“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Ordered a part that was shown on website. NOT EVEN CLOSE to what we got. Called since they sent us 2 of the item and charged our cc for 2. Have called for 2 weeks to get return label and said they sent to us. NEVER DID! When called them numerous times they always told us what we wanted to hear and then NEVER did what they said they were
Going to do. You will be on hold for hours, never get a straight answer, they will lie over and over and if you do business with CARID. You will be sorry. I GUARANTEE IT! Don't do it! Going to also write to BBB, FBI and file a complaint with the attorney general. This company should be shut down!

FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE!
They took my order for $1300 for a set of tires that they don't even have in stock! For 5 days they gave me the run around. They asked me to submit a copy of my credit card and Gov't ID to have my stuff shipped! (I didn't do this - DON'T EVER GIVE A COMPANY ONLINE YOUR ID AND PICS OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF YOUR CREDIT CARD for any scammer to use)They then took the money from my credit card on day 4 then told me they didn't stock the tires on day 5! Customer service was absolutely disgusting and when I asked for them to refund me they hung up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE!

I drive a 15-year-old Cadillac and when I needed a part, I went to just about every auto store in my city. Everywhere I went, I was told the part could only be obtained at the dealership, which I definitely could not afford. I went on the CARiD website and found exactly what I needed at a very reasonable and affordable price and it was shipped out immediately with no hassles. I would recommend CARiD to anyone in need of auto parts and will definitely search their website FIRST before trying anywhere else.

These people are the worst. My husband and I ordered a set of wheels on August 3,2020. They quickly debited our account for $645 and offered me a ship date of August 5,2020. We still do not have our product and they cannot give me a status because the warehouse won't answer. I've also asked to speak to a supervisor and they always tell me that there is no supervisor available and that they have told me all they are going to tell me. On Friday August7 I asked for a refund and then again on Monday August 10, and Tuesday August 11. I was told they will not issue one until they talk to the warehouse. If you cannot get a status because they won't answer then how do expect to succeed on talking to them for a refund. My order still says processed but no status. At this point we want our money back, and since they refuse to assist us we have filed a dispute with our bank. No one is going to hold our money indefinitely. Especially when your customer service iS this bad. Rude bunch of people. BEWARE OF CARID.

I ordered tires on Feb 12th and I checked my order status today (Feb 20th) and it still said processing. I called customer service and spoke with my sales rep and he said he had been trying to get in contact with me. My phone didn't tell me I had any missed calls or voicemails so I didn't know he had left any messages. (I checked later and he did in fact leave 2 messages). I asked why my tires hadn't shipped and he said that my particular tire was not in stock and that he had 2 other types of tires that I could switch to if I wanted. He changed my order over to Cooper Hercules tires. He said that they were $6 more per tire, but he gave them to me for the same price I paid for the other tires and would have them shipped out same day.

Right after I did my review, I received a message On this website from CARiD asking what can they do to help! Well, I replied with the same information I've been providing to them all a long on trying to return my unopened purchase and Just like all the attempts they still have not provided a return label or RMA authorization!
This company has stolen my money and refuses to help with a very simple return of a small item! So much for standing behind their return policy!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

I purchased a product that wasn't represented correctly in the picture displayed on the website and have be authorized a full return BUT CarID will NOT provide me with the correct paperwork to complete the return. They have NOT provide me with an RMA code nor the shipping label. I've gone round and round with them trying to return the product, but all they ever do is offer up a $15 coupon to keep the part! Why would I keep a part I DO NOT NEED!

I've tried calling several times and have only once connected to someone after holding for over 25 minutes. As I'm writing this review right now, I've been on hold waiting for someone to answer after 40 minutes right now!

BUYER BEWARE - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A COMPLETE FAILURE! I CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE FROM CarID EVER!

I had called them to make sure I would receive the item next day, so I paid the next day air. Did not receive till 3 days later, and they argued saying it was on time, and would not refund shipping.

