The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!
Their price is the best, their CS is top notch, and all the extras truly make a difference! Like the toolkit and padding they include. That was a great touch!

I have had several problems with CARID.COM, first I bought 8 led bulbs and they only sent me 4 bulbs; They did not inform me why, until they were pressured they told me that the other four did not have them in stock or in the warehouse or in the manufacturer. After a month of asking, they offer me others, paying 20 dollars more, which I accepted. However, they do not arrive yet the delivery system is bad. They have a good response in their technical support and sales support, but when they place the orders with their warehouse there is the problem. In addition, they do not advice on time about the tracking number of the package, I have had a very bad shopping experience at CARID.COM, I do not recommend this online store. The chat responds very well but what they say does not comply. They are slow in shipping. I bought other type of led bulbs for a classic car in superbright and found that this store is fast. Unfortunately, I was forced to buy in CARID.COM because supposedly only they had led bulbs for my classic vehicle. Do not buy problems.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH CARID DUE TO UNETHICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a set of headlights advised by customer service exact fit for subject vehicle. Received headlights and they did not fit subject vehicle. Headlights for subject vehicle were returned to Carid and to date Carid has refused to provide full refund.

All my question were answered and the agent was very informative on the product. He knew what he was talking about and reassured the worries I had about purchasing my fog lights.
Make sure to check out Carid! There the best and super easy to deal with. I got the mud flaps and they came pretty quick and look really great. They were easy to install and the fit was great.
I recently was interested in purchasing a BedRug product for my new 2018 Honda Ridgeline but was unsure of the fit. I called CARiD's Customer Service and spoke with a young lady who "listened" to my concern, understood what information I needed and then took the time to research the product info to find me several photos of the exact product in the 2018 Honda Ridgeline. This info was just what I needed to make a good buying decision and I ordered the product. I have had several professional CS interactions with CARiD and will continue to purchase products from them. Thank you CARiD for supporting your Customer Service staff, because; "Without customers, you have no company"!

Wow! Working with CARID's customer service was a bit upsetting! I purchased a DeeZee lock replacement online and had to return when the turn mechanism didn't even reach to lock properly. I went the easy route first: Chat. My first agent was Kathy. I got everything taken care of, but was being charged 15 dollars to return item. This was all the shopping to and from company. I paid 30 dollars! I tried to ask why I wasn't getting a full refund, since CARID, didn't have a way to make sure of proper fit, therefore the return was not my fault. (Universal fit item, but I sent image showing it didn't fit at all!) Kathy ended the chat fit me! I started online chat again and got Kathy. I'll be darned, she ended chat again with me immediately! I tried one more time and got Noelle. Started explaining my issue and SHE ended chat. After calming down a bit, I Called customer service. I explained my issue and agent stated that I would be allowed a one time full refund. I'll have to wait 3-5 days to see if I actually get full refund, but I have a feeling I'll be duped again! PLEASE be aware of their return policy and their rude customer service CHAT agents.

Be 100% sure items you order from CARID are the exact match you need, because you'll end up paying for return/ refund anyways.

Was looking for parts for my 2017 Tacoma and could not locate them from the website. Hooked up with the chat line and explained what I needed and ordered my parts. Kudos to the chat line!
The worst place I've ever bought anything from. Ordered a pug system for the back of my truck for my business and they only sent the bottom half. Then when I call customer service to tell them I only got the bottom half they told me they could send the other part but it wouldn't be here in time for when I needed it so I requested to return it and get my money back. Then after arguing with customer service about not wanting the top half because I wouldn't have it in time for my business finally they told me they would send me the labels and 3 to 6 business days to process the return so I could get my money back. Here we are over a week later done had to buy a new system while waiting for the labels to return the half of the other system I was already supposed to have get on the phone with customer service again now they want pictures before they can send me return labels to process the return so I can get my money back. None of which they told me the first time now that I'm out of town trying to make some money I have to wait even longer to get that money back that I should have never had to spend in the first place or wait this long to get back because I've been waiting on return labels for a week now for them to give me another excuse of why they can't send me the return labels that I have to wait even longer to get my money back. Then unless you like the runaround or only receiving part of your package at once and waiting longer for the other I do not suggest buying from them.

This place does nothing but lie to make a sale. I was shopping for rims and I was guaranteed 2-3 day drop shipment. I WAS GUARANTEED the rims in 2-3 days. It has been two weeks and I am being told the rims will not ship until the 19th. I would not have purchased the rims through them if I had not been lied to by the operator, We needed them ASAP. The money was taken out of my bank and I do not have the product for at least 3 weeks after ordering, if then... POOR POOR Business Practices and when I filed a complaint I was told, that is just the way it is. DO NOT MAKE PROMISES YOU CAN NOT KEEP, be honest to you customers.

I bought some LED bulbs from them and they are absolutely bright! They work great and when I call them for customer service they are fast and easy to help you. I would buy from them again for sure!
My customer service experience was great. The representative was very concern and helpful in helping me customize my car. And even offered me a great discount towards my purchase.
They sent me the wrong roof rack. I emailed them letting them know I unpacked it and put it on my car only to realize that it was not what I had ordered. It was never used or altered for the installation and the only thing that was done really was it was taken out of the plastic wrap. Here is the copied email response in improper english.

We want to help you, but we cannot do it. You can see that it stated in our returns policy and we can do nothing. Moreover, if it was a floor mat or some item without visible installation process, but in is a roof rack. However I want to offer you, even though I cannot do it, to sell this item on Ebay. As we know, we have the lowest price for this item, so you even can back all the part price. Unfortunately, it is the best what I can offer to you.

So they screw up and tell me to try and sell it on ebay. What kind of response is that. The roof rack they sent me is last years model and I paid the price of the new model. Do not do business with them.
I'm very disappointed with my luxury customed cargo liner for dogs. It doesn't fit and slides on the trunk floor. My old model for 1/20th of the price was better!
They ended up refunding the part and making things right.
I received a defective door lock actuator. I assumed that the part would be refunded because without the part installed my door would not shut. Part includes door latch. I purchased the part from another company and sent defective part back for refund. My new part from different provider worked great. I found out two weeks later when receiving a part which I thought was a refund was to my surprise a replacement part. I contacted them and they refused to refund the part. I took out the perfectly working part from another provider sent it back for a refund and replaced with the second part from carid. This part worked for two days and the motor is now malfunctioning and I can no longer lock my door. I called to get a replacement part of refund. They told me that I had to go to a certified mechanic and provide a report showing that the part was malfunctioning to get a refund or exchange. So they told me I had to spend money more than I paid for the part to prove that I am not an idiot. I will never buy anything from this company every again. And I suggest with all of the options on the internet to look else where. Most unprofessional and ridiculous situation I have ever been in. They stole 120 dollars from me and could care less.
