I did find a caregiver. But, I thought the site was difficult to navigate. Using the site for the first time was very challenging. I also think it is quite expensive although I didn't know how to find a caregiver any other way besides going through a company and that way you don't always get quality people. So maybe paying a bit more will be worth it in the end. I am hopeful.
I sent a request for pet sitting, however the provider could not accommodate the request, care.com still charged me. There is no phone number and they make it difficult to connect to discuss issues, you email and wait for a response. Horrible customer care

1. I clearly stated and it's obvious, that Recurring services depended on the initial deep cleaning. With your help, you said the task will not be a problem. I took you at your word. In the process, the hallway bathroom soap dispenser is missing. I really depend on that hand soap.
2. Pay is available through the care website, why did you insist on Zelle Pay? In this case, I'm requesting the money sent back the same way you received it and I will complete your official payment via the website and get a proper receipt.
3. Moving forward, recurring services can commence upon the completion of the above statement #2.

1. That screenshot NEVER existed until now and we both talked extensively about how I would be paid via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App when you initially informed me that your boss Mr. Jay only paid checks and I politely explained that was unacceptable on a short term house cleaning job! I've NEVER been paid through the website Care.com because of all the fees they charge.
2. I asked you before I left to check and make sure everything was acceptable because as I explained yesterday it's common to sometimes overlook minor things especially when faced with such a huge situation! It took 2 people 3 hours to clean a small very neglected one bedroom 2 bathrooms apartment and you yourself had told me ahead of time that the job was going to be a lot and it definitely was! But to be accused of a bathroom soap dispenser? Wow! I buy mines from Bath & Body Works and I promise you I can treat you to one or more! I've worked for millionaires and never had these issues!

This person is a good communicator. But unequal to the task. He made an effort until I left him alone. Upon which he left made some remark about needing to dump fluids. And exited never to return. I made an attempt to reach out but it appears I have been blocked.

The housekeepers had hourly rates on their profiles yet none are charging per hour. They all ask to view the flat even though my description of the flat is in the job description and in my messages to them. Some suggested that the first clean should be a deep clean even though the house is super clean and we've paid for a deep clean when we bought it a month ago.
Many housekeepers did not have any reviews so it was difficult to understand how good they are.
The website is quite clanky and not very user friendly and I don't want to download yet another app.
We did find a cleaner in the end but after much more effort than I would have liked. She hasn’t started yet so I am not sure what the experience will be.

No one is communicating with me. I hired two women for today and I haven't heard a word from them as to if they accepted and if they or when they will arrive.

Hannah did a great job caring for our dog for the day. There was a fenced in yard so our dog could play outside. Hannah also took our dog on a long walk and to the dog park.

Once again, the person I hired to do housekeeping did not show up. They gave one ridiculous excuse after another. I have tried multiple times to hire a housekeeper through Care.com and not once has the person shown up. The response rate is terrible so I usually have to message 10 people just to get one response. The ones that say, they are coming never actually do. On top of that, I had some sort of automatic renewal, which I did not know about so I've been paying for a service that I have never actually gotten to use. I cannot express how dissatisfied. I am with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone! I have finally managed to figure out how to cancel my membership
All I can say is my experience has been worse than a one. I don’t know how anybody is actually satisfied with this company. I am done, trying to even hire someone through them. They clearly do not vet the people on their site.

It was easy to find care on Care com and set up a profile. My initial caregiver cancelled and I was instantly refunded and my request was resubmitted to find a replacement. Chatting function was easy and I was able to find care
The app and website are not hard to use but it seems glitchy when it comes time to review my care giver. I found it difficult to leave them a review and see a summary of the care given.

Brisa took good care of our dog and home. She followed our instructions and when we returned Sydney, our dog, was happy and healthy. The house was as we left it and she also washed her bedding and towels.

The worker never showed. Was unavailable when called, texted, or messaged. This person put my children in a very dangerous position by not showing up. We had to scramble at 5am to try to rectify the situation.

My experience Never happen because the caregiver set a schedule. Told me to text it to her and then, after I approved. I hired her she called back late night and Canceled.