Need calipers and found some on CarID. It said they would fit my vehicle and ship same day. Shipped 4 days later. After waiting a week for calipers that should have been there in 3 days I tried to install them and found out they DID NOT FIT. After contacting customer service they tried to give me ideas on how to make it fit. After that didn't work I tried to return it and they wouldn't take it back because I installed it. $500 gone for junk I can't use. THIS IS A SCAM

Update: Emailed the person who replied to me and they have not helped at all, they have just repeated the same garbage they've been saying to me so far. Also before I realized how trash their customer service was I ordered a different set of calipers. They fit however they sent me two left sides. I then put in a return order which they accepted saying I would have return info within 1-3 days. It has been two weeks and I have gotten nothing. Reached out to them after a week or so and they said 1-3 more days. Reached out to them a week after that (yesterday) and they said 1-3 days. I'm just going to contest both of these on my credit card at this point these people are scammers

I ordered seat covers for my truck and I'm getting the run around! I have submitted pictures four times already I have sent four different people my Vin number. I ordered a seat cover for the bench seat of my K2500 and I only received the back portion of my bench seat and two headrest one fits fine although the stitching is coming apart the other one is far far to BIG! The quality is pathetic and the stitching is falling out. I have sent them pictures numerous times and at first I was told it would be three business days and I would receive a replacement (I was ok with that just asked that they could show the quality would be better and a complete set would be nice) now someone else is telling me 3 to 5 days why they investigate! This is ridiculous! I have waited almost a month for my order and paid for my order in good faith! Only for it to turn up missing A portion of the order and falling apart! I'm not going to judge them just yet I'm waiting to see how the customer service is before finalizing a review (at least they could've done was offered partial refund for the inconvenience) but this will be their loss as we have 400+ people associated with our motorsport business and Word of mouth in our business spreads like wildfire! Watch this space

I bought something from carid and i had to cancel it and it has a button that says cancel but then you have to call but their only open from like 9am to 9pm eastern time or something like that. So i called but it was late and it says to leave a voicemail so i did and the next morning before i even woke up i got an email saying it has shipped I called and talked to a representative and said i wanted to cancel they said was to late I told them i left a message they told me I had to talk to someone directly so I asked them then wth is the voicemail on your machine for and why does it say to call online instead of like a button that says cancel this idiot couldnt answer me he was clueless so he told me i could return it but have to pay for shipping so i said never mind but the people that work here arnt so smart i even emailed them to and havent got a reply yet.

Had purchased a gift for my brother & was directed by a CSR in the wrong direction to buy a product not knowing it was wrong until it arrived. Never was installed & wasn't allowed to return within the 30-day policy. Tried multiple times after that to return the item & the guys via chat were disrespectful (Stan Miller) and ended the chat without answering my questions or concerns twice almost. The chat is different from the chat transcript sent to email & (Stan Miller) knows that so he decided to type in caps in certain parts letting me know he was annoyed, and I have proof on my phone... I just want to return something I can't use and haven't touched/installed. The CarID business is okay since it has a wide variety of things now, but they really need to reevaluate their policies and returns on parts that are really expensive and the way their (CSR) customer service representative treats their customers. The last time buying from because it will happen again not to me, but to someone else sad to say and the issue will never get resolved.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you know what you're buying if you do because the return policy is super flawed. But realistically wouldn't buy from here. There's always better people and services around.

Sensors arrived but I have know idea if salesman or customer service sent them. So all is not lost. Still have to pay for installation but it's better than not getting them.

I had placed an order on some custom rims. Spent a large amount, they did not install tpms sensors. So i notified them, After a week of waiting, I asked where are they. Salesman, said he will look into it.(knowing full well they were not going to send them.) Now they want me to pay for the sensors that should of been installed in the first place and now I have to pay for the installation from a third party. Salesman just says what sounds good to shut me up. What tire and rim shop does not install tpms on equipped cars. WHAT A MISTAKE. Watch out for their online prices, after making a purchase they change and will ask you to pay the higher difference. Cheap Valve stems on custom built rims.

Order two sets of wheels.
One came with the wrong size bolts when it was guaranteed fitment
One came totally without bolts and locks and are supposed to come 4 days later.
