The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!
MY part for my car they sent me was defective. Had to wait 2 weeks just for a return authorization. UNACCEPTABLE!
Should be able to return it in a simple manner.

I ordered a good mark hood for a classic pickup and it came a triplus a cheap made generic part tried to talk to customer service 4 to five times always the same person no matter what time of day and they can't not speak good English or understand what you are talking about they have changed there story everytime I try return the hood I first refused it and then they told me that I had to pick it up to so they could send me a return label know today they told me I needed to file a claim with the shipping company so I have been screwed out of 700$ cause the hood is also damaged beyond repair DO NOT BUY FROM CARID

If the part arrived damaged, the receiver needs to sign the Proof of Delivery as "Damaged", refuse the package and contact CARiD to report the damage and request the replacement or refund. We instruct all the clients about this process at the checkout. If the above has not been followed, it is impossible for us to initiate the damage claim and proceed with the refund or replacement.

I must say Carid is by far the best place to deal with for after market lighting for your vehicle. I ordered a set of AVS® - In-Channel Ventvisor Smoke Front and Rear Window Deflectors and they fit like a glove. Shipping was super fast and item arrived in perfect condition.
I ordered set of wheels and tires. Received a call 10 min later saying they didnt have the tires I ordered with the wheels. I said " give me the next better set. Joseph (customer rep) said they only have lesser grade availble. Of the 4 choices i had for tires, they would only offer me the lesser grade. I asked to cancel whole ordet. Joseph then told me it was too late and i was stuck with the wheels. I asked to speak to manager after giving Joseph a few explitives. Manager did nothing.
Now a year later I damaged a wheel. I ordered a replacement wheel from," Carid" (unfortunately couldnt find anywhere else), and was bent out of the box! Tire shop tried to balance the bent wheel but couldnt. Shall I attempt to call and resolve this? Not! Why would I go through all their BS excuses why they wont help me, again! Lesson... put wheel on balance machine before tire is mounted. Carid sells junk! Factory wheels goin back on.

They "forgot" to ship my order (was "ordered" for over a month), a product for my pregnant wife, of over 600$, then when I told them I want to cancel and a full refund because I was sick of waiting, They gave me 15$ and said they cannot cancel It as it is at UPS...(if it's at UPS, why wouldn't it be shipped?) horrible experience

Found a hard to get part that was cheaper than anybody elses and received it in a couple days! Customer service is friendly and very helpful and they even follow up with customers to make sure happy.
After submitting my diary review staff at CarID were quick to give me a discount voucher which I am sure I will use towards the purchase of a set of new rims for my truck. :) thanks guys!
Please don't waste your time or money shopping here. Save yourself the headache these people don't care about their customers and will lie to you and not even send you tracking information.

Ordered custom seat covers. Figured since they were "custom" there would be no problems. However, they are to small. Easy returns really? They want pictures. This is bs. They don't fit period.
