I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!

I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.

I had a bit of confusion with the order page, but your telephone assistant dealt with my questions helpfully. Just checking to see how prints come out. This is my first time order, and my prints look good I will order this week more but I hope to get one discount because I want to make big order!

Very poor service and customer care services. The customer care no. Is non responsive, there is no support from the customer care, not able to fulfill its due day promises. It's been 10 days and it still showing in production, very poor customer service, not value for money

Picture was delivered dirty. They don't put arcrylic on both sides. Contacted Customer Service and they gave me the run around. At first offered a 20% discount, then 30%, then full refund. And now they wont offer any refund.

I ordered 9 canvases for an anniversary gift and was a little concerned that some of the photos that weren't quite as clear would show up as a little more blurry on the canvases due to the size increase. This however was not the case at all! They were all perfect and CanvasChamp even put a hard surface behind the canvases for support! I would and will, recommend their products to any and everyone I know! And this is coming from a person who is very picky when it comes to good quality.

Ordered an item for delivery August 3, my wife's birthday. Was led to believe it was coming from California. It was shipped from India. I paid extra for express shipping. When I checked to say the delivery date is "pending", no idea when I'll get it. Called customer service. Got a bunch of double talk and no better idea of when I'll get it. Asked for refund of the extra shipping I paid for express shipping. Told me to call back when u get the package. Why.? When I asked, he changed the subject. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I let them know their promo code wasn't working. The person on the other end sent a. Png of a screen that is an old version of their site, I asked again for a solution and he said "thanks for contacting us. Have a good time!" and disconnected. Lol, I bought from their competition. Don't waste your time on CanvasChamp

Ordered 2 as sample. Umbrellas were cheap quality but pictures were good. Shipped on time and came soon. Needed for a wedding so I ignored quality and ordered 8 more. Ad said they built and shipped in 2 days so I chose standard shipping. When updated I found it took 9 days before shipping and I got a revised delivery date of the day after the wedding that half blamed FEDEX. NOT SO. Got the umbrellas just before the wedding but lost trust in the company.

I ordered a canvas print and a custom rubiks cube. While I got the canvas print way before the estimated deviled date, I never got my rubiks cube. Customer service stopped responding. I had to go out and find a new present because they cheated me out of the one I ordered.
They also asked for proof I never got my ru it's cube. Not sure how I am supposed to show them something I never received. Will never order from them again.

My canvas was shipped quickly. I like it, but I made it too big from the original and it looks more like a painting than a photo. Standing far away improves the look. This is my error, although I did not get a warning that the zoom would make it look so distorted.

I've ordered from this company previously and usually in all instances you get, with the order confirmation, the ability to see proofs. This has apparently changed as the option not only wasn't made available but when the order confirmation arrived it stated that I'd elected not to receive proofs. I never opted not to receive proofs ever. Customers have the right to see proofs as its a very important quality issue.
I will not be ordering from this company again for this reason

In shipping, my original order of 3 panel canvas picture had 1 of the panels damaged. Canvas Champ was wonderful to replace the whole set of 3 no problem. When I received the new panels, the picture was quite a bit darker than the original. It looks ok but is definitely a little on the dark side.

I hoped it would come out well. When I received it, I was ecstatic! It was perfect. I used the print for a silent auction item for our Seafarers' Center fundraiser. The piece sold for about $250. The colors are quite what I expected but the over all picture looks good. I believe the price was very low for the product I purchased. I received my item about a week, earlier than the expected arrival date given, which was surprising due to many businesses having delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic!

Tip for consumers:
I think is better to ask for discount if you make more canvas prints, they make me some $$ discount!

There was an issue when FedEx first tried to deliver the order. My husband and I were away from home for a few days, and I planned to have my sister stop by and put the package inside my house. I did not realize that FedEx would not deliver without a signature. After a few days of texting and emailing, My sister was able to pick up the package at the FedEx office in Prescott Valley. I made a simple mistake at checkout and no one would help fix it. If you make any mistakes ordering product online, like too many or too little, or wrong promo code, this company will not help you.

While contacting customer service I was talking with Melvin who was extremely rude. He told me, and I quote "No one will help you."

I called the company, and they said to email for a response. So I did. The response I got was "We applied the promo code that you selected. Everything is fixed." No, it is NOT fixed, that was the error.

So I called again, I was lied to and told that I didn't receive the promo cause of the handle on the mug I selected and then was told I would get an updated email. I waited a day, nothing. So I checked by selecting a new purchase of the same product and the promo code was there, confirming I was lied to.

I submitted a ticket about my order, again nothing.

While I can't say this company is fraud as it still delivers a product, but they are out to take advantage of any mistakes their customers make.

Any other place would be better than this.

I'd also like to point out that their website showcases an abundance of good reviews, but does not allow you to actually leave one. The button to the 4.4 star review is blurry and to me looks fake. The page it opens doesn't look like an actual google review page and the info on it looks fabricated as it just says "partnered with google". This was one of the only places I could find to review and warn others about this company.

Tip for consumers:
I forgot to add that one of the mugs is blurry, they print darker than the original image and they crop the image a few mm inwards, so things got cut off for me.

I ordered a poster on Matt paper with lumination. It came with air bubbles everywhere. It should be caused by the shrinking lumination layer. I complained and they shipped me a replacement. But this time it was printed on glossy photo paper(thinner and lighter than poster paper) and no lumination at all! I gave up! Will never buy from them again.

I have ordered a product from Canvas Champ and I got the delivery date but they are delivering the product very late for users. If you ask support they will mention, we have highlighted the case but nothing happens with the order delivery, very very late delivery. Don't expect products to deliver on time.

I ordered a huge amount of prints of my artwork. Spent over 655.00. This wasn't my first time ordering from them. My previous experience was good, but I had ordered the heavier, thicker prints. This time I ordered their feather-lite weight prints. It was a mistake. I had to take about half of them apart to try to get the waves and bumps out of the canvas. Then, when I tried to fit them in frames that were supposed to fit the size I ordered, they were too small and most of them were crooked. The images were okay, but a little too saturated. That could have been my fault in the images I sent. I also would have liked to be able to reduce the image sizes to fit better on the format. I didn't see a way to do that on the website. It's almost embarrassing to try to sell these as valid art prints. I'm not sure I will give them another chance even with the heavier prints I had ordered previously.

Don't order their feather lite canvas prints.
