“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I bought a set of cab lights and they don't work. They turned it into Recon for warranty and it has been a week and with no results other than "waiting on Recon". Carid should send me another set and turn the bad ones in for warranty so I don't have to wait. It does appear I won't get any satisfaction. Stuck with $200 worth of useless lights.

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect an exchange or free return if item is defective.

I ordered some chrome rocker panel trim/covers and I noticed the product was just cheap and overall sub-standard. I paid $121.00 for cheap crap! I will not be ordering anything else from CARiD in the future, as the products they seem to offer are garbage.

I purchased amp steps and it was missing a light. Everytime i try to get that one little part that probably costs $3 when i just purchased $1600 steps, they always give me a hard time. Its been one headache after the next with them.

After purchasing my parts and before they arrived I was injured. This led me to surgery and rehabilitation. After 2 months recovering I was finally able to work on my vehicle. This is when I opened the packages. One package was as expected. The other was defective. Carid.com would not work with me because it was outside of their 30 day policy. This is a terrible example of customer service. How can I plan my injuries? When you are unable to work, do you open packages to inspect? I hope this wards you away from this fly by night terrible customer service company. Please, for your sake, find a more reputable company to do business with.

Tip for consumers:
Buy from another vendor that is more reputable.

Zero stars! I never leave reviews and I wish I read these others before giving this place my business. Gave this company opportunity to make things right and they don't care. They sent wrong sensors installed in my new rims and tires and won't pay to cover my cost to find out. Now they don't have the proper ones in stock so I am just going to get credited to have non compatible sensors in my tires. Never get my business again. Bad experience all around. Just go somewhere local folks save time and money!

I am a first time customer. Eric the representative was patient, he waited for me to go outside to my car to double check a detail, then addressed all of my questions. I'm looking forward to putting on the brake caliper covers that I ordered.

I really have bad experience in Carid spend more that 2000 dollars and not receiving my order for almost 2 months until now stop ordering in Carid. Worst of the worst service all false hope and false information

I called and ordered some wheels and tires from them. I was assured they were in stock, then they gave me a ship date 2 months away. I will never deal with them again. Very unresponsive customer service.

Ordered bumpers the first time and took forever to get and only got half of the parts for it. Then got wheels and tires thinking it might be better this time. Sent wrong size and called them about it pretty much told me it's my fault and I'm stuck with the tires and rims that don't fit my truck so I got $3000 worth of rubber and metal that's worthless to me.

This business has the most polite representatives, they made me feel relaxed and i enjoyed talking with them. The representative was eager an quick to help solve my issue in any way she could. And she made sure everything was fine and even help me make the investigation claim against the missing package and helped me get a replacement one started and sent to me at no cost to me

Caliper covers look great on my truck. Perfect fit also. I called them before I ordered them to ask a few questions. They answered all my questions about the product, customer service was very helpful. I am definitely going to get more stuff for my truck from CARiD.

I ordered a $450 cowl induction hood they threw it in a chintzy cardboard box and shipped it across the country. What a surprise it arrived damaged after waiting 6 days I left it on the delivery truck and had it returned.
There resolution for the problem was shipping another Hood the exact same way. They did refund my money after I informed them I would not be waiting for any more damaged hoods.

Placed an online order. Was told the part was in house and would ship the next day. One week later i checked on my order only to find that the ship date was changed to be more than a month away, but my credit card had been charged. How do you charge a customers credit card for a part you don't have in stock and can't ship for another 4 weeks? Absurd.

I had mistakenly ordered a part that did not fit my car. I realized this as soon as the part came in. I notified CARiD about my mistake, and they promptly issued the return information and refund. It was easy to do. The only reason I took off 1 star was because I had to call to do ask for the return rather than doing so online. The shipping was also slow. It took nearly two weeks for me to receive my part. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I will be using CARiD in the future.

I received a damaged driver side headlight in a headlight assembly. They will not replace it. The customer service people continue to tell me how to be a better customer. I just want a headlight that is not broken. I paid them so i am a good customer, they sent damaged merchandise and told me i was a bad customer?!?!?!?!

