“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Please believe all of the other reviews. I feel I don't even need to add it, but I will. Ordered wheels. Month later... never arrived. When you call, you get transferred around and wait for a hour for them not to tell you anything. Waiting on refund now. On their website, there are reviews, but nowhere that you can post them? Do not use CARID!

We needed floor mats for our new car. We had always used weather tech, however this time they were not helpful at all. After investigating the internet for other companies, I found Carid. The representative on the phone(Mark)was great. He was helpful and friendly.

Sales person flat out lied regarding parts and delivery dates.
Customer service is frustratingly bad, apologies galore but no action.
After discovering items were not available I cancelled the order but they still sent the items.
I would recommend not to deal with them.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away.

Cancellation is a two-step process and requires confirmation on the manufacturer's end in order to avoid any further complications. As the normal turnaround time for cancellation is 3-5 business days, we are unable to guarantee cancellation if the product's shipping date is set on the same day or the following one as sometimes products are shipped faster than expected. I was going to purchase a set of shocks from carid.com but decided to cancel my order after seeing my estimated ship date and reading reviews. We called their customer service number and the representative said it could take up to 24 hrs to send the refund back to my card (that was 10:30 pm est); I got the email that the refund request was sent to the bank less than 12 hrs later (9:30 am est). Granted, I'll have to wait 3-5 days for it to post to my account, but that's with any electronic refund, despite popular belief.

Absolute worse service. I ordered 4 rotors picture was black rotors received 2 silver. I emailed them told them these were incorrect and not to ship last 2 wanted to cancel. Not only do they ship 2 days later anyway I lose $50 shipping cost. Why because even though picture was black and title didn't specify any color the product description bottom of 2 page add says metallic which to me doesn't really describe a color. But don't worry everyone they gave me a $15 credit to but from there again and offset the $50 loss

Ordered window visors jan 4th got told that because we have different addresses that it's a possibility that the card is stolen. Called carid to figure it out turns out they never shipped my order at all been waiting a week as it is and still no progress. Don't bother trying to save a few bucks cause it won't happen with CARID

Purchased a few things never showed shipping charge said free. Next thing I know the charge amount jumped up oil filter 11$ shipping charge 14$. Jug of oil 26$ shipping 15$. Customer support refunded the money. Order one thing at a time for free shipping if you do multiple items that charge delivery per item.

Upon checking this order, we have confirmed that shipping for 2 out of 3 products was not free. Shipping fee is not shown by a default by the system if no shipping information is entered.

The system not just calculates the shipping cost and tax, it also checks the nearest location all the parts are available at (the closest so that warehouse to get the lowest shipping price, the availability of several items at one location to have the shipment combined for free). When the address is filled in, it shows the subtotals for the item, shipping, tax separately and the grand total. If the total does not work for you, the order is not processed, no fee is hidden.

Only if the grand total works you can proceed with order and be redirected to the page where the payment information is required. Taking into account all the diversity of products, warehouses and final shipment locations across the whole US and world this is the most accurate way for us to provide the best competitive prices

From what i see, one of the products was already delivered to you and we are still working on the cancellation for another one.

If you're used to things being perfect and not having any problems then go ahead and buy from these jerks. But if something goes bad don't expect any help from them. UPS lost my item or delivered it to the wrong address. Now Carid is saying they have to investigate before I can get a refund or another item shipped. They can kiss my &&$#

I'm so happy I found your website. It was so easy to browse through the different products and find just what I wanted. Everything you offer are first class products and at a fair price. I ordered a set of Husky liners for my Suburban, all three rows. They not only fit perfectly but covered the entire floor. The color was perfect. Just what I was looking for! This review is long overdue for Luis at CARiD who has helped me on several occasions. Every time I have spoken with Luis he is also always pleasant and professional to speak with. At the same time making the customer feel as if they are his number one priority. He also does everything possible to go out of his way to exceed the customers expectations. It's representatives like Luis that keep customers coming back to do business with CARiD. Luis is an excellent example of customer service excellence at it's best! Satisfied with my 2011 Ford Escape Black Mesh car seat covers. Customer service is horrendous. Employees are bluntly rude and will constantly interrupt/speak over you. Will never recommend or buy from CarID again due to experiences with customer service.

Aside from some incorrect information with shipping and billing I had an excellent customer experience. They shipped and delivered my part in a timely manner. The part arrived in A1 condition. I'll definitely do business again with this company.

