service again!

I had issues while ordering, and after complaining, I received an email stating I will have a credit. Then, when I responded to a questionnaire you sent me, I was promised I would receive by email for a free medium-sized canvas where I only paid shipping. Never got the email. I do not want to go through the pain of your website again to get to the end and find neither credit on my acct.

Assumed products were being shipped from US to Canada so I didn't expect an extra $20 fee for duties.
Prices for the product are good but make sure you also add another $15-$20 for duties when comparing to other sites. At that point, you're better off getting your prints from US/CAN websites for a little more.

I order 1 frame canvas print the framing was horrible and I order I canvas print that was not framed so they folded it in half and it has a big crease in the center of it. Who the hell folds canvas prints. I will never use them again. Stay away from them

I have ordered canvas prints from CC and was very pleased with quality and delivery time, in fact had the order in a week! So thought I would try a 16x24 Acrylic print. Again the turnaround time was fast but the print was damaged. Contacted customer support they said to send them images of the damage area and they made a new print, infact made me two by mistake and said to keep the extra at no charge.
I would like to thank John for his help in getting this matter corrected in a timely manner.

I was very disappointed! I paid an extra $25 to get the gift in time for Christmas. Instead I got it 3 weeks later. Then when I did receive it, it was a lot smaller than I expected. Other than the time it took and size difference, my daughter loved the gift. But the clock is so small, it can only be used for Decoration. Since I didn't get my gift on time, I should be reimbursed the extra amount I paid. But they refuse.

I ordered a large canvas print (30x47) and the first one I got back was dark and the colors were flat and muted. That's not the worst part. It also had a large bump in the canvas, light streaks and wrinkles. They did offer to do a free reprint or give me a 20% refund, which was basically worthless to me. I opted for the free reprint. I just got it back and the colors were the same and there were large wrinkles on the left side of the print. I just sent them an email to see what my options are but noted I was not interested in another print. If just seems they're not to good with large canvas prints.

I really wanted to love CanvasChamp.com. Positives:
- Prompt response to questions and queries
- Timely delivery. The expected delivery was March 17th and it was delivered on March 17th at 12:30 p.m.
Negatives:
I ordered a 30"x25" metal print and paid 100+ USD for it. The print was very dark and the colors were very different than the colors in the JPEG that I used. The trees are all dark brown (they are green in my photo). I am very disappointed by the print quality. In fact, the print is so bad that I am not going to hang it in my living room.
I really wanted to like and recommend CanvasChamp, but unfortunately, I am not going to recommend them for metal prints.

I received my order in a timely fashion but the color was dull and there was printing all around the edges. Took over a month and several messages/resending of photos to get a reprint nearly 2 months later. The color is better, but the reprints are CROOKED. Never heard back from customer service when I sent in photo a month ago. Beyond disappointed.
