“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Don't buy from here, I waited nearly 4 months to get the parts that I need. Customer service is a joke, they just blame some other company. Definitely go somewhere else...

Great experience easy to do business with. I got Chad as a rep again and again he did an awesome job. Will def look for all my car needs there first. Prices are lowest i found!

Advertise parts that are not in stock... these crooks should have been put out of business years ago. Stainless Works should refuse to sell through them.

SL 500 FOUND OUT I DID NOT NEED PART.
CONTACTED CARID CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
STATED NO PROBLEM. EMAIL MAILED ME RETURN
LABELS VIA UPS NO CHARGE AND CREDITED MY
CREDIT CARD... EXCELLENT SERVICE

A website full of cheap Chinese crap. Said it was an exact fit - it was not! I bought 2 items, both ended up in the landfill. They blamed my ASE certified mechanic for improper installation.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from this company. Read the other reviews.

My experience with CARiD has been terrible. The return policy for defective parts is unreasonably difficult and lengthy. I will never do business with you again..

Worst customer service. Sent wrong parts. Waited weeks for replacements. Look elsewhere if you can. Sounds like they are a third party broker and sell for others. Cannot get anyone on the phone.

Excellent products and decent customer service. Not always the best though. Have had some parts arrive not as ordered. Returning for exchanges can be difficult.

Stay far away from these people. They are the worst people in customer service. They sell you stuff that has issues and dont want to take it back or help! Very crappy attitude!

I purchased a set of Spec D headlamps and had them professionally installed and less than 2 months later both low beams burnt out, the bulbs could not be removed from 2 different certified mechanics, the last one who tried said the H1 bulbs had been soldered in place on both the LH and RH side. All CARiD would do was send me replacement bulbs - avoid them at all cost. I would have given them a zero but 1 is the lowest allowed.

UPDATED 4-18-2017; Further poor customer focus, they responded to my review of them by asking me for my order # so they can inform their Chinese supplier?, what a joke!

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT! BUYER BEWARE

ORDERED CUSTOM RIMS AND TIRES THREE WEEKS AGO AND DO'NT EVEN HAVE SHIPPING INFO! TRIED TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND THEY SAID THERE WOULD BE A 10 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE! WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE

I wrote a review three weeks ago and they replied saying they would look in to our complaint. So far we have received numerous emails and still no results. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE!
