I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
I ordered 15 prints from Canvas Champ and nearly all were damaged due to packaging. The hardware of each picture damaged the canvas of the next print stacked on top of it during shipping. See photo. Very disappointing!

I ordered photo books for each of my 7 grandchildren to go with their Christmas gifts. I paid $63 in shipping to get them delivered by Dec 22. I paid more in shipping than I did for all 7 books. When they did not arrive on the date promised I checked for tracking only to realize they had not even shipped! They finally arrived Jan 2 a week and a half too late. All of my grandchildren had gone home and I now have to pay more to mail them to each child. The books were wonderful quality they just dropped the ball on getting the order out when promised on the website when I completed my order. I called and they are supposedly refunding me $53 even though I paid $63 in shipping. If I had not of chosen the 2nd day shipping option, my shipping would have been free… make it make sense.

Two previous orders were perfection. But, this time, the enlarged poster came out over-processed (or something happened)...the colors were way exaggerated and skewed...different from the original jpeg that I submitted. However, since Customer Service is unable to ascertain/acknowledge the problem, maybe I'll just do a bit of dry-brushing with some acrylic paints to try to bring the brownish palm fronds back to their proper green and the orange-ish sand back to its proper sandy color. Oh well, stuff happens -- I'll still be a future customer.

The price is right with these guys. The quality has been hit or miss for me, however. Proofing an image seems great, but the image is so small and of low quality that it is hard to tell if it is good or blurry.

The photos I received were not of my family nor were they even the same size or quantity that I ordered. I ordered well in advance of when I need them (a week from today) but now I'm afraid I will not receive them in time to gift. We will see how customer service does and what quality is once I receive them. On a side note, packaging was like Fort Knox & company went out of their way to make sure photos didn't get destroyed during delivery. To be continued…

I placed an order on April 24 with an expected arrival date of May 4. Not only has my package STILL not arrived as of May 17 but the website says it's still "in production." The 1800 number on their website is bogus and doesn't work and after emailing them a week ago I was told it would be "rushed" and that hasn't happened either. It was ordered as a birthday gift, a date that has long since passed. I have never ordered from this company before and I definitely never will again. Proceed with caution, especially if you're on a time crunch.

Firstly, these canvases were made so very sturdy. They are heavy with little built in hooks and a cute little sticker that says "Made with Love"! The photo came out great on the canvas and it's just overall the best made canvas over ever gotten.
Secondly, it did take about 2-2.5 weeks to get in the mail. It's coming from over seas so I am understanding. I was very patient and honestly almost forgot I ordered them until they came in which made it such a fun surprise! Like, you forget you order it and then it's like a gift on a random day!
Lastly, my photos came out great and I will recommend this company to EVERYONE! I know people leave bad reviews because of the shipping but the work that they did was amazing and for an amazing price!
I ordered a panoramic print and was expecting it to arrive 12/28. It got here 12/23 - what a surprise but we did not open until today, Christmas morning. It was undamaged and BEAUTIFUL. The print will grace our lake cottage wall of one of our favorite spots on the lake. Thank you for a great product at an affordable rate and really fast shipping! This will be the first of many future orders.

The quality of the printed canvas product was excellent! Buyers need to understand that this is not Amazon - they're in India; therefore, shipping will take 1-2 weeks (despite shipping within 1-2 days of ordering and using FedEx). I had a problem with my order due to the shipping packaging (tube) getting crushed on one end by the shipping vendor which put creases in the print. Canvas Champ re-printed and shipped the order with no additional cost to me. Very happy.

Ordered a canvas print of a digital painting I did for a client on Dec 12. I am a US-based client and I understood the company to be headquartered in the US with US-based manufacturing. The 7 days came with no delivery. I was then promised on the 22nd. No delivery. Then, I was told Christmas day. No delivery. Called again to find out the status of the order. For some reason they sent my order to be produced in their India manufacturing instead of the American-based facility in New York. Anyone who has ordered from Asia knows damn well you are not going to get anything delivered in 7 days. I was told the order is in transit. That tells me nothing. They should at least provide an estimated time of arrival but they didn't. I stand to lose money and future business dealing with this business. I advise you to take your business elsewhere. If there was a zero star option, that's what I would give.

