“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Just called Carid for a color shift controller talked to a guy named Victor, told him I received a set of lights from my girl friend and needed a controler told him the lights was RGB.
He made the order sent me an Email and the part he ordered was for a single color controller... they say they know the product right... called right back got the headach to talk to Oliver and he still failed to listen, tried to candle the order as I was becoming adigated with the service.

Now to get a refund I have to wait to see of it will be approved save your self the headach spend a few more and call any one but these YAHOOS they advertise they know the product but can't get the order right all they want is a sale.

The ordering process was great. They had the parts I needed at a good price. My problem lies with the shipping. I chatted with them before ordering to make sure that I would be able to get the parts in a certain timeframe. I am going out of town and needed some work done to my truck before driving it out of town for the weekend. They told me that there would be no problem what so ever getting the parts in time (Leaving Thursday, was told I'd have them no later than Tuesday, giving me all day Wednesday to get them on my truck). Sure enough, after placing my order, I got a tracking number when the items shipped, that said they'd arrive on Friday (one day after I have left town for the weekend, and 3 days later than they promised me I'd have them). I chatted with a CSR again via their website, and was told there's nothing they could do and they ended up disconnecting the chat on me. So now I am stuck having to get a rental car because I'm not comfortable driving my vehicle the distance I need to go without the replacement parts I was going to have put on. I also had to call my mechanic and tell him to cancel my appointment for Wednesday because I won't have the parts in time. To say the least I'm pretty ticked off, but I am giving them 2 stars versus just one because their prices were good and ordering was simple. They need to work on their shipping department though. I do not think I will be ordering from CarID again due to their unreliable shipping.

I ordered a fender they sent me a quarter panel then would not pay for the shipping back said it was customers responsibility if I want to return or exchange it is have to pay the 200 shipping cost and the part to begin with was 210 so now I have to order another fender and sit on a quarter panel I don't even need. Place is a joke and needs to be SHUT DOWN BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU... CON ARTIST.

Absolutely a joke trying to get anything done with this company! I ordered wheels from carid and within a couple of days the order had processed and my account was charged, fast forward to almost three weeks later and nothing has actually shipped a label was created but nothing was ever picked up. After being told on the live chat I would have to contact the wheel department directly because they are the only ones that can help me. I received an email saying I would get the status within 24-48 hours, three days later I still had not heard from anybody so I called the wheel department and after being on hold for 35 minutes I was told it was a warehouse error and the wheels would ship in 24 hours. No surprise nothing had shipped 2 days later so I called the wheel department again and was told that I would have to call again the next day to get a cancellation request. Once again after being on hold for awhile I get told that the previous person I talked to put in a cancellation request and didn't have to call again. In the end I finally got my refund after fighting for them for almost a month, Horrible customer service absolutely will never order from this company again.

I ordered ball joints for my sonata and I should have just paid same price and got them at oreillys. I changed my product 20 minutes after I ordered them bc I ordered the wrong ones. I never received a confirmation about the change. As well as once they shipped, they went to my old address. Which I have no idea how. I can only assume the support guy changed my address to one of the ones I've used bf idk bc I just got a package last week
At the address I'm actually at. My default address was set to the address I'm at now. Support tells me there's no way support could have changed my address but yeah that's not true, y'all can change the address and I believe he did it by mistake. Now I have to wait for the person at my old address to return to sender and then pay 3 dollars and still my 17 dollars for freakin shipping. Thanks careid for thanking I have all this money I can spend. Thanks a lot!

Don’t order anything from here just go pick it up at your local shop.

I bought a bull nose with a light bar in it for my son's truck. The light bar had moisture in it that would not go away, I requested a replacement for it, destroyed the part, sent the pictures, that was a month ago and I am still waiting on my replacement. I keep getting the run around excuse that it's the manufacturer, if it was my company I would send my customer one from stock and fight the manufacturer for my replacement. Apparently they don't care about you after you spend your money. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN

I purchased a radiator for my car. It is a 33 year old car and the dealer doesn't have the "factory part numbers" anymore. So I enter the car year, make, model and accessories and they take me to one radiator that looked exactly like the one in my car so I ordered it and paid the $22 shipping. Part comes in a previously opened box and while it's brand new and uninstalled the part is wrong and not what was in the picture. I call and am asked for the "original factory part number" and here is where their scam begins. I don't have the factory number and can not get it on a 33 year old car. So now I'm accused of ordering the wrong part. They will gladly give me my money back but will charge me for the shipping and a RESTOCKING FEE! This total was almost HALF of the price I paid up front. I have been in the automotive business for over 40 years and have never run into a supplier that would not gladly take the defective part back without a charge. To make matters worse I asked for the part to be replace and again I would have to pay the shipping and the restocking feel. CarID is truly running a scam as this radiator had been sent out before and they are making more money with this defective item and they continue selling it. Be very very careful about buying from CarID. I ordered the exact same radiator and it came and it was perfect! I certainly learned my lesson and I hope this review will help others to contemplate using a internet business that will definitely steal your money and no way to get it back.

Bought floor mats, seat covers and dash mat for my 2018 F150, all were good and fit
But at same time bought a bug deflector that did not fit, and when I called for a RA I was told it was the wrong item
But could not return or exchange.
What a ripoff!

I ordered 5 sets of side steps and mounting brackets for a few of my delivery vans. They shipped quickly without issue, but when they arrived they were is crappy boxes that had ripped and then all taped together as is they were one box. One set of brackets was missing and when I contacted them for a credit on the brackets alone (I was going to order another 5 sets) they said that my picture wasn't sufficient, and they need a courier to come and pickup the empty box to prove that it was damaged to offer a refund. I was even disconnected from a chat for asking why I would have kept an empty damaged box.

Called the customer service line to the same results, but this time offered a $50 gift card to order a set of brackets with. They cost $147. I asked the customer service agent for the full amount and all he said was because I threw the empty box away this was all they could offer. I hung up without the credit and told him he worked for a terrible company that doesn't have any idea how to treat customers. I feel bad for people that work for these $#*!ty companies that are put into positions of having to fight with customers when they should just own up to their mistakes.

They shipped me the 1 wrong rim out of 4 wouldn't return I ordered another only to find out after waiting over a week they can't get it. Absolutely horrible company with piss poor customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
