“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I ordered a set of lug nuts on Aug 11 estimated shipping on the 12th. Clearly don't have in stock what they say the have. If I was willing to wait I could have ordered from Summit $35 less.

I was comparing prices on the internet. Realtruck was much lower on a Ford grille that I was looking at. I called carid and they wouldn't price match. Try realtruck.com before you buy.

It was easy to order from card ID the Salesman was extremely helpful I wasn't exactly sure what I car covers to order and looked up the information on the website he walked me through the whole process so I know I got the right seat covers thank you so much

The vendor said fit my carJodi (from Customer Service) what would I would consider above and beyond to try to rectify the problem they dealing with the vendor who was clearly wrong - Very impressed with her.

Ordered floor liners for a 2008 volvo c30 on dec 10. On dec 22 after 30 mins on hold I was told that the order had shipped. On the 3 of jan after another 30 mins on hold I was told that they were waiting on a tracking # from the factory and that I would have it within 24 hours. On jan 4th after 45 mins on hold and a 20 min chat session with cust support I was told that they still had no tracking number and weren't really sure where my order was. HORRIBLE. And after complaining till I was blue in the face I was offered a discount on my next order... LOL NEXT ORDER... yeah right! NEVER. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Unless of course you are a fan of uncertainty and don't really care if and when your products arrive!

WARNING! Do not order from this website! I ordered headlights, a body kit and air intake from these people and non of it was correct! I have a Honda Civic and they sent a Kit meant for a different vehicle and nothing would fit!
Horrible wait times as well.

I am in the process of trying to return my products for refund and I have been hung up on three times, and left on hold for 30-45 minutes every time I call.

THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR ORDERS BUT ARE TOTALLY NEGLIGENT WHEN YOU TRY GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK, TOTALLY ILLEGITAMENT BUSINESS!

Also when you try getting a supervisor on the phone they either hang up on you or leave you on hold indefinately. I have yet to speak to a supervisor at CarID.com

I called www.carid.com at 9:30am on Friday 04/21/17 and spoke with Reuben. I ordered a Motorcraft fan belt & told him specifically I needed it the next day, next-day air. He put me on hold for 10 minutes to confirm then came back and said I could have it next-day so I ordered it and paid an extra $24 for shipping. That evening I checked the tracking # & found that it was scheduled for delivery Monday. I called Carid back & was told they don't deliver on Saturday/Sunday. I told the supervisor Clint that Reuben had lied to me & if he was my employee I would fire him. I told him I wanted the order canceled and that I would call back next week to check on what was done with "Reuben". I also told him I would put the mother of all bad reviews everywhere I could on the internet so here it is; TRUST THESE LIARS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Honestly I've never written a review about a business before. This business has the worst customer service I've ever experienced with any business online all of their advertisements are a joke every time you click on a car part that you want 90% of the time it is unavailable and when you call and ask be careful you might get someone that calls you back just to fight with you over the phone because they don't have the parts that you're looking for all of it is falsethey put up these awesome pictures of what your car could look like if you buy these parts only thing is they don't actually have these parts ever I hope everybody else that goes to this website we'll come out here and write another review in fact I'm going to write a $#*!y review every $#*!in day until the owner of this company contacts me to explain why their company is such a joke $#*!in hate false advertisement and that's what this entire website is they probably make money just from people clicking on it that's why they false advertise everything it's a waste of time people don't spend your hard-earned money here

Placed an order got the invoice and they took my money! A week goes by and I get an email saying the tires I wanted were out of stock, but they could give me some that were more expensive for the same price(yea right)! Anyway I agree because I really wanted the 4 set plus a spare! A month passes and then I get an email saying the rims are discountiued! Why are they on the site to begin with? Luis offers me another rim and spare at the same price, so I tell him whichever rims I pick out I want those for the same price! He agrees! A few days later I get the invoice and it only has a set of 4 instead of 5 like I ordered! I email to let them know what happened and didn't get a response until a few days later! Now we are almost at 2 months from when I placed the original order! Luis final emails me back and said I was right! Now I'm tired of dealing with them! He gives me a number to call to cancel my order, but guess what? They unfortunately have already started drilling my rims!(BS)! So know I stuck with this order! That's how they get you! Beware of this company! I told them I could have ordered what I wanted from somewhere else, so I guess that's why they told me it can't be canceled now! I would never order anything else from the place again and advise that if anyone else is thinking about ordering from them think twice about it!

