I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
I ordered 4 - 24"X36" canvas prints and they were done way better than I expected for the price. I am a customer for life! Use them, you won't be disappointed.
I've bought from this company many times over the years, and just in the past couple of weeks bought 3 prints from them that were flawless…. And then I got an email from the the other day that promised an 85% discount on any order over $50. I thought that was a great deal and promptly took them up on it.
After I uploaded the pics I wanted printed and the sizes, then applying my discount code of "85off" no discount was shown. I chatted with a couple of customer representatives and was quickly disconnected once I started asking questions. To be fair, they did offer a small discount, but nowhere near the 85% the email promised.
After being disconnected from them, I called their customer service # and was offered an even smaller discount from what the online customer reps would do.
I just spent well over $100 with this company a couple of week ago, got an email promising 85% off my next order over $50; and was basically treated like a pariah when I called them out when they just tried to give me a small 5-10% of my order. I would be very wary from ordering from this company again. And that pains me, because I really liked them before.

I recently went on a cruise to Alaska and took some amazing photos I wanted replicated into canvas prints for my home. Based on reviews and pricing I chose to let CanvasChamp create my canvas prints. I read their "About Us" on their website and determined that they were US based and would provide excellent service. My first concern came when my orders were ready to ship and they were coming from India. Shipping was slow and there were "operational delays" by the shipping company, yet my orders finally arrived. I had ordered three prints. All three of them had an unrealistic blue tint that was not on my original photos. I also noticed that during the framing process, one of my prints had damage (holes) in the bottom portion of the print. I contacted the company and they created a replacement for free. After I hung my prints, I noticed that one of the prints was not stretched tightly, was sagging, and the frame was showing through the print. I had already dealt with the company once getting a replacement, and didn't want to do it again, as I already wasn't impressed with the quality of their coloring or framing process. In the end I ordered new canvas prints from another company (for nearly the same price) and gave the CanvasChamp prints to someone who wanted them. I won't recommend CanvasChamp due to their out of country processing, length and difficulty of shipping, the color of the finished project being completely different than the original photos, and the low quality framing process that damaged one print and left another one sagging.
Tip for consumers:
I chose this company because of reviews that I read prior to purchasing. I want other customers to know that not all customers are happy with the results of their purchase.

The process was seamless however it's difficult to make changes and the proofs took a long time to review. You can only pay using PayPal and not a conventional cc.

The process to order was quick and easy, although it will take 24 hrs for them to reply with last approval, however the order was quickly processed but I was supposed to receive my shipment on 8/25, today is the 24th and shipment still in India, when I call customer service the gentleman wouldn't give me details on new ETA, he just keep repeating "it's been expedited but we don't know when will arrive" if they had a better communication I will give a 5 star but the lack of information and delay doesn't allowed me to be a happy customer.

When I received my product it looked good except for ink marks on the background. I contacted customer service and they replaced my item. It was much better this time and looks good!

The quality of the pictures / pillows / canvas / metal print was very nice. There was only 1 canvas that was way out of exposure BUT when I complained they are redoing a canvas for me.
Other than the problems below I think the quality of work is very good. I will be using this service again! I've already recommended this company to others.
It was a little difficult to get the order finalized but once that was done I was hopeful, I've never had any of these things done before, I've only done prints.I was hopeful that the canvas's and the metal print would be good. The metal print is beautiful! I am happy with the purchase in whole.
I was quoted a date of delivery that was the day after Christmas. I didn't receive them until 4 days after their delivery date —- I believe thats because they were coming from India, which I didn't know and they wouldn't say…I asked at least 3 times.
I did speak with their customer service thru Chat and found them to be helpful. There wasn't much they could do after FedEx picked up the order but when my order wasn't processed in the 24 hours they promise on their website they said that they'd put a request on my order for a rush.
All things considered I was happy with my purchase.

Great for the price. One was pixelated and it did not warn me of that prior to purchase. Other companies warn that the photo is going to be blurry/pixelated if made too big.

Canvas champ has done a great job again. Shipping was so slow, but I believe that was a Fedex problem. Wish we could choose a different shipping company.

STAY AWAY! They will take your money and act like you don't exists. Don't count on them at all. I ordered a canvas THREE months ago and received nothing, but they certainly took my money.
The Canvas photos look incredible, for the price I thought the qualitative wouldn't be so great. Absolutely shocked on how nice my canvas's came out. Customer for life!

I had ordered on 10th March, with a tentative shipping on 21st March.
On 21st march, the cs team said product is done, its going to be shipped within 12-24hrs.
On 23rd i contacted them again, said product is still in production and will take another 24-48hrs.
Like what kind of a resolution is this?
