I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
These folks made a beautiful product at a reasonable price. The acrylic block with picture, sitting on the matching base is a unique gift with flair. When I was concerned about my order possibly not arriving in time for Christmas, I contacted Customer Service and they were able to get tracking on the shipment even tho I was having problems getting info. It took just a few hours for them to return my email and put my mind at ease. I wish all vendors were this helpful!

Decided to try this site out after I was recently engaged and wanted to order a canvas of my engagement picture. Little did I know I would be doing business with a company that has zero customer service. I emailed them within minutes of submitting my order. The response I got was "sorry, it's too late, we already made the print". Really? Within minute? At 9PM at night?
I continued to correspond with them trying to reverse 1 item in the order and got no where. Their authorize.net payment system double charged my credit card and they simply didn't care.

We are very pleased overall. The quality of the prints is good. The shipping speed was good and the overall price was really good! We ordered 7 large canvas prints and at least 2 of them were damaged in the shipping, which may not be Canvas Champs fault, but it is unfortunate.
Update - I changed to a 4 star from a 3 because Canvas Champ did quickly replace the damaged prints at no cost to me. That service impressed me and I'm an even happier customer. I would do business with them again! Thank you!

The site is super easy to use and the end product is exactly what they said it would be. To date, I have ordered over 80 canvases. Only two minor issues that were quickly addressed. I highly recommend Canvas Champ!

Placed a print order for some of my favorite pictures. Site is easy to use to provide the specifications on how you want your pictures printed/framed. Customer service follow up is fabulous. Materials arrived in good shape - they were packed very securely. We did have a quality issue with one of the prints. Once reported, we received prompt follow up from the customer service team for a reprint. Still rating this a 5 star purchase and experience!

My print arrived with major flaws; no response from CanvasChamp. There were vertical stripes over the whole image and the colours, especially the yellow were very far off. What can I do about it?
I used this company in the past with good results. It feels like their present web site is a scam; avoid it.
Quality print comparable to one I paid four times as much from another vendor! Not just a canvas stretched on a frame, but backed with a sturdy support backing. It was a fabulous deal! Such a great deal, I ordered another for my daughter.

This is not my first time. I own an etsy shop, and I order many canvases a week. I love you site, it is very simple and easy to use. I would appreciate some coupons since I am such a frequent customer.
For people who don´t know, if you make a size change to your canvas, the website doesn't change the pricing of that item. So you have to start all over again. I hope they fix this soon!

Very bad experience with product quality and customer care
I made an online order for a 30X40 wall print for gifting my friend who bought a new home. I received the copy 2 days before and found that the signature at the bottom right corner of the image is printed as 60% cut off to the border. This is a very basic quality check which can be done before printing. I reached out to customer care and they are saying totally non- related explanations and not giving me an answer why the printing person didn't do the basic check to see if the text at the picture is cutting off. Customer care is very bad as they only encourage to send email and they respond with simple one sentence relies without any resolution (I have asked to reprint it without text cutoff).
I will never recommend this to any one else.
Please stay away if you want to get your images print properly.

We have a "Proof Request" to take care of the image-related issues. When you place the order by selecting the proof request option, our professional designing team will share the proof with you within the next 24 hours of placing the order.
If the proof request option is not opted by the customer, we directly process the order in production and do not check the image quality OR if the pen name printing on the product.

Overall, very satisfied with our acrylic poster print! Was worried it would be blurry, but it is crystal clear. One small piece of the corner of the image print has lifted/separated from the acrylic. Not sure if that happened in shipping or printing process. It's so small though that it can be flattened and is not noticeable once the item is hanging on the wall unless you're looking for it up close. I will definitely use CanvasChamp again for future projects!

Paid for hanging hardware but it's missing. Submitted ticket. It's been 3 days. No response. Very disappointed with this company.

Ordered a small print as a mothers day gift. Paid for express shipping to ensure it would be delivered on time. It is now June 5th, and the order still has not arrived. After reviewing other complaints online (which I wish I had done before placing the order) it seems that I am not alone with this experience. Any review over 1 star is a fake review. Do not fall for the same scam I did.
Ordered several prints from this company along with another company as well. The ones we received were of horrible quality and extremely blurry. The second company delivered above expectation and product quality. Upon reaching out to the customer service about their "satisfaction guarantee" they have done everything to try and skirt around making it right. Funny that they attempt to place blame on the purchaser and the camera. The other company had no issue delivering a quality product with the pictures provided (from the same camera). Highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are in the market for any product from this company.

