“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Ordered a part from them and was billed haven't had the order ship two weeks later. Then talk to the customer service people and they said the price advertised was wrong and they were going to up charge me almost 50%. This is the worst company ever!

They refunded one bumper & refused to refund the other one and now I have another $200 charge for a bumper that wasn't picked up by their freight company! This is the worst company ever! Never use them stay as far away as possible!

They have experienced customer service not just regular sales rep without knowledge of the product or what your issue could be. And if they dont know they will reach out to someone who does for you and get back to you not just let you buy anything.

After ordering my rims back in April, I finally canceled my order at the end of July, just to receive my product 3 days later. Which would have been fine. However, when going to install them I find out they are the wrong size. I called to talk to customer service. The Women (Carla) was rude. She was very unhelpful and had an attitude. I'll admit I gave her one back. I called back again to be connected to a manager just to have my call disconnect. Now I'm stuck will $700 rims that I can't use. Very unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional.

I bought and financed products, went to have a professional install them and he told me he's never seen such poor quality in his life. The parts are not made to fit my car like the website said. After $950 spent, car Id refuses to refund me. The fiberglass is flimsy and wavy, looks terrible next to my sports car. Save your money. Do not buy from here

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered product July 9.2020. Told 4 to 5 days for delivery. On August 27th we were told Oct delivery date. Cancelled order a week later still haven't received refund. Bad company to deal with

I have always ordered through CARID because they always go out do their way to make sure I am a happy customer. Ive always been offered discount codes and the best customer service anyone could ask for. If youre shopping anywhere else for your car needs youre moving in the wrong direction.

After checking many online sites and wasting my valuable time, only to find a bait and switch philosophy, I checked the Car id site. Within minutes I had the product I was searching for and was checking out. I'm sorry I didn't come to this site first, much better than AutoAnything. Would recommend to everyone.

Never buy anything from this site. I was waiting for a product that was on back order for two months and every time I called for a status they would give me another date that would be weeks away with no explanation. This was the second chance that I gave them after I ordered a product previously that ensured was compatible for my car and it was the wrong product. I would never order from them again.

Laura was amazing and a great help. I give her 10 stars. The only issue we had was that my cart was unable to be viewed. This is a company flaw and causes issues for the advisor and the customer. But overall extremely satisfied. However, I cannot stress enough how important it is for your advisors to be able to see the cart I have already put together instead of having to email all the information and the advisor having to put together a new order.

It's probably my fault for shopping while tired but reading they would price match I felt comfortable to buy a set of wheels and tires from them, but I was wrong.
I did a little more searching the next day on other sites. Not only are other sites about $30 less per tire and about $40 less per wheel, but they also charge a ton for shipping. I've spoken to 2 reps and they refuse to do anything to "price match". They also only gave a 24h return policy on wheels and tires. It's my fault for trusting this site but I figured I'd write this review to to save someone else from making the mistakes I made when dealing with these people.

They have given me the run around on every product Ive ordered from shipping costs to products being out of stock and its near impossible to get a refund once they have your money unless youre willing to sue for it. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere

I was having an issue with finding wheels for our Explorer. I spoke with a guy named Frank at CARiD. We were on the phone over an hour. He went above and beyond what was expected and helped me find what I was looking for. He did a lot of research and spent a lot of time on the phone helping me. I've never had such great customer service. I will forever order from them now, and I will definitely refer business. Frank deserves a raise...

These guys make it so hard to return an item. I ordered a vanity part for my f250 and it doesn't look like the photo. I never used it and it took me 2 hours of waiting and bs to get a return going. 10 days later and I still haven't gotten the paperwork for the return. Just spent another hour with a guy who now says it will be resent, that they sent it a ways back... waste of time and not at all what they say on the website about "easy returns"

Placed an order on March 7 - their website says estimated shipping March 11th. It's now the 19th - order hasn't shipped. I've clicked on the "status" button - no reply. Contacted Chat - they told me it would take 24 - 72 business hours before they can give me an update. Called the 800# today - the gentleman said the supplier shipped the order yesterday but that it would take until as late as Tuesday to get the tracking information - total BS. Oh, and they actually charge for the damn shipping that never happens... How much you wanna bet the tracking information never arrives and I'm cancelling the order come Tuesday. Rip-off.

