The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!
Not only you do not know at the time of purchase what is the estimated shipping or delivery date but even after you make a purchase they do not care at all to provide you with any time frame for your order! I have communicated via online chat with their customer service 4 times and 3 times I was promised certain shipping date together with ETA (understood that transit might take time) but even after those tries I was never provided with any tracking number and they could not even tell me what is the status of my order. Only the last online chat talked about approximate dates which is just a gimmick to politely tell you that you going to wait instead of days probably months. I have also called them about 3 times and they could never provide me with any status of my order! I mean just tell me what am I facing, days, weeks or months? Just horrible ignorance and incompetence! So after all of this theater and phone calls, on the 9th day they had just sent me an email with my order being cancelled. Absolutely unprofessional and really gimmick company when you do not even know when your order might arrive. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
Now I am waiting for my refund which apparently might take up to 5 business days... really? Hmm just a gimmick company!

AWFUL customer service. Website doesn't let you cancel orders. Set me item I didn't want. Parts DO NOT fit cars. I bought a hood for my car and the website SELECTED it for my specific car and it DIDN'T FIT. Then I wasn't allowed to return it. AWFUL.

You've been warned - stay away from this company. I originally placed my order on July 17 with a July 24 ship date. July 24 came and went, no shipment. I contacted them and they gave me Aug 1 as a new ship date. Aug 1 came and went. Then the ship date changed to Aug 4. Aug 4 came and went. It's now Aug 8 and they still can't give me an updated status when I contacted them today. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I ordered an exhaust system from Carid on April 12th. The site said it would ship the next day, but my confirmation email said it wouldn't ship until early May. I waited patiently. It was finally shipped on May 5th. Almost 2 weeks later, I finally received it, or so I thought, about May 18th. A few days later I went to install and when we opened the box, we realized it was the wrong system. I called Carid and was told I would get an email telling me what information and pictures they needed to initiate a return from the manufacturer. I answered that email same day. It is now 3 weeks, 3 phone calls and a "chat"(where I was rudely disconnected. Great customer service, huh?)later, and I'm STILL waiting. Each time I get the same script about not being able to contact the manufacturer and please give them a few more days. ITS BEEN 3+ WEEKS after waiting over a month for what I ordered. I didn't pay my money to the manufacturer, I paid it to Carid. I recommend very strongly that you find the parts you need somewhere else. They don't sell anything that you can't find on many other sites.
