I ordered a huge welcome sign for my 50th class reunion. I chose Canvas Champ because they have never disappointed me in the past. The biggest size I have ever had made before was a 16x20, and I was very pleased! This canvas measures 32x50! The clarity was incredible! Also, the way it was packaged was incredible as well! I was worried that it would be delivered broken or punctured. It was perfect! I can't wait to show it off to the 350 guests on August 24th!
I ordered a collage canvas for my Grandson 1st birthday. I put all the pictures in the places where I wanted them. I also checked that I did not want a border on the collage. I also paid extra for the personal review of the canvas. I then received an email asking me to review the canvas. It had white borders around each picture and one of the pictures was off center. I tried to reply off of that email but couldn't do it. I had to send them a separate email asking them to center the one picture and to take off all the borders. I got back a reply from them stating that I had ordered with borders and they said they would try to center the picture. I replied back to please take off the borders. Just got my canvas and there are borders all over the place and the picture I asked them to center the top of my grandsons head cut off! I am so disappointed in this whole process! What a waste of money! The only thing good was that it was wrapped good for shipping.
It was a bit of a hassle when I realized the shipment came from India. We were not in town and had to go through a lengthy process online to sign. It said we were given three chances or it would be returned. I never knew that's where it was coming from and thank God I had a ring alarm so I could tell the delivery man that I signed it online overall the quality. Is good
The order process is easy, the quality is usually great, sadly one of my pieces had big marks (not raised scratches) in the photo. This happened one other time & customer service was amazing. I just didn't go through the trouble this time since it was for my personal gallery.

Ordered a metal print in early April, which was supposed to be delivered in early May. When June came around, I started calling to find out any updated information on my order. I spoke to someone, who was eating food at the time, about my order. He gave me excuses about the pandemic and that they may be in the factory in a week or two. I placed a second call and received a similar response. I understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted everyone, but no communication of any kind as to a delay is not a good customer service practice. Now I really regret trying this place out, as I have serious doubts about where the business is run from and where the products are produced. Huge mistake.
Even after several mail as well as responding to their comment on my earlier review in this site,they simply write the same thing for the last two and half months that the order was not returned by courier. They did not give me any details of my shipment or tracking no.No action is taken to deliver my order.This company is a fraud company and I request all not to place.any order.Contempleting to take action as per Rule

Previous orders are not available on website. I called customer service and the representative was able to find the bookmarks' order, email it to me, so I could reorder.
The colors in the first order were better. I placed a larger order because of it. The second order is satisfactory.

As other reviews have mentioned, I received a metal print with the wrong photo. I reached out to customer service to report, they said someone will respond within 24-48 hours. As this is a Christmas present, I assume I will now not have it in time, as it appears to have shipped from Asia and took two weeks even though I paid for expedited shipping.
As another reviewer said, they did wrap it well, and the canvas photos I received were good quality and in good condition, thus two stars. Very disappointed about the metal print, now have to find a gift for someone very hard to shop for.

Ordered and never heard from them again. No email, no response from customer service. Stole my money. Will be filing a charge back to get my $165 back. Stay away! I will be inquiring over a larger investigation of this company if i run into any trouble.

Ordered a large canvas with priority shipping. They claimed it was going to arrive the same week and shipped from the US. Got my fedex tracking and its actually coming from India. Called customer service and they said they will make sure it will come on the date they said it was going to come. Now it is saying it will arrive a full week from the promised delivery date. Do not order from this company. They are misleading and claims to be shipping from the US.

I ordered an 18 x 24 canvas a couple of weeks ago. When I received the canvas it would not fit my 18 x 24 frame. I measured it and it was a quarter inch short both ways. I contacted customer service via email and they asked me to send pictures of the canvas with a tape measure showing the measurements. I did that immediately and have not heard a word since. I have emailed them every other day since this occurred and no response. This morning I called the toll free number and after being on hold for 15 minutes, it went to voicemail asking me to leave a message. I left a message and have not heard back. I am tired of messing around and just either want my money returned to me or a new canvas.

This is a real find to be able to order prints on canvas paper. I am hoping that the size comes out at a minimum of 16x20, and not less as I'll have difficulty with the planned framing. Very impressive pictures and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I placed an order with canvaschamp after speaking to someone there who had guaranteed a 48 hour shipping date. After 6 days of no response I called their customer service number, provided the invoice and transaction number only to be told the order was never processed although the payment was processed.

First order I did was fine, second order came all messed up. Part it wasn't printed correctly and partly because FedEx smashed it to heck! It wasn't wrapped well at all though. I tried to chat, submitted tickets, emailed (sent SEVEN pictures of the damage) and nothing. They sent one stock email response and that was it! Now I have bent up, not printed correctly gifts to give to my family and even though they are family I am embarrassed!

The prints themselves are fantastic even w/ large canvas. But, each one did come w/ slight damage to the corners. The boxes were slightly damp and ripped. I didn't feel like spending the time to return them because I'd been so eager to receive them and we have enough on the to do list! I suggest better packaging. But, again, prints themselves are great.

I ordered a custom canvas for a graduation partyi am having for my God son. Creating the canvas was pretty easy When my package arrived it came out really nicely.
My only con is with shipping. I chose signature free because of my work hrs and availability. But for some reason I still needed to be present to sign for it. So I missed my shipment. The company did give me notification but did not have much information. I reached out a d they were happy to assist.

I received my 2 canvas prints today. I love them. I have ordered from other reliable places and this was actually better quality and alot cheaper. I will definitely be ordering more from canvaschamp. It did take about a month to get to me, mostly processing time.

You get what you pay for - Attached is the the 4x6 that arrived. Looks like pinstripes instead of a solid block color. Plus color was way off. Super glad this wasn't a photo, would have had pinstriped faces.

It took 5 weeks to get my canvas pictures.
I live in Dunwoody, Georgia. This company is in Lawrenceville, Georgia... literally about 20 miles away.
Where were my pictures shipped from? INDIA.
This is just shameful. So many Americans out of work, so many businesses closed and this company is sourcing work outside of USA.
Not only that but I ordered some pictures from another company at the same time I got my pictures different sizes within 2 weeks.
I will not order from this company again.
You can find companies with comparable prices that are stationed right here in the US
This has to be one of the worst photo to canvas prints I've ever owned, I send crisp, clear photos and what I got is return was blurry and very hard to see the photo. They also never gave me a confirmation email after I ordered them. I wrote them I inquiring about the lack of confirmation email and they said they resent it but they never did.
I uploaded my pics and customized 4 different canvases and every one of them look awesome. Easy to order, customize and website is user friendly. Shipping was on time and early even though it was the Christmas season.

I dont know what is wrong with the adhesive, but ever since I put them them I have at least one fall down each week. It has gotten to the point where I gave up putting them up and just going to spend my money elsewhere.

I ordered a Mothers Day gift after the site said it would ship in 48 hours. This was plenty of time to have it back and wrapped. 10 days later I still had not received it but I checked their site and it said: "IN PRODUCTION". I called and they said it was wrapped and ready to go but due to COVID, the mail was delayed. What a terrible lie. I have been getting packages for months on time. They are in Atlanta, not India and it's MAY of 2021! Pass on this place. I am still on hold while I write this for 31 minutes while they "recheck with the shipping department". Don't give them your hard earned $$$