Ordered two parts for an RV. One shipped fine. The other was "delayed", I was told. Fine. Got two different tracking numbers, but when I crossed checked them on UPS, they only showed "label created". Called multiple times, always placed on hold while they "called the manufacturer" and was always told it would ship the next day. It wouldn't. Blamed July 4th holiday for the delay, still no item. Get an email on a Wednesday and it says we have to pay $35 more. I respond to "Andy T" and say I think that's ridiculous, we've waited forever, what can we do about this - and how can I be sure I'll actually get my item if I pay MORE? No answer for two days. Call on a Friday and mid conversation the CSR hung up on me. No item and they have my money too. Horrible. AVOID!

Deceptive photograph of product (showed a pair, shipped one), no return labels, shipping costs almost as much a product, charge for return, product did not fit. What appears to be an automated return process on the website is completely fake - it is not connected to anything. When you eventually talk to a person, there is a long run around because the product may not be in new condition and in its original packaging, and when I finally did get notice of a return authorization that would be issued, it was conditional upon Carid's supplier issuing it. So far- nothing. Obviously they are just taking and forwarding orders. I feel dumb for having bought from them -they appeared to have a replacement product I couldn't find elsewhere, but I basically threw $50 + down the drain. If there was a zero number of stars I would use it.

Couldn't ask for a better place to get anything and everything for your automotive needs. Their prices are cheap, but still a good quality product. Shipping is quick and easy. I highly recommend using these people. They are awesome.

I ordered a brake booster. Their online staff confirmed part number when I ordered to confirm it will fit my car. The pic online WAS the part I needed. Sent me one with reverse bolts. Called to complain. They had me send them pics, my VIN number etc! Was told it was my fault the car was made in Japan even though the part they sent doesn't match the online pic. Still waiting for refund and return label.

Tip for consumers:
Pay the little extra locally to get it in your hands faster and have less issues with returns.

I Went to Autozone locally. They ordered it and it will be here the next day.I paid more but had less issues.

I order and deal with many companies online but Car Id has to be one of the worst when it comes to customer service and honoring warranties. They dont respond back to you when there is a problem. You will feel like your getting a run around if there is an issue with your order, i was kept on hold many times and one of those times was for an hour long. I cant emphasize enough that anyone should consider Real Truck.com or Auto Anything.com way before EVER considering Car Id

Not very happy, I placed an order today while chatting with someone. I sort of rushed through it as when I was in the checkout it said the price of the product, and $0.00 for shipping. I figured that was the final amount and checked out with paypal. I rushed through paypal and ended up not noticing $11 for shipping, I still had the chat session open and asked him quickly to cancel the order. He said it may or may not cancel and IF it does I will get refunded in 3-5 business days. I have a hard time believing that they cant cancel an order that was placed under a minute before hand. I just feel swindled by this company and will not be doing business with them again.

This is not a typical situation and we would like to make things right and compensate you for the inconveniences.

The cancellation request usually takes 24-48 business hours to be processed in a correct manner. That is why, we advise our clients that when the estimated shipping date is set on the same day, or the next one - we cannot guarantee that the cancellation request will go through right away, as it is a two step process and the order should be cancelled on manufacturer's end as well.

As for now, we have speeded up the cancellation process and managed to cancel your order before it was shipped out. The full amount of refund has already been refunded to the original payment method.

I ordered a set of black rhino wheels for my truck the other day. I ordered the wrong offset and want to cancel my order. It hasn't shipped yet and I was on a call with customer service for 30 minutes left on hold. I then tried the chat and kept saying they would transfer me to a wheel and tire specialist. However I never spoke to a wheel or tire specialist. I just want to cancel my order and I can't. This is very frustrating.

Your order was shipped two days after the order was placed, on 6/9/2020. We received your cancellation request on 6/10/2020, and therefore we were unable to cancel the order that was already in transit.

Moreover, some products cannot be cancelled or modified once manufacturing has begun, they include: Items Marked "Non-Cancelable" or "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order) and Wheel & Tire Packages.