I ordered over $100 worth of product through Canvas Champ. I had an old account with a previous address and my maiden name, that it kept defaulting back to no matter how many times I updated it. In the end my order was sent to this address I have not lived at for over 8 years! I have tried to talk to Customer Service and FedEx and they have both been unhelpful. FedEx is not to blame as they just did what they were supposed to, but when I spoke with reps at Canvas Champ they were rude, condescending, short, and entirely unhelpful. Additionally, I emailed also trying to find a solution and I was scolded via email because I had reached out in multiple ways. I found this completely rude and certainly not good customer support. I will not be ordering from here again and we will see if I ever see my family photos that are now with a stranger. Order through Walgreens. Save yourself the headache.

Ordered acrylic prints, website states "The acrylic printing is then processed with a white coating to give it a canvas effect and to preserve it for a long time" received prints without white coating. Packaged so poorly being shipped from India with only cardboard top and bottom and cling wrap around part of actual print was removed by spacer/mounts that came off so print is ruined. Waited on hold for almost 4 hours to only be disconnected. Absoluetly horrible job

CanvasChamp advertises that they print in Canada but products print and ship out from India - could result in a delay if you are were expecting a package to come from Canada. False advertisement.
Edit: On top of this, they typed the wrong province in the address and didn't include my apartment number or buzzer code which is a whole other mess to deal with.

They have an office in Ontario, but are not based in Canada - anything you order will take weeks to get here instead of the projected date they provide.

I wanted to have high hopes for my purchase but unfortunately was let down. The quality of the products were terrible. I was suppose to receive a glass framed poster, but instead received a plastic framed wrinkled poster. (See images) My canvas came bent in the corner and paint was chipped on the sides. Overall dissatisfied with my purchase and will not purchase from them again.

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had ordering something online. It takes them 2 days to respond to even the simplest question and when they do it is just some canned response as if they didn't even read your email. After going back and forth with them waiting days for a response and getting no answers or resolutions I cancelled the order. What a waste of time. There are lots of other places to have canvas prints done online. Go to any of them other than Canvas Champs. Pathetic.
My wife took a great sunset photo that she wanted blown up and put on canvas to hang above our fireplace. I did some research online and found Canvas Champ. They were easy to work with, the print came reasonably fast and the finished product looks great.

I did not know the products are produced in India. There might be where issues of when I received my photo, there were scratches all over it. They could have padded the shipment more as it was going overseas but there was no damaged to the packaging itself, so it might just be a quality issue. Shipment itself didn't take very long, in fact, came in a lot quicker than what the original led time stated. The metal looks ok quality, but the edges are basically raw. I thought they would at least round the corners so that it isn't sharp. And I chose the pre-hanger option, which is just a square of thick foam tape on each corner. I there would be a hanger hole. There is no backing and the metal is about 1/8" thick. I would recommend they add rounded corners as this can be very sharp.
I was recommended of this site by a co-worker but I do not think I would order from here again as there are more options in the states I can go through and get a better idea of what I am ordering.

Would definitely buy again! My first picture that I sent in wasn't good when it was blown up to a larger size and looked blurry. They were very quick to rectify the situation and send out a different one free of charge without issue. It was done quickly and the second copy was excellent

They use FedEx starting from India and when the item simply does not show up canvas chimp simply blames FedEx. They try to charge for a second shipment, never other options. Really really wrong. The item was going to a 24 hour doorman building in Manhatten at a major large building. The person they say refused to sign or the building "was closed"! Is and was bed ridden! This is why they are ranked number 9. I did not and was not going to write a negative review because all businesses have missteps and you need to let them function- but they brought this on by AWFUL service.

Didn't realize I was ordering from overseas until I checked reviews here. I notice many people giving bad reviews simply for slow shipping time, but this is my experience. I ordered 2 canvas prints on 10/6, received a shipping e-mail 10/7, and they arrived today, 10/12. I'd say 5 days for shipping from INDIA is pretty good. I'm very happy overall, my only complaint would be the wood in the frames is a bit heavy, quite a bit heavier than the frames I've received from other websites. The overall print quality is good and they are stretched well and not crooked or anything. I give it a solid 4 stars. For the price, I am very happy.
