“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Tried to return car mats that were too small. When I called customer service, they were rude and refused to give me my money back. Won't be shopping from CarID again!

I ordered car seat covers on February 25th. Was told when I called to check on them, they were due to ship that day (5/10). Still have not received them (5/22) so did an on-line chat and was told they aren't due to ship until 6/10! I have not received any e-mails to this effect or any form of communication that they are on backorder. I have had to phone and live chat to get this information. This company is terrible... I will never order from here again.

Misleading advertising of refund policies prior to purchasing items. Husband receives wrong size wheels and not able to exchange because they say they will fit? It's a 36 Ford hot rod.

Come to this site for my truck car parts over any other. This site is very reliable and their customer service is amazing as well. I have had no problems with CARid. Will be buying more from them

DON'T TRUST THEIR WARRANTY! I bought 2 sets of these LED lights and one of the low beam bulbs quit working and I have been back and forth with them for 2 months trying to get them to get me another LED bulb and every time I email them they say it will take 3 to 5 days to get a response and I don't get any kind of response. It's best if you buy from some other vendor. They have replacement bulbs on their web site so it would be easy just to give me a set of these or offer a discount on them but I won't buy from them again and I think that's what they are waiting for is me to buy the replacement set, Fat Chance. GO ELSEWHERE

I've used CARiD before and it went perfect, but yesterday with the help of Mauricio they showed what customer service is and should be everywhere.
My son was trying to find the right bumper for his F150 on Bumper Superstore and wasn't getting anywhere. I called CARiD and explained our situation. That's when I had the pleasure of talking to Mauricio and he not only matched the free shipping of bumper superstore but called Ranch Hand Bumpers to double check I was going to get what I needed. He also said if I find the bumper anywhere cheaper for up to a year he'd match the price!
I totally recommend CARiD for all your automotive parts!

Ordered rims and tires was put on back order 3 times been waiting a month for a refund still hasn't got it... dealing with the bank on this matter now.

Stay away from carid! They take your money then give you fake ups tracking info. All you get is lies, no parts and no refunds! I lost $360, got nothing.

They don't stock nothing. They order directly from the supplier. If there is a problem. Carid may flat out refuse to refund or drag their feet on the return.

Their shipping STINKS, and they have lied to me as far as shipping goes. The headache is not worth the few bucks you save here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I cancelled my order after reading NUMEROUS BAD REVIEWS about these guys and went to my local dealer for only 20% more and BETTER service. RUN AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS!

Do not buy from this company what a run around I have been trying to get an item replaced now 1 month and they are still putting me on hold it is very simple I paid $614.18 for 2 wheel well tool boxes one arrived damaged and instead of just pony up send me a UPS return Label they are blaming it on everyone but themselves saying it is the seller meaning Dee-Zee truck is there responsibility I did not buy from Dee-Zee I bought from CARiD NEVER AGAIN.

I guess if I haven't phone CARiD how much other website or places I would have to go to do all my shopping all the hassle driving around too much by with CARiD fast service great product wonderful quality reasonable prices what more could you ask for will I ever stop shopping and CARiD probably not Define other ways to meet your needs and get the problem fixed are find the item that you need old or new vehicle they make it happen keep it up

Most of their inventory is out of stock. I was trying to buy parts for my motorcylcle, and under air filters they had 19 different products. Every air filter was out of stock. I needed a cardo bluetooth module for my helmet. They had 39 options, and each and every option was either discontinued, unavailable, or out of stock. It isnt just motorcycles, its the entire website, and without an option to sort out unavailable items from search results, the entire website becomes a waste of time.

After ordering my part it was kind of a mess with getting a tracking number. Even so, my order arrived real quick y quickly and u am happy with the good quality connecting rods I purchased.
