The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!
This is a horrible vendor. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere. I purchased a twilight assembly for an F250 (w/BLIS) they had advertised. I paid about $112. When it arrived opened the box and the assembly appeared to be new and had the BLIS symbol on it. Naturally, I assumed it would fit my truck since they said it was the right part. Only after I had taken the old assembly off did I realize they had duped me. The F250 w/BLIS is supposed to have 4 bulb ports, the one they sent only had 3, leaving with an extra bulb and wire with no port to connect it to. I contacted CARid for a refund and not an exchange because the part already took too long to arrive and I didn't want to have to wait again because I had already received a ticket for my broken taillight. Therefore I needed to get it fixed ASAP and planned to find one locally. I had to wait a couple more days for them to request photos and my VIN. After that, they said they would not refund the part because I didn't have the original cardboard box the part came in. I had gotten rid of it because on the outside, the part appeared to the right one. They offered a $20 gift card usable on my next order; which won't happen. Now I'm stuck with a part I can't use and I'm out $112, even tho they openly admit that their advertisement was inaccurate and they sent me the wrong part. This is essentially theft. Horrible business practice and service.
The intermediary company was not honest. I made it clear that the purchase and the shipping of the product were wrong. They never offered to exchange it!

So I ordered caliper covers for my Kia K5 GT line. First of all, I didn't reveived the ones I had ordered and second, THEY DID NOT FIT. So I calked to have them returned and it took them about a month to send me the informations. I did everything they said, paid for insurance, and then, received an email saying my request for refund was denied. They said they were scratched ( which is absolutely false), even send a bogus picture of them with scratches, ( which I suspect they scratched them themselves) They are thieves. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM..
