I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
The whole process was easy - I appreciated the flexibility to customize my order. My canvas art arrived quickly, was of excellent quality and was a great value for the money.

It was my first time ordering from Canvaschamp I was soo excited but my all excitement went away soon. I ordered some photo prints on 16 june 2021 and it was to be delivered by 29 june 2021. When I checked the status of delivery with my tracking number. First of all they chosed DTDC courier service which is yet another poor courier service. And the status showed RTO as CIR done but the order never reached me neither the courier service contacted me nor i cancelled the order... After that I went for the customer service and they said they would put my concern to the DTDC team... Now what... I wanted by order by 29 june and According to the DTDC tracking system it says RTO. Now what?!
It was first time and after some reviews from other people about the service and courier system I am really worried about my order. Still I want to remain respectful to everyone. If the Canvaschamp team would read this please resolve my issue without any further inconvenience.
I am going to wait till July that's it.
Also I have given 2 stars because I am not sure about the quality of my photo prints that I ordered. But service wise This was my not so good experience.

I have just wasted an hour trying to get one simple order. I was mislead that a purchase over 69$ was free delivery and when I noticed before checking out that they have charged me. I reached out, NO SOLUTION quick version. After another 20-30 min. "the manager" Brian O Connell did nothing but waste more of my time and tell me after you make this order (and pay shipping that I am not suppose to) he will reimburse me after I spend and only if I spend $1500 on my next order. YOU GOT THAT $1500. This is $19 delivery. I am a business. I am writing this because to disrespect customers this way and do misleading information like this IS TERRIBLE. The worst THE DO NOT CARE. BOO. I didn't even get the product. So I can not tell you about that. Good luck and red the small print. Than he read it and laughed said thanks for the review. This is just a continuous ignorance of management. The lack of respect for the customer. Brian needs to let the OWNERS know the money they are losing because of his lack of management skills.

The picture turned out great, however the packaging is told crap. Also, I ordered the dust cover for the back with hanging hardware it came with stand up hardware attached to the back.

I used this company and I'm so disappointed. I was unaware that 2 of my canvases were going to be very small and as well as 2 of my pictures the to of the heads were cut off.

Customer service is great, quality of canvas' not great. Not terrible but quality of some images were blurry and a few of my canvas' were ripped on the top corners.

I ordered a few metal prints...the first ones came with a few imperfections and scratches but they remade them and reshaped them and they were much better.

I ordered 39 pictures because I wanted a 3x5 size and a white border. I thought I ordered a white border, but apparently, it defaulted to RED (the border is thin-about an 1/8"). Ok, no problem, because they were for a valentines/engagement party this Saturday and I should have double-checked the color. BUT, THE QUALITY IS AWFUL! Almost every picture is DARK, at least a few shades darker than the original. I have reordered 4x6's with no border from Walgreens. Disappointing.

Total waste of money. Worst website. Uploaded high res images but print is very very dull. Didnt expect this from such a reputed company. Better to take photos print from a local shop. Pathetic.
Great clarity and color to the print medium used: metallic.
It was shipped in a careful way also. The stickie mounts I did not trust.
I framed the print instead.

The pictures were great quality other than 2 of them. Where on line the pictures were clear to see but when arrived they were so dark couldn't make out what the picture was
