“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Hi purchased an after market front bumper for my old Dodge Ram Truck 2017. The bumper fit perfect and CARID had the lowest price that i found online. Great work Blake.

I have had two dealings with this company, the first time the ordering experience was not pleasant and I was offered a $15 dollar gift card, well two years later when I decided to give the company another chance, I placed an order on items that said they were supposed to ship out in 24 hours and I needed them for an upcoming trip, they in fact were not going to ship out until 4 days later and one was coming from California to the east coast, there is no way it was going to make it on time, so to me shipping within 24 hours is a complete lie, I was told I could pay 200 dollars to expedite the shipping. I agree with the other reviewer, this company is crap and won't do anything to help you have a positive shopping experience, I will do my best to prevent any one from ordering from this place. Both shopping experiences were less than desirable. Thanks Amazon for quick shipping and my items will arrive on time! Update: now they have shipped one of the items I cancelled, I have confirmation emails saying I cancelled my orders. This is the worst and shadiest company on the internet. Stick with Amazon and other companies that stand by their customers!

Carid is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought Raybestos Rotors for my truck and one was bad from the start. I called Carid and attempted everything to get another rotor but they wouldn't do anything unless I took it to a mechanic to have them say it was bad. I do my own work, like most people who deal with Carid, and I'm not willing to pay a mechanic to tell me what I already know. Carid "NON SUPPORT" gave me the number for Raybestos of *******763 and I left several messages with no returned calls. I also left messages for Raybestos at *******421 before calling Carid again. This time I was asked to send a copy of my receipt for new tires, front end alignment and other parts I had put on just prior to the brake rotors. I emailed to *******@carid.com on June 22,2018 and have never heard a word about it. My original complaint was a vibration coming from the left front rotor. As of August 24,2018, the wheel bearing that came installed in the rotor, is making a clanking noise when making a turn and this rotor will have to be replaced. It was bad from the start and has now progressed to a dangerous situation. Don't trust Carid with the lives of your family. Buy your parts from a trustworthy parts supplier and spread the word. I will be telling everyone I can about Carid.

I PURCHASED A 2015 TUNDRA RACK AND PINION, THEY SHIPPED A TACOMA, WHEN I CALLED THEY WANTED PICTURES, VERIFICATION OF PART NUMBER, AFTER TELLING ME THEY WOULD DO A FAST EXCHANGE THEY REVERSED AND SAID I HAD TO WAIT 72 HRS FOR REP, I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE WITH RENEE, SHE LOOKED UP PART NUMBER AND STATED THAT THEY DON'T EVEN SELL TUNDRA RACKS AND THAT THE SITE WAS WRONG, ALL THIS AND 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY BACK OR RETURN SHIPPING LABEL, SITE HAD FALSE INFORMATION YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD GO OUT OF WAY TO GET ME MONEY BACK AND RETURN. ITS BEEN A WEEK, STILL NO CONTACT, I CALLED CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO INTERVENE, SCAMMING COMPANY DO NOT USE.

A week ago I bought some Rims with you which they notified me that they sent it on August 25 and they gave me a "Traking Number" along with 3 more articles( if you send 1 Traking Number it means that all the articles where sent in the same Box) Now the problem is that I only received 2 items but the Rims did not arrive I have proof that what they sent me is only the nuts and the security I spent $ 197 of "shipping" and I understand that if I pay such an Expensive shipping You can Atleast give me a reasonable explanation other than "We do not have the permission to deal with the situation"

They placed the wrong item 2/23/2022 and we made changes the same day once I realized the order was in correct. The Order total was $1900. They sent a cancel order because they stated the wrong order was placed and for the second time they stated they fixed the order and again i got a cancel order for the third time. They stated they fixed the order and again for a forth time they sent a cancel order. It is now 2 weeks later and now I am being told it will ship in another 2 weeks. I would never order from this company again and would strongly advise for no one else to order anything from them. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER 3 TIMES AND EVERY TIME i WAS TOLD NONE WAS AVAILABLE. I am not even sure it is a real company because no way they would treat someone this way on a $1900 purchase.

Had placed order for EBC brake pads on March 28th 2017, initial ship date was April 10th which did not happen

They emailed me on April 10th afternoon saying that that due to manufacturing delay it will ship on May 2nd and offered me some discount which i took.

On May 3rd i contact them via chat asking what happend to order as it did not ship, they dont have a clue on what's happening and ask me to wait for 24- 48 hours.

On May 4th i get an email stating that my order will ship on June 6th. I am fed up with them and have decided to cancel the order. Irony is that their part listing still says ships in 7 to 10 working days. This was my first order with CarID and they just made me not to ever order with them.

Their standard reply is delay from manufacturer well if that's the case why put up a listing in your website which says ships in 7 to 10 working days.

PS: Before placing the order i did call them and confirm about the item stock status and yet they screwed me up this badly.

This service and help put forth by Luis F. Was incredible and beyond the help most employees would have provided I was very impressed with the professionalism that Luis used to help me with my order. My inability to grasp some of the concepts of buying Chrome wheels, Luis patiently went through the procedures and nuances that was required to get me exactly what I wanted and needed.(NOT WHAT HE NEEDED TO SELL TO MAKE SOME TYPE OF COMMISSION). Luis is an exemplary person and employee. Mankind needs more like him!

Long story short: They made a fitment guarantee, but don't honor it. I have been trying to return my order since February 18th and after multiple calls and emails, I'm no closer to getting a refund. Stay far away.

I ordered parts for my car after seeing that they said it would fit 100%. And saw they offer a fitment guarantee.

Once I received the items, I installed them and realized they didn't fit. I called CarID, who asked me to reinstall the products to take pictures of the fitment issue. It was raining at the time, and one of the car mats got some muddy water on it.

Once I sent them the pictures, they refused the entire order for being installed and used. I explained to them how their customer service rep asked me to reinstall them and that's how they got dirty, but they refused to hear it.

I ordered headlights, the conversion kit, the front mats, second row mats, and trunk mat.

They're refusing to accept any of the mats because they were "installed" and reference the dirt on only 1 mat as cause to refuse all of them.

They're also saying that if there are any scratches on the headlight body from being installed, they won't credit me at all.

It's been almost a month, and I've heard nothing but excuses. Worst company I have ever shopped at. Run away from them.

Purchased an aftermarket grille for my Tacoma from CARID - it did not fit properly and was not comparable to the images advertised on the site. I am still attempting to return this item after weeks of back and forth with customer service. I have spent HOURS on hold and still have not been able to make the simplest of returns. I hope this company fails. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
