“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I have order for CARiD twice and both time have been a joy everything came on time and the products have worked great and if y'all need to order Sonia is the girl to go to. She was awesome! Very helpful and got me what I needed right away. Half the time customer service people are a joke. They give you the run around and never help. Or they can speak English and you get nowhere. CariD has some of the best prices around for parts and their people are very helpful.

Bought expensive car seats from Carid.com, was missing a part that attached to the seat. Contacted the company, they said they would send out a replacement, needed to send photos. Ect. I did that and got a shipping date. A month later still no sign that anything was shipped out, once again, contacted the company, asked me AGAIN to fill out all the information, photos, ect, waited another few days only to be told they were out or stock. What? Why was my original request given a shipping date?. I paid good money for car seats to only get a part missing they can't replace. Its now been two months and still no replacement. I did not want to send back the whole set since I already had them installed and that was really difficult to do.

Warning! These guys are crooks! My order was confirmed via email. I had to ask them
Where my order was because it did not show up and the shipping numbers were useless.
Then I get a reply saying the shipper could not get in touch because my phone number was incorrect (and it was... my error). So they kept over half the parts cost! (Over $200). The shipper sends me shipping confirmation via email? Shipper sends me shipping tracking numbers via email But can't ask for a phone number via email? And it was Carid.com that took my shipping money (not the shipping company!). And never emailed me again
After the THEFT! Inexcusable, misleading,
Poor communication, thieves! Beware!

Stay away, these guys are thieves!

I bought parts for my car and pretty happy about it. Before the purchase I had a chance to chat with rep and discuss all the questions, so it was informed decision. Shipping charges were affordable and delivery was rather fast. I monitored delivery on shipping company website and knew when part arrived.

Recommend to others for competitive and outstanding overall service. Will buy again.

I have been receiving emails from carid.com in regards to my order and review on this website.
Her name is Mila Parnell, in her first email after my post she offered me $30 which I ignored and about two weeks later I received another offer of 25$ both of which I have attached as proof. This is basically a bribe this company is offering through Mila, is this legal? Should such a company be taken serious? Messing up my order then offering me bribes(twice). I wonder whats next after this post.

Tip for consumers:
Don't bother buying anything from these time wasters, they never have anything in stock even though their system shows shipping within 24hrs . Careful the 24hrs can be 2 weeks just like what they did to me.

I placed an order with carid.com for 5 items on the 3rd of July, all items appeared to be in stock and ready to ship in 24hrs, so I immediately placed the order... 48hrs went and only two items were shipped with different tracking numbers, then about a week later after the long wait, I decided to find out what's going on. I went to customer support and was informed that I need to wait 72hrs for carid. Coms supplier to respond, I asked why and was told supplier hasn't shipped items to carid and I need to wait. Only for the same customer support to email again and tell me items cannot be supplied from that particular supplier but they will source from another and I need to be patient and wait. They have wasted my time almost two weeks without items ordered and now I have requested for a refund which will take at least a week for the money to get back to my account. Please source your parts elsewhere do not go to carid. They are time wasters and have nothing in stock. They will take your money first and then go out to source parts. Nothing is in stock, all lies. Nothing to sell.

Ordered seat covers n steering wheel cover with guaranteed fitment. After waiting a month and a half products don't come close to fitting! They either sent wrong covers or lied about fit. Steering wheel cover doesn't even come close to fitting! Now I'm supposed to pay shipping both ways to get a refund. I will never order from there again! Will be disputing the charges.

I ordered four wheels three were the right size on was not. After contacting them they didn't want the item number that is stamped on the wheel. I was told to jack up my truck to show it would not fit. Then I was told it would take 48 hours for them to review. This is the worst customer service ever and what can I do with three wheels ‍

This company has excellent customer service and they are willing to price match companies out there selling the same product. CariD has a great selection of automotive parts and accessories it's a great one stop shop.

Ordered running boards. Came pre assembled Installed no problems. 3 months go by notice front plastic caps came off. Rear caps still there and cant even pull them off. Called customer service no help at all just no warranty once they are installed. Asked for even exchange they said no. Guess nobody stands behind there product anymore.

I ordered the third brake light for my 2009 Chevy Equinox LT and Victor, the salesman, was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Victor researched e various options available to me to get the best quality part at the best price. He immediately verified and matched the price from another vendor. I received the item on the date promised and it was an exact fit. I'll be using CARiD in the near future.

It took several emails and phone calls but they more than made it right. Im very impressed. They refunded the complete shipping cost and offered me a gift certificate for my time. I did not ask for that I just wanted it to be reasonable. I would be willing to do business with them in the future.

