“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

ALL OF THE WHEELS THAT WOULD FIT MY CAR WERE BACKORDERED, OR NOT AVAILABLE, EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE SAID THEY WERE IN STOCK. I CHOSE TO FINANCE WITH AFFIRM, AND I WAS CHARGED FOR THE WHEELS RIGHT AWAY, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE NOT SHIPPED, SO I ENDED UP PAYING INTEREST FOR NOTHING.

Claimed parts were backordered - finally checked other vendors and found them readily available. I guess they were hoping I'd forget and the could pocket the cash.

Talk about an nightmare experience. I ordered several parts for my car. The guy who took my order was great. He was very helpful. However, the order didn't come for 2 weeks and I only received 1/2 of it. I called and they said I would get an e-mail in 48-72 hours. It never came so I called again. They said I would get an e-mail by a certain day. I waited an extra day and still no e-mail. I called and the guy started telling me that I had to wait 48 to 72 hours. This was nearing a month. I told him it was unacceptable and I wanted to talk with a supervisor. None were available. I asked him why it kept getting delayed. He emailed the supplier and received an e-mail in return that their contact was on leave with no return date. He said that was his only contact for that supplier. I decided to cancel the order. They said the order could still come to my house because it takes them 72 hours to cancel their orders. Guess what came to my house today? Their f-n order. I was supposed to get a tracking number. It never came. This place needs to get their processes together. Now I have to pay shipping to return it to them and they are going to deduct the cost of shipping the canceled order to me. What a terrible company!

They will offer one thing on their web site, deliver something else and then simply not respond. I have never dealt with a more shady group than these. Customer service is zero.

Back ordered warranty item, 3 months and still not shipped.
Cost of product if high when comparing items on amazon. I bought a replacement for 1/3 price.
Never use CARID again.

BEWARE TRUSTING THIS SITE FOR CORRECT REPLACEMENT PARTS.
Lie# 1. This evap core is made in Indiana, USA
Lie #2. This core fits Lincoln MKZ 2007 3.5L
Lie #3. I did not give VIN# at time of purchase to INSURE correct part.
I have sent photos to enable a refund. I WILL NEVER USE CARID AGAIN. Cost me 10 times what I might get back!

I'm driving a Ford Explorer XLT 2015 and noticed that my lights seem dull during heavy rain. I made a research thru website and was able connect with CARiD. I was able to speak to an agent by the name of Axel, who was very supportive & knowledgeable to my concern and recommended an LED conversion kit for my headlights and foglights. What a big relief to my visibilty problem when driving at night and hopefully the recommended lights would be a great help. The order number is: *******.

I oderewd a part with the help of a so calle online expert on cardid sit we ordered the part but it was the wrong one i tryed to order for the right year she told me both were the same shipping was 128.00 well part came it was wrong tryed to return they siad i had to ship it back at my expence well after a week of going back and forth they cant find the person that help me and say i oredred wrong so see ya i guess i have a new part to nothing i wouldent buy a screw from this company be whare im not sure if its not just a front for another bussiness

This company is flat out playing games with people, all Indians in customer service on their typical BS, you request a refund and it's like trying to get something back from a child, they just hold onto your money for weeks until you threaten them, and I top of that, they dropship all of their parts, this company is like some cheap scam Indian dropshipping company and it's ridiculous. DO NOTTTTTT GOOOOO HEREEE

I ordered a rim as an emergency 2 days ago, supposed to be shipped that same day and received today. I havent gotten a single email from them except my order confirmation. I contacted them today and they told me it was on back order until April 15, again no email. Had I not contacted them, I would have had no idea. I asked for a cancellation and its a "possibility" HOW THE HECK IS IT A POSSIBLITY? I want my money back, I want my order cancelled. STILL no email cancelling my order. NEVER AGAIN!

Completely lied about having items in stock. They knew full well over two month back order. Took my money anyway. Now they I found out through manufacture about the back order time they are refusing to issue me a refund. I paid via PayPal so I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. They want me to cancel the Dispute and are offering a "store credit" SCREW THAT. Come to find out that these people have been banned on several off road forum sites for the same kind of behavior and spamming members. RUN AS FAST AS YPU CAN AWAY FROM CARiD. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTING in a "warehouse" of their own to ship and DO NOT CHECK ARABILITY OF ANYTHING THAT THEY SELL.