I ordered headlights for my finances car
To make it safer at night for her to drive she's working out of state I ordered them on april 2 they just shipped today April 10th but I got an email at 1:31am while I was calling its like my phone call triggered the email as if it's a fake to calm me down it says the delivery date is the 16th funny thing is by the time I get my headlights she will be gone the service by them is horrible please anyone let me know if they are gonna come through

Below is my email to CarID.com, I have yet to receive a reply and as most would agree any positive feedback for this company is likely an employee or friend. Do your research and you will find this to be true. There are pages upon pages of negative feedback.

Good Day,

I just wanted to take a minute to explain why I never completed my order. I found your company through a Google search and although you have a terrible reputaion amung the car communities I thought i'd still check out your company for myself. I was very pleased to find the 2 very very small and very very light parts (stereo wire harness and double din dash kit) at a fair price of $33. Then I went to check out... to find out your charging $68 for shipping! I wish this was a joke but sadly it is not. I used to work for a shipping company and I have bought, sold and shipped a lot of items. There is no way that this is $68 for shipping! It's more around the $25 mark TOPS! The price for the parts plus shipping is more then buying these items locally. This is pathetic and I will happily be adding to the long list of people that will boycott and inform people about how terrible this company is.

In the future I hope that you either correct the disgusting rip off's or join the long long list of companies who have failed from poor service such as this.

I just spent 2hrs gathering tune up parts for my 2018 GMC Sierra. All ac delco gm parts. Ignition, transmission, and LOF. $887 in parts. $316 in SHIPPING. Forget you CARid. Waste of my time.

BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE.
I purchased a 3rd breaklight from CARiD. I installed the light. 2 days later I noticed the white lights never turn off. On closer inspection I noticed the plastic on the inside was broke around the screw. 2 seperate issues. I called and asked if I could return the product. I sent pictures of the product for them to review. They agreed that it was defective and would send a shipping label. 3 days later I got a message saying they will not return the product. They offered me a $25 dollar gift card for having to deal with their poor customer service rep. They then offered me a $10 gift card because they were "sorry" but never emailed them to me. I called, upset of course. And they offered me another $15 gift card. They sent the $15 and literally refuse to send the other ones saying they sent the 15 in exchange for the others. I didnt ask for any of them. They offered them to me. This is an $80 light. Not really a big deal to be honest but the poor customer service and lack of care for the client is what makes it a big deal. In the past 2 months I've spent $400 with them not including this light. I'm letting everyone know to be aware that if something goes wrong with their product they dont care.

I called and ordered two items from this company. Let's call them Item A and Item B. 5 minutes after my order I called back to cancel Item B because I had been informed that it was not needed. I asked twice whether the cancellation of Item B would affect the shipping of Item A at all. I was assured that only Item B was cancelled and that I would receive Item A on time. A few days go by and I receive Item B, but not Item A. I go to the website and see that the same tracking number was assigned to both items and that it was shown that both were delivered. I contacted FEDEX who told me only one item was associated with that tracking number. On top of it all, I was charged for both items. So essentially, I ordered two items, but cancelled one minutes after the order. They still charged me for both, then sent the item I did not want, while saying they sent the other item, which they did not. I argued for 2 hrs with an online chat, 1 hr with a person on the phone, and was told that I could not speak to a supervisor, but one could call me back sometime after 48 hrs. DO NOT USE this company. They are absolutely horrid and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will take your money no problem, but may or may not send you the item you purchased and make you jump through hoops to get refunded for the item that they have never sent!

Tip for consumers:
Use a different company.

I ended up getting a return label for the item sent in error and a cancellation notification for the item they never sent, but still no refund after 72 hrs.

I really hope the CEO or whoever is in charge of this company reviews the customer service skills provided by their employees. I have never in my entire life wrote a bad review but I really had to with this company. I purchased a car for my little girl back in August 1st, we are in September and I yet haven't been able to have my girl enjoy her car simply because bad customer service. First of all, The car came with missing parts, was told they will ship the parts within 24h. IT NEVER happened. On top of all time, the car was never able to turn on even though I charged it for 4 hours. I called to speak to a manager and it was even worst. Her name is Maria Quiros. The women came to the phone and would not even listen to my complain. She jumped on the defensive side and flat out told me that because I am a customer, that does not give me the right to complain and get whatever I want. She was rude, loud and had absolutely no customer service skill. At this point, I am stuck with a non working car, a disappointed little girl at home and a lost of $400.00 I hope someone will follow up and make it right, which I doubt will ever happen.