Find another supplier.

I had purchase a side skirt for my bmw on march 7 2015. I place my order with a sales rep he promise that I would receive my item within a week. Two weeks had pass I call back to see where my item was, frustrating two days calling, leaving messages for someone to call me back, finally third day a got a hold of someone they told me that my item was not ship out yet because $#@! Sales rep did not clarify model type of my vehicle which I had clarify with him multiple times. Anxiously waiting for my item after 4 weeks, they had send me the wrong part. I tried to call them back several times but no answer. Know I am stuck with an item that I did not order. If I had read the reviews of this $#@! Company I would not have order from them take my word, never, never do business with CARID not worth your blood pressure going up.

I had a handful of coupons I was looking to use on carID, and none of them were really working. Therefore I call the website and Bruce picked up the phone. I'm so glad he did because he was able to help me get the price lower on my order. I will definitely be coming back to CarID for future purchases.

I ordered lugnuts from this site and they arrived very quickly. However after installing all the lugnuts it looked like it cannot be tightened all the way due to a size mismatch with the rims. The rims were also ordered from their website.
According to them the manufacturer's return policy does not allow returning the lugnuts however it seems like they are willing to help with the process with the partial refund. Overall this one may be a bit of a loss for me but I would order from them again. I would still ask them to make it clear on these specific items where installation voids the return.

They have the wrong part number linked to my truck and so I purchased the wrong part. I even went to manufactures site and showed them and they still tried to put blame on me and force me to pay shipping on new part and return of the wrong one.

UPDATE: got an email today they acknowledged their mistake and are attempting to fix it at no charge to me. If only they would have done this yesterday

Total incompetence, lost paperwork for returns and blamed every issue on management, accounting, vendors, shipper etc. tons of emails delaying action.
2 of 3 items didn't fit. What happened to your 100% fitment guarantee?
6 weeks later no action. Now I have a PayPal claim against them.
Never again will I deal with them and it's too bad since their pricing is good and in the past things were smooth. Granted they sold what the mfg claims would fit, but they need to argue the case with the supplier and not force the customer to wait while they take their time figuring it out.

Having bought multiple items for my vehicles over the last 6 months, I am a very satisfied consumer. Products like customer tail lights to off-road wheels, TPMS'; the list goes on. Every order came through in excellent condition and the quality of products exceeded my expectations. Pricing is also VERY competitive to other leading online auto supply companies. I find their website easy to navigate and the specs detail and "how to" installation write-ups are very useful. I have also worked with 2 different customer service techs on getting the right tech specs aligned to my vehicle, and they were of immense help. As a consumer with light automotive mechanical experience I really appreciate CARid and plan to give them all my business going forward.

I had some trouble fining an item on line as amazon no longer carried it. All other sites were more expensive, so i too a chance with this company, crossed my fingers, and was not disapointed. The item arrived quickly, packaged securely and discretely. I would definately order from them again!.

Ordered headlights, adjuster was broken and would not allow to align lights for proper beam display. Notified them, thetvwanted pics of box, parts, explain what was going on vs. just accepting that I have 45 years of repairing cars and a poor quality adjuster was the problem. They make it difficult to attempt to return there junk. Buy your lamps from someone else.

Bought wheel and tire package for my jaguar Xe.
Placed order, of course immediate charge to my account. Delivery 4 weeks later. Wheels dont fit, 7 days of back and forth with customer service pictures and video. Finally give me return authorization. They promised packing material, shipped 5 days later. Packed, took pictures, sent back. Materials received at destination, they are very busy. Need to have the destination site inspect and approve. Also ordered wheel lock kit, still have not received.
Now keep in mind this is 40+ emails and probably 10+ phone calls. (Tired of hearing about boulder damn). So far March 31 to May 25 they have had my $1900 tied up and yet to receive a refund.
Called twice on May 25. Asked for supervisor to call me at 2:45pm est. No return call.
Now keep in mind they confirmed the vin of my car twice, sent me wheels and tires that dont fit. Then have made a absolute miserable experience to get my money back.