Complete rip off on shipping and delivery time

Ordered multiple parts, heater resister, 2 u joints and a center support for an older truck. They sent me the total and it showed me being charged 114.00 to ship the 2 ujoints. I called customer service and told me that the total was correct. That is what it cost to get them shipped. I then got disconnected. Because those items did not show shipped I called the cancellation number and after being on hold for 35 min finally got to speak to someone. She told me that they had already been shipped. I told her the email from earlier that day said they hadn't and actually 1 of the items was on a delay getting to them. She just continued to read from a script and told me it had. I check my fed ex shipping calculator and those items from their location to mine would cost 90 if overnighter, 25 for next day and 12.99 for 5 day. Nowhere near 114.00. I then sent an email to customer service asking them to call me. No response.

We ordered 4 wheels - received 3 of one size and 1 of another. After several attempts of working with them and sending pictures on 3 separate occasions, Alessandro just puts us on hold and never returns to the call. All we want is 4 wheels that match, but apparently they don't care as they got their money!

I ordered part on Friday which was saying order in 3 hours and it will today. So i hurry up and ordered.

It has been 4 days and it is still not shipped.
I talked to customer support and they keep saying that we know it will shipped on Monday. No other proper answer. Very disappointed

There should be negative ratings. So i can rate negative.
Never buy anything from these people.

I purchased a tonneau cover "FLEX" for 879.00 from carid on 5. 16. 2020. I got it and took the box apart and notice I was missing some parts. I called the manufacturer 1st and they said we can't help you because you didn't purchase it from us. I than called Carid and they told me that I need to send a photo of the box and serial number so, they can get with manufacturer and see if they would be able to ship the missing parts to me. Now keep in mind the parts costed 40.00 at your local hardware store. It has been 7 days I have nothing from Carid or Flex about my missing parts. Bad Customer Service on the part of Carid and Flex I will send this piece of crap back to you and get a better tonneau cover somewhere else.

Abysmal service. They go above and beyond to create fake one review profiles on this site to mask the 600+ legitimate negative reviews they have. Look at all the positive reviews... All by people on the same day all stars all only have ever reviewed carid. It's obvious nearly every single positive review they have is illegitimate and fake. It has been a month since my order and it is still not completely filled. Every delay they have, even those due to their own incompetence and ignorance, results in an email that blames the manufacturer for the delay that is 'out of their control'. Customer service is a joke and a nightmare to deal with. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have always dealt with CARID for my wheels and Tire needs but besides the fact that they have great products and a wide array of choices so do other competitors.

What sets them apart form the rest is that they have the best prices and best of all; great customer service reps who are very courteous and knowledgeable in regards the products and services they provide.

I must also add that their top employee, William made me feel as if my business was well worth they being in b

I ordered a kayak rack from this joke of a company. My order has been delayed for over three weeks. I was told I would get free overnight shipping because of all the problems only for them to email me the next day and say it would be $55 for overnight shipping. I have tried to contact them and was put on hold and then hung up on. I have emailed a lady named Christina Pris in customer service and she will not give me an extension number to speak to a supervisor. It is nearly impossible to speak to someone on the phone. I pray for the poor souls that get tricked into using this horrible company.

Ordered a set of wheels for dodge 2500 received wrong ines and the company would not work with me at all said that's what I ordered and told me to read their policy and I would understand. That's bull $#*!! Where I come from the customer comes first and if they ain't happy the company isn't either but not this one. Just beware of this dealer. Once u order u are stuck with them no matter what. I give them a boot up the $#*! if u could!

I ordered a set of 4 Rims for my car and lug nuts. The best part is they only sent me 3 rims and no lug nuts. Still waiting to hear back from them. Seems like from other reviews once I handle this I will never return to this site and Inform other to do the same. (Updated) so turns out they sent 2 Fedex shipments with 2 packages each. They never told me or sent me the tracking numbers for 2 of the packages. Mind you that you have to sign for these in order for them to be delivered. Best part is One of the rims was never even picked up by fedex. I called customer support and they said it could be a few days before they even figure out what is going on. I will keep updating this

CariD was great to me! I have placed two orders with them. The first order was the stop tech street drilled and slotted break kit (front and rear) and I just placed my second which was a magna flow touring series exhaust system and a new driver side front fender for my 2005 Audi s4. They were extremely helpful with any questions that I had with both of my orders. Thank you CariD I will be back to spend more of my $$! Thank you Nancy and Greg!

"Waited 6 weeks for my Dashmat - and they send the wrong one. They insisted it was the correct one even after sending 7 pictures confirming it was the wrong one. Long story short ~ I did not get my full refund for their mistake and they act like they did me a favor by taking it back! Charged me $20.00 for shipping a box that didn't even weigh a full pound!
The only reason I'm giving one Star is because there is no choice for Negative Stars"
I would never recommend doing business with them.