Very pleased with the excellent service and the aftermarket fog lights I purchased for our 2014 Mazda 6. Customer service is right there via chat when you need them and they make sure your questions and concerns are resolved

Ordered sun visor for my truck. When buying, it said perfect fit. When i got it, the visor kept falling off. When reaching customer service, sounded like they were just passing me around for 2 months. Finally, someone asked me if a replacement would work! I'm like the product never worked in the first place!. If you have money to throw in trash, then deal with this company. Perfect fit... what a joke.

Dan did a great job in assisting me with finding an ordering a part that I needed and even called the company to find out if I could replace just part of what was damaged on my Running boards. He also was courteous and easy to understand which is a great asset to this company. Great job Dan wish there were more like you. Thanks so much for your help.

I'll start with I very rarely leave bad reviews. In this case I feel like it is my duty to save someone from having to go through the horrors of buying anything from this company. I ordered seat cover for xmas in early december. $350 seat covers. It is now February and I have been in constant contact with them and still haven't gotten the seat cover. Today they called me and said they were cancelling the order!? Insanity. Worst, most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with.

I wish there was an option for no stars. I also wish I had found this site before I order over $4,000.00 worth the rims! First it took over 3 months to receive my rims after no less than 4 delays and time changes. But I hung in there! After receiving the rims three were perfect but one is off round. The balancing equipment recommended replacing. I have sent two forms of supporting documentation to no avail. Today I was given two options, take the rim off and return for inspection or purchase a 5th wheel and receive a reimbursement if they find the defective rim should be warranties. The problem was found right out of the box! They were to call me with another solution but have not. My last resort, I will be hiring a lawyer to settle this. No I would not recommend CARiD to anyone looking for car parts.

I recently ordered new husky liner floor mats for my car. I placed the order Friday evening and was AMAZED to find my order on my doorstep Monday afternoon. I assumed with the "Free Shipping" option, being the only one available, I would have had a much longer wait. But to my surprise it was received in less than 2 business days! Great job! I will be returning for more.

Well been waiting ten days on tracking call multiple times no answer to what im asking well we can return money are u can wait thats not helping the customer thats going around the fact u dont care enuff if u guys want parts go to parts galaxy the company that cares about family and friends because carid will keep playing and not helping just wanted to let people know what ive been going thru with this company also ordered speakers they came with no wires but i guess its up to u what u choose to do with this company

I called and placed my order with direct part numbers. Revival was 3 days and they had it wrong. I called back and Danielle handled the exchange with no problem on her end. Said there would be no charge for exchange but company took money out of customers bank account anyways from first purchase. Stayed on phone several hrs on hold but they stated money would be put back on account. Moral of story, Danielle did great but accounting department needs to read notes and answer phones more promptly!

I recently called CARiD to inquire about an aftermarket part for my car. I spoke to a customer service representative named Daniel. Daniel respectfully answered all my questions to the best of his ability using all the manufacturers info that was available. I did not feel as if he was being aggressive or pushy about me purchasing the part in any way. He let me know I could order online or call him back if I decided to order and even sent me a 5% off promo email. Overall, it was a pleasant initial experience.

This all began on Aug 3 and it's been one disappointment after another. I cannot accurately express just how disgusted I am with CarID. They will either send you the wrong thing or send you a very poor quality product that will not last. I read some where that returns are processed in 3 to 7 days that's bogus. It takes them about 10 days to process it on their end and that's after the 4 days it takes for it to get shipped back to them. Then you have to wait an extra 3-5 business days for your bank to actually post it. It's been 6 days since I received the "RMA" request but still no shipping label. You end up spending countless hours on hold and getting the runaround from their online chat agents. Everything is a delay, everything is a arbitrary timeframe. All you do is wait and wait all for nothing but frustration. Do not put any faith in them they will make a fool out of you.

I ordered a front and back bumper from carid(not cheap!) I got them a week later! Awesome right? Well they sent me 2 left brackets for the front bumper. So I call and let them know I need a right one. That was over a month ago! I'm pissed at this point. I literally call & email them everyday and for over a MONTH they say yes it will be shipped in 24-48 business hours. 36 days later and I'm still driving without a front bumper(which is illegal), got a fix it ticket... my old one I scrapped so I can't even put it back on. Never EVER buying anything from this place again. Neither should you!