I purchased Renen rims through CARiD and was very disappointed that it took almost a year to get and although No fault of CARiD it didn't make waiting any easier. After getting my rims for my car (after waiting almost a year). I went to have them mounted by a reputable tire and rim company just to find out the front bolt pattern was off slightly and did not match my manufacturer bolt pattern. Needless to say my frustration went through the roof. I contacted CARiD the next business day and I provided them with pictures of the problem and they contacted Renen and they said since the tires where put on the rims they wouldn't send a return authorization. I was not a happy camper. After waiting almost a year and to finally get these great looking rims the front wheels didn't match my bolt pattern. I will say that CARiD was sympathetic but they used a loop whole from Renen that says if I mount these rims they cannot be returned. That's in the fine print that should be high lighted in bold. Maybe the tire and rim company who mounted my rims should have checked the fitment and they did so on the rear and assumed since they were fine the front would be the same. Why would anyone assum there would be a proble when the rear installation was fine. You know what they say about assuming...So my options are to find a machine shop to re-drill or use an adapter which I'm not sure will work. None the less, I will have to spend more money for this after ordering these rims a year ago on 10.8.22.

The company put falsificated information that item was delivered but even was not included into the parcel.
Based on the company fraud activity, the company has not sent two items to me and provided false order status as shipped and delivered. So, they would not like to return me my $218.68

$130.65(item)+$10.95(delivery) + $48.30(item)+$10.96(delivery) + 8.875% (NY Sales taxes) = $200.86 + 8.875% (NY Sales taxes) = $218.*******

Let's start by saying this. If you purchase rims from this company there policy is if you live in a state or country that applys salt to roads in bad weather conditions the warranty is automatically gone. Even if you don't drive the car in the weather it doesn't matter. They're limited lifetime warranty only lasts one year as well. So everything is against you when purchasing rims from this company. Unless you live in a state or country that does not apply salt to roads then you might be fine but I wouldn't take that risk with this company. Their customer service is a joke as well. When it comes to getting back to you on a timely manner. When their backs are against the walls they will delay and delay... I spoke to everybody and their mama at that company over 10 people working on my case and the same outcome, delay, ignored and repeated the same thing. So don't make the same mistake that I did by spending $1,400 on chrome rims that didnt even event barely a year and couldn't do anything about it because I live in Ohio and Ohio applys salt to roads. The paint was peeling on my rims no rust or anything that could have been caused by salt. Just a crappy paint job, poor quality parts. Dealing with CARiD is a nightmare and big waste of time.

This company is horrible with shipping they told me I had to wait 18 days for my product which is cool then they said I had to wait another full month due to backorder when the day finally came I was told I had to wait another week it's ridiculous I asked for a discount or something they told we'll refund you $30 I was like ok cool it's something they then sent me a 25 dollar discount instead like if I'm ever going to shop from them ridiculous

Ordered an oracle halo kit as a Christmas gift. The package arrived in good time that's about the only good part. So it was a gift so it wasn't actually opened until Christmas, it was opened and it was clear that it was missing a part. Plus the box was minorly ripped but all the halos seemed to be there but it was missing the color shift control box and controller which the description clearly states is included. So after two plus weeks of back and forth with customer support and waiting for them to contact the manufacturer they tell me that they assured me all pieces were shipped! And after assuring them that it wasn't and sending pictures of what was received they assured me j could get a refund and then two days later they tell me I can't get a refund because I didn't keep the original box that it was shipped in. Really? Who keeps a shipping box after they open it? I did anticipate any of this's happenings. So now I'm out over 300 bucks and have some halos that can't be used without the controller. They are losing a potential repeat customer and the customer support seems to get you nowhere. Waiting to hear back from management or supervisor but don't bother calling because you will be on hold forever might as well just use the email service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CAR ID!

Not only did I have to call after my order was not delivered to find out my product was out of stock, when I cancelled my order (which in their email says will take 1-2 to review, and I did not get confirmation of approval nor rejection to this day 2/18) they shipped out my item 7 days later. They claim that the shipment was refused, that they claim they have proof of me refusing, (keep in mind, this was all throughout Christmas of 2020 and my family was out of town until after the new years) they tried to charge me 2x shipping.

3 months later, I get an email 'your order has shipped.' I've had to put a merchant stop on my card and was advised to get a new card.

These people are crooks, they do not communicate anything with you and claim they have proof of things they do not have any proof of.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!
