I did find a caregiver. But, I thought the site was difficult to navigate. Using the site for the first time was very challenging. I also think it is quite expensive although I didn't know how to find a caregiver any other way besides going through a company and that way you don't always get quality people. So maybe paying a bit more will be worth it in the end. I am hopeful.
I sent a request for pet sitting, however the provider could not accommodate the request, care.com still charged me. There is no phone number and they make it difficult to connect to discuss issues, you email and wait for a response. Horrible customer care

Awful I did not think it was a site where call girls would be trolling for jobs. Make sure to ask for lic cna and dl.

I'm still waiting to hear from people, I guess they x out phone numbers I don't see why they can't just be in contact with the caregiver instead of paying someone to get in touch with the caregiver

I booked a last minute sitter and it wouldnt let me pay her in cash. I didn't like that. It also wouldnt let me post a time sooner than 6 hours. Also, i just paid 155 for the year and its still charging a convienence fee?! WHY?

This company is a complete scam! I signed up for one month and they billed me for 8 subsequent months without a single notification. I cancelled my subscription but some error on their site made it not go through and since I never received a single notification my card was getting billed I didn't realize I had been paying for this service for 8 months without realizing it! $400 in unwanted services when i never even logged into the account as I only needed it once for a vacation nanny. DO NOT sign up it is a SCAM!

They assigned a person without me knowing about it and charged me for it. So not go with this company! I have been fighting with them for two days with no results. Save yourself a headache!

SHADY! SHADY! It's a money grab! They gave me a price of $350 for 3 months. Then tried to charge $350 a month for 3 months. Then they "go back and listen to the conversation" and say it was completely stated it was a monthly fee. Then threaten to take you to collections. I cancelled my card, so they will get nothing more from me. I mad, I didn't read the reviews prior to getting taken advantage of.

I have NEVER dealt with a business that charges your credit card just any old time they please and lie to you and REFUSE to give the money back even tho they billed me 2 weeks before it was due and my account was cancelled, they still took money and back to back within a day! I'm in the process of getting an attorney just because I have the time! I'm sick and tired of these big companies thinking they are above the law! I have been in contact multiple times with no resolve, thr agent actually laughed at me when I said I'd leave a bad review and replied like your review matters! My review may not but I guarantee the lawsuit will matter! I'm coming for you!

Business should NOT be above the law and if I took money WITHOUT permission I’d be in jail maybe the person that refuses to do their job should be in jail!

We scheduled a date night, booked and confirmed a sitter, then eagerly awaited celebrating our 11-year anniversary together. But then, the morning of the scheduled date, our sitter messaged saying she had to go out of town. When I told her it was our anniversary and we were counting on her showing up, she suddenly changed her tune and claimed she could find someone to help on her end so she could try and fulfill her obligation to us. But by that point we already canceled and the refund had been issued. So I told her that she probably should've thought about finding help for her issues sooner rather than just defaulting to backing out of the job at a point where it was literally the day of and we couldn't find a replacement. We reposted the job and received a response from a girl at 9pm (give or take a few minutes) and she messaged us her direct number and asked us to reach out that way. So that's another shady character. I'm not booking outside the app. I purchased a subscription for a reason. So y'all maybe need to discuss the rules again with some of these sitters.
