“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Carid sells products that they haven't vetted (i. E. don't work) and won't let you return them. I spent more in toruble shooting my purchase than the cost of the product. Run from this company!

I ordered 4 BigBang BB24 wheels for my 2009 Mustang Base model. This info. Was clearly on the order. And I just went back and double checked the invoice online that this information was there. It was.

I had Les Schwab mount Ultra z900s and after 3 trips back to address road vibration issues, Schwab indicated the wheel bolt patter was 5x115. The correct bolt patter for a 2009 Mustang is 5x4.5(114.3mm). So, CarID sent the wrong size. I have never been able to get anyone on the phone but I did get ok response online/email when I requested they send some new hub rings back when we thought that might be the problem.

I just submitted a claim online. We'll see how long it takes to respond and what their response is. Given all the negative reviews I'm concerned.

Tip for consumers:
I would carefully consider the reviews here. I did not do that before I ordered. if CarID handles my issue well I will make sure they get credit for that. And, if they don't, they will get credit for that too!

These people are crooks i am going to turn them in to better buisness they dont ship on time and hard to get your money back when the product is damaged

I ordered a rear differential cover for my truck. When trying to check order status the order could not be found I waited and gave it more time. In the mean time I contacted them for a rear axle assembly. They seemed confused between front and rear and said the don't have one for this vehicle. I contacted zumbrota the front for the axle thur the their web page I was told 5 to 7 days to get a core for rebuild. Cairds web page after 4 days still could not find my order I canceled when looking at the axle cover I found the manufacturer was listed going directly to their site the part was also listed. It appears ciard middle mans items. I recommend look elsewhere. Still waiting for refund will contact paypall in a couple of days and file a dispute if nothing happens.

This is a webpage for paypal fraud! Do not interact with them in a shape or form. Someone tried to steal 4 times using their name as the seller trough paypal.

I ordered brakes on the 16th of the month. It's now the 21st and they still haven't even shipped. I called and spoke with someone whose only response was "our company policy states that it can take 3-5 days to ship." It's been 6 now and still nothing. He also told me they don't stock any of these parts. When you order them they contact the company who stocks them and order them on your behalf which is why it takes them so long to ship things. Meanwhile they've had my money for a week. AND I won't actually know when I will get my parts until they ship out so I could be looking at not getting them for TWO WEEKS!
Their site clearly states that they have live chat 24-7 yet when I attempted this at 6:15 am on a weekday I received a response saying I had reached them after hours and that I should email them. I could've paid an additional $18 and gotten my brakes in 2 days from Amazon. My mistake. I won't make it again. Do not waste your time with this company. Go to someone who cares about customer service even if you pay an extra $20. It's well worth it.

"This is an exact fit OEM type replacement third brake light for all 2005 thru 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee p/n 923-216 which also came with the foam gasket attached to the back of the Brk light assembly for my daughter's 2008 Jeep Cherokee."
The eleven dollar and change shipping was a little high and could have been cheaper if you didn't put the 12-1/2-inch X 2-1/2-inch box that the light came in, into another much larger way oversize box that measured 13-inch X 17-inch. I'm sure it was for protection but putting a 2-1/2 inch wide box into a 17-inch wide box was definitely OVERKILL!

Tip for consumers:
I'm in NY and I purchased this from Cardi because they are located in NJ and thought that the shipping would be quick but this item shipped out of California to my surprise, so it did take longer then expected.

Wow. Where to start. First I paid $772.00 for a group of parts for my Jeep. 5 days later I see that not one single part has shipped yet. I called CariD 5 times and 6 E-mails later I find basically zero answers. Vague answers as to when items will ship. I finally insisted on obtaining a phone # for the actual manufacturer of the parts. I called and find out that 1 item ( $407.00) is not even made anymore/is obsolete and I will never be receiving it. Then I find out 2 more items ( another $80.00) are back ordered for over 6-8 weeks.
I must admit that after staying on hold forever that the service group was polite and apologetic ( all except 1 who refused to call me back or return any communications whatsoever) but it still took 5 days to get my money refunded to my credit card after cancelling the orders.
Out of the 6 items ordered; only 1 shipped in 3-4 days after ordering... 1 shipped 7 days after ordering and then I find out that they stipulated "adult signature required"; This was never mentioned! I live alone and had to pay UPS an extra charge to have the parts delivered to my work place!
3 items had to be cancelled and refunded. The final item still has not even shipped yet after 7 days, but I remain hopeful that all will go OK with this item at least.
This is a "drop ship" company that has NO INVENTORY! They just act as a middle man making money off of other companies! Buy direct from their manufactures! Save yourself a lot of thime, effort and aggravation!

Received item in box with correct item# but incorrect part inside. Tried to return... given run around (emailing pics etc.) takes weeks just to get shipping label and then they wait for receipt of item and then that's only time they say will issue a refund! A MONTH or more before u can get a refund on a customer who just tried to give them business. BAD COMPANY AND WHAT A WASTE AND AGGRAVATION. GAVE 1 STAR just because there's none lower. I wouldn't want these to happen to someone else out there.

Have only ever used CarID twice - recently and about 4 months ago. Ordered some basic and simple parts then for cosmetics, and figured I could step up to ordering complete shock sets for the front of my 2008 civic. I ordered 2 but was only sent 1, ensued after was a long debate with several customer service chat reps about whether or not my product was really delivered (that is, when the reps didn't immediately "drop" the conversation right after hearing about my issue!). UPS came to pick up the 1 shock that I received, as I had switched to asking for a refund rather than to originally have the missing part sent in as they took forever. Now I'm being asked in another email to send in the other shock I never received, which instantly made me lose any and all trust in this company. The rep I spoke to said this company sent everything out in a single package, which just isn't true. They stated this extra email telling me to send in the part I never received was a "system error", but if working as a systems development analyst taught me anything in my undergrad, it's that if there's an error now with processing whether I did receive the part or not, then there's definitely going to be an issue by the time they get around to initializing a refund (if it ever even manages to reach that point). Glad I used a credit card for this purchase, if this continues I will just hand over as a charge back. Never doing business with this company again, please save yourself the headache and just buy your parts in person.

Use a credit card for anything you buy

Site has a wide variety of products but the guaranteed shipping if ordered by____ is false. None of my order shipped when it said it would. Customer service was helpful.

I don't believe these dip$#*!s actually engineer anything. CARID claims to have certain products but when you order they scramble to get the product and in my case CAN NOT DELIVER the goods. 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 SEATS never produced because CARID is a fraudulent company. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER CARID! CLOSE The WEBSITE GO TO YOU LOCAL DEALER.
