I did find a caregiver. But, I thought the site was difficult to navigate. Using the site for the first time was very challenging. I also think it is quite expensive although I didn't know how to find a caregiver any other way besides going through a company and that way you don't always get quality people. So maybe paying a bit more will be worth it in the end. I am hopeful.

I sent a request for pet sitting, however the provider could not accommodate the request, care.com still charged me. There is no phone number and they make it difficult to connect to discuss issues, you email and wait for a response. Horrible customer care

Took us a while to find Chloe. First person I talked with backed out before "meet & greet" for the dogs. Then we found Chloe & honestly, I was a little apprehensive. But she came to the "meet & greet" & did amazing with the dogs. Her first day will be tomorrow.
I also wanted to hire someone else, in case Chloe can't make it for some reason, but the next person I texted with, although "saying" that she wanted to come to the "meet & greet" never showed up. She does live quite a ways from us tho, but at least could have notified us.

So far it's been hit & miss, but we're hoping Chloe works out for as long as she wants.

We need Boarding for my two 5 month old kittens for a weekend. I found the Care website and a Cat hotel site. The cat hotel was going to be further away and higher cost and we would have to cut our trip short with Grandma. The Care boarding option let choose options and post the need then wow! It was booked!

This absolutely the worst company. Trying to get a supervisor is impossible. When you have a problem. You are given the usual nonsense about we will get back to you. But they never do. I had an account on there and with that account you were able to apply for jobs AND apply for people to pet sit for you. I finally stopped using them as everyone always picked the top sitters. So I couldnt get a job. Years later. I had a need for a pet sitter for me. I went to log into my account and right away was told I had to hacve a background check done. I couldnt get into my account unless I paid 19 dollars. So I did. Finally when I got in. I found out I couldnt get a pet sitter now. I had to have a separate account. And on an account where you need a sitter you dont have to have a background check. And I had to pay that money just to find out I had the wrong account. I told them they need to give me my money back. The usual we will get back to you. 3 months and several emails to them asking for response and then getting the usual. We will get back to you soon. This place is totally useless. Extremely poor customer service but they are more than happy to take your money. Dont use them. You will get endless grief..

I was able to have Connie hired through your organization. The parents were able to talk with Connie and get to know her before they agreed to employ her for the evening. When you are out of town guests at a hotel and do not have personal friends recommending a child care giver, it is a nail biting time. Going through a reputable company does settle one apprehension
