I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
Ordered a large canvas of a favorite photo; item came in earlier than expected and in as advertised condition...perfect.
I was having trouble getting the image I wanted to fit the entire pillow on their website so I called and was instructed to make the purchase and to just add a comment stating I wanted the entire photo on the pillow. Cool. So I did. They got back to me pretty fast and said they'd send a preview of the pillow before sending it off. I got the preview but it looked like how I had it on their site so I once again explained to them I wanted the entire headshot of the women in the photo on the pillow without cutting anything off. I was ok if they shrunk the photo to make it fit.
I later get a email from them saying my pillow was done? But no preview. I called the number on the website and once again explained that I wanted the entire headshot of the women in the photo on the pillow. I was told they could not do that but they ensured I'd like the finished product…. I would not have made the initial purchase of the pillow if I knew that in the first place…but I said ok
I got the damn thing yesterday…first I called to complain they gave me a blank pillow…not realizing the image was on the case not the actual pillow…I could've sworn there was an option to either put the image on a pillow case or the actual pillow and I could've sworn I checked pillow.
Anyway, the image on the pillow looks like it was just blown up to fit the entire pillow yet was still cropped off at the top and bottom…. I also noticed a scuff mark on the side.
Mind you, the photo of the women was a friend's mom who passed away earlier this year and this pillow was supposed to be a Christmas gift….
I emailed them and still haven't gotten a response.

Issue 1--The white color had a hint of blue on my (red, white and blue) Texas flag art, so I ended up having to paint over the white area of the flag.
Issue 2--Shipment was finally received after approximately four times of trying to reschedule the delivery. The delivery requires a signature (which is not a bad idea) but it makes you have to be in the home at the exact moment of the delivery, which makes it difficult because it's impossible to know when the driver is going to show up. I rescheduled online, I contacted FedEx a few times, and contacted Canvas Champ's customer service on a couple of occasions trying to let them know not to deliver while I was out of town but all efforts failed. The local FedEx person explained that there was nothing they could do to coordinate with me (the receiver) because their contract with Canvas Champ requires they make 3 attempts to deliver so they cannot change anything about the delivery...fortunately for me, I did make it back to town for the 3rd attempt and did receive my package but I did not know about Canvas Champs delivery rule. I spent several hours on phone calls, holding etc trying to make a reasonable change to avoid unnecessary attempts by the driver and I wanted to receive my package.
My point in sharing this information is for Canvas Champ to possibly identify options for the customer to request a delivery date change since the order requires a signature. During my last email communication with customer service, I saw where FedEx notified and in turn they notified the driver to deliver without a signature (however, I was already back in town & could sign)...so everything did work out.
See outline of the issue below:
When I receive my notice from FedEx that my order will be delivered on a specific date & it will require a signature. Then I notice that the date for the delivery is a time that I'm out of town for a few days...what can I do to coordinate that delivery for when I return and avoid the FedEx delivery guy from going out to my home unnecessarily? Who should I contact and provide phone number as well as email.

Picture is fine and canvas is appropriate to price paid. However the frame is not square, so I cannot hang it as is.

I only occasionally write reviews and I think they are pretty reasonable but this is such a bad company to use for making a photo collage, I had to let people know... I bought a Groupon for Canvaschamp for the purpose of assembling a canvas photo collage. It offered up to 20 pictures in the size template that I selected. I uploaded several photos, placed them where I wanted them but when I came back to the project and they were gone. I did this three times thinking I just didn't properly save it. Guess What? After spending quite a bit of time with the online chat person I discovered you cannot save them. In other words if you have 20 pictures, you better have exactly the ones (no swapping out)you want! This time I was prepared with all the photos. I placed one in the template but then decided to switch the placement. Guess what again? Once you place a photo in the template you can not click and drag it to another spot or swap it with another picture! I called again. This time I asked if the resolution of the photos looked acceptable. They told me how to check the dots per inch and said that since I had cropped and edited them before uploading them it compromised the DPI. They said normally you just send your filled in template with the photos unedited and they will crop them? I asked how would they know if I wanted to have a person cropped out of a picture? They told me that I could email them about each of the 20 photos and explain how I wanted them cropped. Are you kidding me? I asked to speak to the manager. I was calling India. The manager didn't come in until noon the next day. Maybe these people put out an okay product if there is just one photo but I will never know. I got my money back from Groupon and went with Collage.com. colllage.com is fantastic The site is user friendly, works the way it should have they have great, great customer service. Enough said. After I get my canvas collage I will be submitting a great review for their website.
