“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY EITHER SHIP DAMAGED OR THE WRONG GOODS AND IT IS TEDIUS TO RETURN TIRES/WHEELS. ONCE THEY SCREW UP AN ORDER THEY NEVER FULFILL IT CORRECTLY. WE ATTEMPTED TWO TIMES TO PURCHASE FOR CARiD. BOTH TIMES WERE A BAD EXPERIENCE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. THEY DON'T ANSWER CALL AND WHEN YOU DO GET A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, THEY CAN'T HELP! I RATE THIS COMPANY A MINUS 5 STARS.

SKIP this company.

Products used:
none. Carid shipped wrong items and can't fulfill orders. They don't refund immediately when the mess up. Instead they leave the customer hanging and waiting for information regard the order for MONTHS! Today is May 17, 2021. We ordered wheels and tires on March 17, 2021, at a tune of $1700.00 and have no correspondence from them regarding the return of the wrong tires and no correspondence when they will make the order right. This company is HORRIBLE!

I recently contacted CARiD line with a question. Hank responded quickly and answered my question fully. I ended up purchasing Front and Rear Car Seat Covers for my Wifes 2018 Subaru Forester. There were multiple product choices and my Wife is very happy with the new Seat Covers from CARiD. I will recommend CariD to all of my Family and Friends

I ordered chrome pillars for my audi a6 and they were too small, length and width wise, i cannot even get an exchange and now i am stuck with these and nowhere to put them:-(

Place extreme caution when placing an order with Carid.com, or simply bypass them, the promises and delivery of goods fall way too short from what is being presented. I ordered a "Wheel & Tire" package (set of 5) that included, new lug nuts and security nuts, balancing and TPMS to be compatible with vehicle using the VIN ID#, packaged arrived, took it to get installed and the issues began to surface:

1. One wheel was missing the center crescent.
2. The security lug nuts was missing one (1), ordered 5 got 4.
3. The weights used for balancing the tires were not sticking to the wheels and were taped with some scotch or packing tape.
4. The car could not read the TPMS', as they were not compatible with the vehicle, despite providing Carid with the VIN#.
5. Was forced to take the vehicle to the dealer to have it checked and certified, resulting and having to un-mount the tires from the wheels to check, then replace the TPMS', then have the tires balanced with the proper weights.

I contacted Carid and that is were the run-around began... eventually i got the center crescent and security lug nut... however the cost incurred for the balancing and new TPMS' were not fully replaced as per the cost purchased from CARID. They refunded the TPMS cost (parts) but did not cover the labor because the dealer receipt did not meet their specifications...

In short, i had to invest an extra $435 for which i only received $199.75 and based on my calculations they refuse to pay the extra $90 that i was entitle to.

Bad, bad experience... and costly!

Recently had an issue where a tail light broke. Called there customer service line and the gentleman on the phone knew exactly what i was looking for and even placed the order over the phone.

I LOOKED UP CARID PRODUCTS AND SELECTED A CAR BRA FOR MY WIFE'S VW FROM THE LISTING. I MISSED THE SHIPPING FEES WHEN REVIEWING THE ITEM AND WHEN IT APPEARED WHILE CHECKING OUT I CALLED TO VERIFY THE CHARGE. AZIZ WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL THAT ANSWERED MY CALL. AZIZ WAS QUICK TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAD HAPPENNED AND GOT MY ORDER PROCESSED FOR ME! I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND PRODUCT AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO BUY AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered 4 brand new wheels and tires on April 18 its now may 10 and only 3 of my wheels came in and 2 of them have damage on the lips from the lazy mother$#*!ers from this website Like seriously I payed 1,500$ for wheels and tires and you make me wait an extra 2 weeks to have 3 come in and 2 with damage This website should be shut down its a Total rip off never doing business here again rot in hell

I was notified on the day my order was to ship that the order was cancelled do to a pricing error. It has been 9 days since I placed my order and the part is still listed as available and at the same price as when I ordered it! Completely unprofessional, can't be bothered to respond to my emails after cancelling either!
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

I've ordered two items off of CARiD. Running boards and an AFE Air Intake for my 17 Ram Crew Cab. The running boards had the wrong hardware and they wanted pictures, my VIN number, and about 3 other things before they would allow me to return/exchange. My AFE Air Intake was missing 5 button screws and the MAF grommet. They needed pictures of the box it came in, pictures of all the sides of the box and any part numbers on the box, my truck, VIN, and a photo showing all of the pieces to I was missing, the 5 screws and the grommet. If they're missing, how do I send a photo? Why would I be calling and writing an awful review if I had them? The tech service on chat is god awful and everytime I call I either sit on hold for a half hour or I get hung up on and have to start it over. I've talked to 6 different techs with these two orders and I can FINALLY return my products. Now let's just hope I get a full refund for both items. Shop elsewhere!

They are the worst company to deal with customers service is the worst. My experience with them was one of the worst I ever had. Ordered wheels (Rims) stated it will take 3-4 days for order to be processed. After 3 weeks I get a call asking for more money after speaking to a manager ( Supposedly) she took care of the additional charge that I will not need to pay and here is the ringer I will have to wait an additional 3 weeks. I AM LEAVING MY CAPS ON INTENTIONALLY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THERE PICTURES ARE NICE ON THE WEB BUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I ended up reporting them to BBB and ask for a refund and called credit company and reported them as a fraud which they are. THIS IS A WARNING WHEN YOU SEE CARID JUST SKIP THEM AND PROCEED TO ANOTHER COMPANY. And use pictures as to what you want your car to look like with another merchant that is safe to order from.

Tip for consumers:
NEVER EVER USE CARID THE WORST COMPANY EVER!

None got so frustrated I did not want anything for my car.

BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered a brush guard for my 2012 GL Mercedes per the website. Had not one but two deaths in family -- did not go to install guard until 3 months later. Found out from Black Horse that Carid should never have marketed the brush guard for the 2012 GL as IT DOES NOT FIT. (Yes, way past the 30 day policy but did not want refund just an exchange for the right guard -- I offered to pay all shipping costs.)

Black Horse (mfr) was fantastic as they worked with me & mechanic trying to devise a way to install brush guard but it did not "bolt" on only would work if drilled. MB said they would void warranty. Black Horse said if I bought from them they would permit exchange - as even though many many months past (by the time back/forth time = 1 year) -- the guard was still in original container.

CarId said "no" and they now no longer carry the guard in their inventory! In fact, they changed their website so it no longer reflects the guard for the GL. (False marketing!)

When I challenged them they stated that I was past due date and "that was that."

Be very careful that even though I followed the "pull down options" exactly -- CarId was wrong. Do not wait to install or do returns... or heaven forbid. Have extenuating circumstances or even deaths... Shameful. I was not asking for a "break" -- offered to even pay all costs. Just wanted a bumper guard so the deer in my area don't take out my car.

I have a brand new bumper guard for a GL - Black Horse said that it is for a 2010 or earlier. CarId told me to try Ebay."

Ordered close to 5K worth of tires and wheels in June.(I know with Covid things are different and I'm fine with that) I got an estimated delivery date of 10/20/2020 it's now getting close so I've been trying to get an update just an update and if can't stay on hold for an hour you will never talk to anyone and good luck with emails

Go anywhere else for your parts. Ordered a 3rd led brake light for my sons ford f250 super duty in November for his birthday. Product was in stock said not shipping to January 26th called and ordered a new light sent wrong light. Now after sending wrong light back said light would ship on December 15th never shipped now wont ship till December 23. DO NOT USE CARID!