I purchase a pair of PUTCO® *******S-360 - Plasma SwitchBack LED Bulbs (3157, White/Amber), Order # *******, for my 2009 Mercedes Benz from CARiD on August 4,2020, after being assured by one of their technician that it is an exact replacement without any modification needed. The bulbs arrived on August 7 but flash and do not work. CARiD will accept returns only through their customer service via Tel.*******564. However, they left me holding with the hope that I will hang up. I called back using two phones. They both said, "You are next in line" after an extremely long time. A person answered eventually after two hours, pretending to be taking my information and hung up on me during the process. She then sent an email captioned "Technical Problem Request" about "Self Service Tools" concerning '... your technical problems request'. I did not request technical, and needless to say that no email came. My only request is for a return label for sending back the bulbs for a refund. I am hoping for an honest and full resolution.

At first good service until they messed up my order and over charged my card hundreds of dollars in which I found out later a rep that took my card made several purchases outside of work for dinners lunch's movies gifts etc. once discovered I called them about the charges and sent them the statements for review the charges where traced to an employee yet they take any responcibilty for the theft. I'm currently involved in court preseedings to retrieve my money back.( DO NOT) DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Paid 5 grand cash for rims and tires over 5 months ago got them 2 months late and when I did get them three of the rooms were damaged when I contact them they said they can compensate me for the three damaged rims by giving me $250 LOL I told them no way this is ridiculous I would like a refund they said they could not refund me but they could take them back and have another set built within 6 months but why would I trust their work and wait another 6 months when they couldn't get it right the first time this place has no customer service whatsoever they are rude and they do not want to help the customer after paying 5 grand for rims I would expect to get professional work

Was looking for window visors for my wife car. THE DESCRIPTION WASN'T VERY CLEAR IF THEY WOULD FIT OR NOT. DANIELA TOOK THE TIME TO GO TO ANOTHER COMPUTER THAT THEY HAVE THAT WILL TELL YOU IF THE PART FITS YOUR CAR. CAME BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER WITH THE ANSWER. VERY HELPFUL.

I bought a pair of the custom Halo/LED headlights for my 2008 Chevy Silverado. They use headlight bulb #H1. These headlights suck $#*!. I have to replace a bulb EVERY TWO to THREE months. They blow out too easy. I have already had them replaced once, and the REPLACEMENTS still do this. All wires and connections are tight and correctly attached. They really suck $#*!. When i came to the factory headlights that came with the truck when I bought the truck new in 2008, I NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER had to replace a headlight bulb. My truck went 8+ years without ever needing a replaced bulb until I bought these pieces of s&$t. If I could afford it, I would replace them. AVOID their headlights at all possible!

I purchased smoked led taillights from these thieves. Both lights came in separate boxes in a larger box. I opened one and installed it. Really like 2 screws. I then opened the other box and the Lenz broken. NEVER INSTALLED IT! I was told that because they were SOLD in pairs that technically (in their terms) I would not qualify for a refund because even though it wasn't installed, to them it was. Horrible customer service! They don't even give you an answer on the phone, they make you wait and email you your warrantee denial! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I called in twice. The first time was to get an order status as my product was supposed to ship unto 48 hours after the purchase. When I spoke to Amelia, she told me the factory was closed until 9 am Pacific (about 1 hour wait), and would get back to me via email within 24 to 48 hours with the updated status. I explained that waiting up to 48 hours on an order I placed 2 1/2 days prior, was not acceptable and would appreciate a call as soon as the factory was open for a revised shipping time. I was informed that their system is not set up to do this.

I went out to Amazon, in stock, and free shipping (cheaper deal). I called back and spoke with another lady (didn't catch her name). I explained everything that had transpired in the last 5 minutes and cancelled my order. She told me she couldn't cancel the order until she had confirmation the product hadn't shipped... holding my money hostage is the way I looked at it.

Since they wouldn't immediately process my refund for product not received, I contacted my bank and filed a dispute.

Good luck with customer service if you have an issue. Online, no one ever came in to a chat request. Calling in, you will ALWAYS be put and hold for "3 - 5 minutes". I get the feeling they have to call multiple departments to figure out what is going on. Too many moving parts does not make for good customer service.

I don't usually leave poor reviews, but this was a first time use, with horrible service. Buyer Beware.

They are a very poor store front. Head over to amazon.

I ordered a set of lug nuts on Aug 11 estimated shipping on the 12th. Clearly don't have in stock what they say the have. If I was willing to wait I could have ordered from Summit $35 less.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND ABOUT GIVING YOU A REFUND. EVEN WHEN YOU CANCEL THE ITEM WELL WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY KEEP TELLING ME A DIFFERENT STORY. I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECIEVE A REFUND ON 4 12 21 ANOTHER PERSON TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE CANCELLATION TO BE CONFIRMED. I CANCELLED MY ORDER ON THE 5TH OF APRIL. IVE READ SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM DOING THIS TO SEVERAL PEOPLE. IM SORRY THAT I EVER EVEN TRIED TO DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH A SORRY COMPANY. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!
