I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!

I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.

This was a relatively easy process to follow; this was my first time. I was surprised to find that it was shipped from India but I certainly was pleased with the results. I don't think the photograph could have been rendered any better. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

Just do yourself a favor, ignore all the positive orders and do not order from here. I placed an item for an order two weeks ago, and it got delivered to the wrong state altogether. And I've not received a response from CanvasChamp yet about a refund for the same.

The frame I ordered arrived on time and looks beautiful. I foolishly didn't realize at first that there was a tinted cover to protect the plexus glass and thought that I had accidentally ordered green glass. But I quickly realized my mistake and the frame looks beautiful with my art work. Great quality and just what I was hoping.

I ordered 3 metal prints. The quality is not what you get with competitors, but the price made up for it. One of the prints had some scratches, so they sent a replacement. The replacement also had some damage, but it's not worth reporting again. So decent quality and customer service for the price.

I decided on a fleece blanket with a photo and words that said "I'm proud of you". It held significant meaning and a reminder to the person I was gifting this to. The fleece blanket feels cheap and the words are nowhere to be found. It defeats the point of being custom. I wish I would have read the reviews from other sites because the ones they have are all positive.

When put to the task, they took the order, charged for expedited delivery and didn't deliver. Then they got funny - they send a faked FedEx confirmation with the shipment being send to India the next day (one day after it was supposed to be delivered) - only for the tracking number to vanish the next day - it couldn't be found anymore. Their response - one excuse after another.
Two things - they print in India not in the US company, as they claim.
And unreliable as hell.
Fortunately I just wanted to see if can find a another printer for large metal prints - I going to stick with Pictorem.com - great prints, personal service, on-time delivery

Tip for consumers:
Use Pictorem.com if you want quality large metal prints - you call - they pick up the phone - yes they are in Canada, but they make sure you get your prints

I placed an order for my canvas, when it arrived it was hardly the picture I submitted. So i contacted customer service and they showed me the re-print they would send, and I am waiting for the painting to arrive. Customer service was timely and helpful via email. This is not my first time when I buy from here and I will buy again next month!

You'll see a lot of reviews here that talk about production delays. I literally opened a support chat before ordering and asked about the negative reviews, they said "oh there was a delay in december, but January is fine", the site said "Delivered by Jan 31". On Jan 30th, I still hadn't received tracking info, so I logged on to the site, and it said "in production". I opened another chat, asked what the deal was, "oh production delays". They are cheap because they lie about delivery dates. Who knows if I'll ever receive my print. I'd recommend you go elsewhere.

My experience with CanvasChamp was but excellence in service & good quality of product. I had canvassed several places in Alberta & elsewhere but only CC has flexibility in giving me what I need at very reasonable price. I made additional order of photo mugs after my original bulk order & they accommodated my request with no extra cost. When my order wasn't delivered on scheduled date specified (not their fault) Brian, Sam & Mike were all on top of everything, giving me daily feedback & assurance I will get my order on time for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. True enough FedEx delivered my order still earlier than expected. I couldn't be more happier! Only I didn't find the receipt proof of purchase in the boxes!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure to reply to customer service feedback & remind them to include a purchase receipt in case immigration ask?

This is my second time shopping with this site. The pricing was great but every time I tried to adjust my image the page refreshed itself and I had to reload all over again. It was extremely frustrating and finally i finish but now praying the company gets the image sized correctly! My first order was great!

Stay away from this website! I should have ordered from Google Photos or FreePrints, but liked that CanvasChamp offered smaller prints (3x5 is what I believe I ordered). They were fairly inexpensive, so I ordered several dozen photos.

Firstly, the packaging was so strange. I had to sign for my package (they're photos not a diamond ring!) and it came with about 16 layers of film on it. No box or anything, just film. Because there was no box, my photos came bent. So those 16 layers didn't protect my photos from damage.

After I spent an hour trying to get all the film off, I opened my photos and saw that all 35 of them had a red border around them. At least half an inch thick. Uhhhh...I don't think I asked for my photos to come with a red border? Now they're all super ugly, and I have to spend another hour cutting the border off all of them.

So yeah. I'll never be using this company ever again. Go with Google Photos or another trusted printing source.

The pictires in composite metal print were light and colors not true. They sent a redo, and color much better but there was no way to hang the print like on the first one. All it had was bouble sided sticky tape which no intelligent person would use because it would pull paint off the wall

Update. They never sent my confirmation so I disputed it with my credit card company. When I called them they were telling me to shut up. I asked for the address which they would not give me. I asked for the manager. They did not speak english well so I managed to find the address and it is a large supermarket office space of one floor so they do not do business there. Fake address. They sent me a crappy picture. The guy even told me that I was scarying him and why I want to make trouble. Not an american business and these guys are scam artists. Buyer beware.

Do not use these people. Lack quality and this is not a legit business

I called because I never received the confirmation. This man began shutting me down and belittle me. I hung up and called again and same person. He wanted more information from my credit card company to which I replied NO. I called my credit card company right away and having the charges disputed. If this is not refunded I will contact the better business bureau and attorney general office. Google the address and you will see that they are not located there. It is an office to a large supermarket chain. This is a staff of 2 people who do not speak English very well and even told me to shut up when I called them back and began yelling at me. Then told me I was scarying them. Claming why you want to make trouble. To save face after a month they finally mailed it and it was crap work. Even when I used a paypal they asked me for my bank information. What does that have to do with anything. Buyer beware.

Tip for consumers:
Never received a confirmation. No email No information on shipping status. Does not allow you to speak. Cuts you off in the middle of your conversation. To me that is a red flag. Disputing.

Products used:
Canvas print never received it. No update status and wanted credit card information. Did not give it to him. Susupicious.

I placed an order and paid extra to have it shipped by a certain date. We are a week past the date and I still cannot get a straight answer as to where my order is. I called customer service the first time and they said my order was shipped and I would receive an email update, no email update. I called customer service on the day my order was supposed to arrive and they said there was an error in my order and it needed to go back to production for a reprint. I would get an update on the shipping emailed to me, no email update. I called again a week after the order was due and now they are telling me that due to the pandemic they are having shipping issues and it will be sent out within 24-48 hours and of course I will get an email with updated shipping information. 3 different calls, 3 different answers.

The accent was too strong for me to understand, because of that I couldn't get the discount that I was promised. I needed help walking through it. The people were nice and patient though. But after all this I receive my order in 8 days and for this price the canvas quality was great. Thank you!

I don't understand. The prints come all the way from India, and there's a 50% chance they'll be the wrong size. They lie about their "laminating" it's just a clear coat they spray over it, but god only knows if they even do THAT or are just charging you extra money for nothing. Colors are faded and dull. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Ordered from here before and our canvas was flawless, look forward to ordering more in the future! I did a custom size and it was perfect! The frame was very sturdy and the print was on heavy duty canvas. I ordered and got delivery all in less then a week!

I must have had to close out a pop up box from your site about 25 times (3 times per picture). The pop up box was to tell me you don't support firefox, etc. I am using explorer, and kept having to close out that box. It would also be nice to allow us to upload all our pictures at once, but for all this I give 5 stars because the quality it was awsome and very very cheap price!

My experience was good. The option section was just a bit confusing, however.
When I was concerned about the quality of the print (because of the large size), the customer service I received was excellent. We communicated back and forth and were able to resolve the issues to my satisfaction!
