“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

This was THE worst online experience ever! I chose to buy brakes from this company. It felt like a bait and switch. I ordered them in early May. Their website said it was delayed, but the price was good, so I ordered it. My card was charged immediately. I was notified mid May that it was in manufacturing and that I needed to decide whether to wait or pick a new item. We decided to wait. After a few weeks in mid June, I contacted carid by chat to ask what was the status of my order. I got a notification that the shipping date would be June 21. Well that was a delay, at least it was being shipped. Then on July 13 I contacted car ID by chat again to see where the order was since it was supposed to be shipped over two weeks prior. Again, I was told it was back ordered and I needed to decide whether or not I wanted to wait again or choose a new item. Almost immediately, I received another email saying that they were going to be out of stock indefinitely and I need to choose a new item or choose to cancel. It is now been two months since I did the initial order. I canceled the order on June 14. The same day, I ordered a the same brake set from another website. It was delivered in less than four days. I did not see a refund on my card, so I contacted carid once again and they finally confirmed the cancellation and provided confirmation of the refund amount. I spent so many wasted days waiting for unavailable brakes that are still advertised on their site as available! Don't waste your time and money with these people! More than two months of going back and forth while another site had the same identical brakes in stock e we ugh free shipping for 10,00 more. It felt like a bait and switch!

I wish I could give them a zero star. The worst company you could ever buy from. I would recommend to never use these people. EVER. Long story short. I bought Oracle Lights and there were two things wrong with them. One was cracked down the middle of one of the lights. The other 2 lights had thick glue all around the lights, like they bought cheap lights and glued them together. I contacted them the next day to report the damage items and hopefully get a replacement. They requested that i send pictures of the damage. I did that and never heard back, so I had to follow up. They then proceeded to tell me to leave the box outside my door with a sticky note on it for UPS to come pick it up. I told them I was not comfortable leaving expensive lights out on my porch (the day after Christmas) with a sticky not on it without a return shipping label. Long story short I called them every single day for a week and a half to try to get a return shipping label. At that point I just wanted a refund. UPS told me they would not pick up the lights without a shipping label (which makes sense). I have been fighting with them for 2 weeks now and still have yet to get a refund and have made a claim through my bank. THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE AND LACK BASIC COMMON SENSE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I am sorry to hear you have had a negative experience.
Damage item and return procedure are completely different procedures, which require a different set of paperwork. Since the item was cracked, it needed to be picked up and inspected by the UPS, who, most likely, made the damage. Their disinforming yo is quite logical in this situation, don't you think?
I am still sure this issue can be solved. Could you share your order number with me, please?

The company does not honor their warranty. Go elsewhere - their customer service is atrocious. Non-responses for days.

I purchased a complete set of 4 wheels and tires with TPMS for my 2017 Mini Cooper and the tire pressure sensors would not link up to my car. I had to bring my car to a local mechanic to have the sensors rescanned and they all read "low battery." After several days and emails plus a lot of time on hold on the phone, they have finally decided to send us new sensors. Sounds great but now I will need to find someone to remove all the old sensors and install the new ones at my cost! I bought the complete package so I wouldn't have to pay anything additional for installation and now I am out the money to have them tested and they money to have new ones installed. Everytime you finally do get to speak with someone in customer service, they just say that this is what they are advised to tell you and if you ask to speak to a supervisor there is never one available. We were told that they deal with their supervisor through chat and that there is no way to call or speak to them. All I want is my money back for the damn things because I have no faith that the replacements will even work. I would just assume the money I already spent to buy their junk be used to buy a product from somone I know who will support their product and service. RUN AWAY!

This was my first time using this website and I had called to order because of their Labor Day specials. I placed the order over the phone because I felt that it would be easier to do with a real person, but the representative just jumped around and woudlnt give me straight answers. He told me if I placed an order for floor mats he would give me a gift certificate that I could use for my next order so that is what I did and of course I gave them my credit card information for that. Then I gave him a new order that I would like and ask him to apply this gift certificate. He said he could not do that because the order was on sale. Then I told him that I didn't want the second order if I couldn't apply the gift certificate and he said it was too late he already submitted the order using my credit card information from the previous order. I never authorized him to charge me $340 from my account for the second order. He overdrew my account and I got a charge from my bank and now I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back. Horrible horrible service, I will never ever order from this company ever again thanks to XAVIER!

I put in an order for parts in February, selected all the right year, make model, trim for the car. Double checked and triple checked because I was worried about the part number being the same for another trim that I was fairly certain should be the same for the other trim.

I received the parts in a reasonable time frame but as I was worried about when I went to work on the car the parts were not the correct fit at all for my trim.

I won't go through all the details of the back and forth with support but the end result was that I had to spend hours of my own time researching and eventually even reaching out to the manufacturer to confirm correct part numbers for my model and trim. Before I did all that I was told no refund was possible because "according to your VIN your vehicle has Mexico specifications and CARiD can guarantee fitment just to North American built vehicles". This is inexcusable in that #1 my car was manufactured in Mexico for delivery in the U.S. market and #2, Mexico is part of North America. So then I had to pay for a carfax to prove the origins of my car and give them all the part numbers I had researched as the correct ones. Finally after a little more back and forth I received the correct parts in early April. The correct parts were actually less expensive than the incorrect parts but I received no refunds, credits or other compensation.

I was ready to let it ago and was not going to give a review and was possibly even willing to give them 1 more try with some less expensive purchases. Then a month later (mid May) my debit card I used as payment was flagged for fraudulent transactions. The first transaction was to none other than carid and the next was to another online parts dealer.

I can't say who initiated these transactions that have caused me further inconvenience but at this point what I can say is that at best carid is grossly incompetent in listings, support and security. At worst they are simply not trustworthy on any level.
