I did find a caregiver. But, I thought the site was difficult to navigate. Using the site for the first time was very challenging. I also think it is quite expensive although I didn't know how to find a caregiver any other way besides going through a company and that way you don't always get quality people. So maybe paying a bit more will be worth it in the end. I am hopeful.
I sent a request for pet sitting, however the provider could not accommodate the request, care.com still charged me. There is no phone number and they make it difficult to connect to discuss issues, you email and wait for a response. Horrible customer care
It was difficult for me to find the message center and the page where jobs are posted. Then things got less frustrating.

I get anxious easily. Phebeos did not "catch" my anxiety and remained calm and focused. Just what I needed to manage my anxiety!

Most people who applied for the position didn't call after I provided my phone # and asked them to call
One person who did call and agreed to an in-person interview was a no show with no further contact
The great side of the experience: I hired a qualified person who called in response to my request, came to an in-person interview on time, called before arriving on her first day of work and on day one seems to be a good fit.

You have to purchase a membership before you're allowed to review cleaning people who match your ad, very disappointed and very misleading

Messy, disjointed way of communication. The response choices are vague. Applicants reapply even after hired. Their is no way to respond to any applicant that is simple and clear. And then the messages are all jumbled with all applicants. It is just a mess.

It took us a couple of days to finally get some replies. The profile we left was at first incomplete because we had some difficulties navigating the site. After correcting that we had several great applicants. Wish we could offered them all a spot. We hopefully found an individual to meet our needs.
This site is okay to work with. I'm sure some people find it simple to use. We don't do a lot of computer work so it's a little more challenging for us. But taking our time, we obviously managed to get it right. We will find out in July how the individual works out when the applicant comes to work for us.

The Care app cancels out contact info, can only chat,but can't call because phone numbers are blocked out. This defeats the purpose of paying Care.com to provide services. I paid for premium services that can not be utilized. Quite disappointed and pressed for time to have nothing work proper.
The sitters have great attitudes and customer reply, just unable to contact them outside a chat box, meaning communication is stifled. How am I supposed to make arrangement in a system not designed to make arrangements.

Her dedication and kindness to our pets allowed us to have a carefree vacation allowing them to stay in the comfort of their own home while we were away. Have taken £45 for an unusable service - that's two tins of specialist formula for my baby that I'm now without. I signed up when I was sleep deprived with a new baby, hoping for some help. There was no one any good in my area. No reminder that it was going to auto renew, just the hopes that everyone forgets.
Considering most people are looking for help and are probably stressed and tired, they must make a fortune with their underhand practices. Of course, no one in customer service cares.
I'm now having to beg friends and family to lend me the money to pay for formula until my next maternity pay comes in because they've taken that money out.
Disgraceful.
