“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Please beware don't not buy wheels and tires from CARID I bought wheels and tires package on 01/28/2019. When I bought them I was told that the chrome finish has a year warranty and that they would work with us if we have any problem with the product. I didn't put the wheels and tires on until the end of February. I washed they with regular soap nothing harsh ever time I drove my car. Yesterday I noticed that they were pitting on all four wheels. So I called them up sent them picture be that they are only two months old the lady said she agreed this was a issues and that she would call me back today. Didn't here from her so I called and they tell me that because I live in new England that they are not going to fix this even though this car is barely driven around and has never been out in any bad weather or bad roads. I should have went with my first instinct. I wasn't going to buy from them because I was worried about something like this happening, and Frank the sales person told me that we would not have any problem if had any issues. Don't buy from them unless you want to get ripped off. 3000. 00 dollars gone was going to buy more products from them to finish remolding my car but they just lost a lot of money.

Made a purchase on CardId and my experience was nothing but great! Customer service has gone down in quality for a lot of companies, but I can say that for CarId!

This was my third time purchasing products from CARiD and the product received was identical as describe and delivery was awesome. A week after purchasing my item I saw for a lower a price on a next site and as soon as I inform CARiD with proof I was sent the difference in price.

I placed the order on August 31 and it was supposed to ship on the 2nd of September. I got a notice around the 8th of September that it's going to take two more weeks. I agreed to it but by 24 I called once again and they told me the wheels would shipped by September 25 at it's latest. On September 28 I called once again and they told me that the order wasn't full and that there were only three wheels, I decided to cancel and they agreed upon it and told me that my refund would be issued from 3-5 days. Today, October 2nd I called to check the status of my refund and was told that I can't get my refund because they sent the order on the 30th of September. I already decided to buy wheels from another site because I was told that I was getting a refund from this site and now I'm being forced to pay for a product I don't want.

Did not receive core return shipping label with part
Called customer serves and was told i would receive a label in the mail
Called back 30 days later after not receiving the letter and was told they would send another
Finally received the shipping label just to find out it had expired days prior of them mailing it
After calling them for the 3rd time i was told i had to pay for shipping of the core because
Time had expired for me to send it
What A Scam!

Had to exchange a product and expected a long wait and hassle boy was I wrong easiest transaction from their customer service to exchange a product making it seamless. Will happily do business again.

I was having an issue with an item I had purchased from CARID. I had already returned it once for the same item I really didnt want to go through it again. So when I called in I spoke with a customer service rep and she had told me that basically all they can do is send me out the same item, so I ask to speak with a supervisor and she got her supervisor. So I explain to him what was going on and he listened he did not Interrupt me not one time, when I finish letting him know the issues he then ask me what item would I like to exchange it for so I told him and then with no hassle he processed the new order, I really appreciated that he listened to me and understood where I was coming from. Once again great customer service I will continue shopping with CARID!

I WILL NEVER BUY from Carid, they're full of CRAP! Parts NOT in STOCK. I ordered 2 parts and both are not being shipped as promised. I called to see why not and I DID NOT and COULD NOT get a straight answer. I was told different thing by different people from Carid. To top it off parts are going to take a month to be shipped. Customer service SUCKS and they OBVIOUSLY don't CARE to make things right. Their attitude is just as bad. I asked about their website and things they "guarantee" I was told that they have no idea about it... now I Am telling EVERYONE that comes to my cousin's shop NOT TO BUY FROM Carid. And I FOR SURE WILL TELL EVERYONE I CAN TO STAY AWAY. I WILL be contacting the BBB.

I WISH I WOULDVE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING OVER $2000 OF RIMS FROM CARID. THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT THE WHEELS ARE GOING TO SHIP IN MAYBE A MONTH. I ORDER LESS THAN 3 DAYS AGO, THEY WONT CANCEL THE ORDER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL THEY CANCEL THE ORDER IS JASONS EXACT WORDS. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH OTHER THEN CENTURYLINK. I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO COST THEM REVENUE IN THE FUTURE.