My 1 star is based totally on the initial quality of the metal prints i received. The image I posted is the way all three look. It's just not in one spot but in a lot of locations on all
3. There are fine scratches on them also. Not that being printed overseas is bad but it sure makes getting in touch a royal pain and now I'm waiting to see what they are going to do to correct my problem. If it gets corrected I'll update my opinion of the company but that doesn't change a thing about the initial quality I received.
This site is awesome! Great customer service. I got a pillow photo of my mother who passed away, and it turned out perfect. The package came in a really well protected case to ensure no damage during the shipping process. And it came earlier than expected. Really love this company!

I am planning on using this company for my all business to ship to customers. I trust their quality because if it is not perfect they do send an additional product for no cost. I have had this experience in the past and simply asked my customer to take a picture of the work, send it to me, then I send it to the company and there is no problem. I was originally leery about ordering from an online canvas company. So many to choose from and SO many different prices. I was nervous of what the final product would look like, but that proved to be unnecessary. I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened my delivery. I am now over the moon happy with the print of my grandparents. The original artwork was done in Hungary and it was not in the best of shape. Canvas Champ repaired 95% of the defects [see photos] and it is so much more presentable. One of my 3 copies will be hanging in a local historical museum. Bravo Canvas Champs!

I took a picture of a mccaw during a trip to costa rica and wanted to put it up on canvas in my porch. Canvas Champ did a fabulous job. The colors are vibrant and detail preserved. I placed an order on 8/29/2021 and was charged 93.11. I waited and never received an email confirmation but the charge went through so I reached out on FB messager on Sunday asking about when I should get confirmation or my item. Magically they are unable to locate my order but still charged me. We are going on day 4 with no resolution. I called the 800 number and was told to be patient. If you're caring about the quality of acrylic print. Please dont try canvaschamp. They're really dont know how to handle acrylic print correctly. Their prints came out all scratches, oil finger prints, and the color look too saturated, noise and low sharpness. Im wedding photographer i used shutterfly and always happy with their quality but because i saw a canvaschamp promotion popup and i order about $500 worth of acrylic prints. But I couldnt use any of them. They're all terrible quality compare to my photo. I also ordered proof inspection by professional by them. All they do is put 4 red dots on my photos to demonstrate where the screws are :)) ) that's a hilarious. If someone willing to pay for the proof please make sure to double check their prints. Because they're really care about it not just put 4 red dots on the photo. If you're not seeing prints every week like me you might not see it's not big of a deal. But for professional work, please put your money somewhere else.

I ordered 8 canvas prints. They all had bent corners. Several were stuck together. I had glue dropping from back off two of them. Missing ink in corners. Scratched surfaces. Horrible. I have ordered a coffee mug at 27 November and today it's 11 November although near about 15 days. This website tells that they will deliver it within 5 days but today when I track it shows in production means in 15 days they are in production. And they also never pick their calls as when I call for customer support they always ask to wait for 2 minutes and cut the call... I am an artist and photgrapher. Over the past few years I have been ordering copies of my paintings from Canvas Champ on stretched canvas. The colors are right on, the delivery (usually within a week) is exceptional, and the prices are unbeatable compared with the competition. Recently I submitted some of my photographs and ordered them to be printed on metal. I just received six that I ordered a week ago. The quality is outstanding (compare to others at four times the price), the colors pop and are beyond my expectations! Those that have seen them are blown away. Forget the naysayers. Canvas Champs are the real deal with pricing and quality that blows away the competition. Yes, they do come from India, but well worth the extra couple of days (I have never waited more than a a week) for what they offer. If I could give them six stars I would.

I saw an ad for Canvas Champ and the prices looked incredible so I decided to try them out. Let me tell you, I could not be more pleased with my products! The order arrived before predicted and was THE BEST packaging job I have ever seen! There was protective coverings on each of the canvas prints as well as foam padding. It was a large order and they all arrived in PERFECT condition! The craftsmanship was exceptional with a sticker that said it was "Handmade with Love." You could definitely tell that the frames and mounting were handmade because of the perfection. The craftsman took great pride in their work! I gave them as Christmas presents and everyone loved them! I will not hesitate to use Canvas Champ for all my future canvas product orders! (The pictures shown are just a portion of my order and the coloration on them is brighter, it was just my lighting).