They refunded my money and all is good. They also gave me a gift certificate for the aggravation. And they let me keep the racks - although I can't use them. Lol

CARID Lies about what products fit your vehicle

CarID sold me roof racks for my 2021 Escalade -- they are not made for my car and did not fit. I called within 30 days to return - they demanded photos showing they did not fit and I had already packed everything neatly back in the box to return and I did not want to unwrap everything again to put on my roof to prove they did not fit to then rewrap for return. Also, the instructions specifically listed the vehicles that they fit which did not include my car I then passed the 30 day window to return and they denied my return. They are awful!

Don't trust this company they lie and make it difficult to return products!

I ordered a wood grain dash kit in August. I was contacted in September that it was back ordered until October and offered a small discount of $40.00.
I decided to wait for the product. When it arrived I found during installation that the pieces around the heater/AC controls did not match up with my truck. The pieces around the manual shift also did not match up. When I offered to return the bad pieces for the correct ones I was told they do not make the kit for a manual transmission. This was not the case when originally ordered it.

I was offered a modest discount and told my only other option was to return the kit.
After spending most of the day installing the kit (glued on) in my truck this was not a fair option. I was then told to call the manufacturer to discuss. They do not make the kit for a manual transmission truck. My order was confirmed by their support staff as being correct for a manual transmission. This is a 79 piece kit for a price of $215.00.
The discount doesn't help with the look of the truck's interior. I was told to take it or leave it.

Got parts. Just expensive shipping drive price higher then eBay free shipping. I do a lot of shopping on eBay and was browseing and see ordered but did pay attention to shipping. Won't do this again.

I bought a fuel pump for my minivan and it came in less than a week which we were pretty happy about what I didn't realized was it came defective a little piece was broken when I did notice I tried to do the support info online myself I don't think it went through so I contacted them on Monday 2:30 pm through Live chat I was speaking to Elliot K. She was very professional and informative she asked for the items she needed pictures from the part and boxes sent to the support email she waited for me to do this and finished my return order when she had me on hold she gave me exact wait times and did not go over minutes she did not waste my time and she set everything up for return they took 3 days to get FedEx pick package up and he had the label ready All I had to do was have both original boxes with their packaging closed and ready to go. I am happy with their customer service and I will buy from them again as soon as my money is credited to my account.

This was my first time trying CarID.com because it was recommended to me. I place an order for 6 fuel injectors (site showed 6 on hand) before getting an email 3 days later saying that the item was on backorder because it was actually a built to order part. That's fine, I could wait. A month and a half past and still nothing. Not an email, not a phone call, no update what so ever. I contact the live support chat, only to find out that they have the parts in 5 different warehouses and that I would have to pay shipping 4 more times if I wanted the parts... That's BS. The chat agent basically told me that I had to pay their outrageous shipping, $15 for 7-10 day shipping and also pay the difference in the price of the part since the price also went up, or I could have a refund. I wasn't about to pay $60 more for shipping and another $150 for the items I wanted because they screwed up. That is not fair. So I called the customer support phone line hoping that actually talking to someone would allow them to understand what the issue was. Come to find out, the parts are not made to order and they are waiting for the manufacture to send more, but they couldn't tell me how long that was going to take, or if they ever would restock the item. There offer to me was a $20 gift card that I could use on my next purchase... Any reasonable company would have bit the bullet and just sent the parts instead of losing business. But hey, I guess they win. My money was in their account for almost 2 months accruing interest before they had to refund it. I would not recommend this site to anyone ever.

I've experienced very good customer service with CARiD. I ordered a WeatherTech cargo mat that arrive early; I love it! The Designer Mat floor mats (1st & 2nd row seating) did not arrive by the estimated date, & I was informed they were on back order after I requested CARiD to check on the status of that order.

I would recommend CARid & WeatherTech, but I would not recommend Designer Mat. I cancelled the portion of my order from Designer Mat; CARiD made this very easy for me to do. I am considering re-ordering different floor mats, but I'll probably go with WeatherTech mats instead.

Tip for consumers:
It might be a good idea to only order items that are listed as in-stock.
