“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I ordered a part on 9/2 that had an expected delivery of 9/10. They do have a caption on site and confirmation stating it could be delayed 3-5 days due to covid. I requested update after 14 days of no communication. I was told they didn't know where order was and would have to check with manufacturer and they would get back to me within 36 hours. They gave me a $15 coupon to use on their site only (which is essentially useless to me). No response since and it's been 8 days and they sent my money back without any warning or explanation. I asked why and they said they couldn't fulfil the order so sent refund. I asked if this was normal practice to have zero communication with the customer and kept getting canned responses over and over. Pathetic customer service. I will not be ordering again. They could have alleviated my frustration with a simple email or call saying they are sorry and just providing an update. One and done for me.

Tip for consumers:
Communication is terrible. Explanations were awful. Response was worse (none).

I ordered 2 axles of different lengths. I received 2 axles of the same length. One would work but the other needed to be shorter, so I contacted them to return it. I kept getting different people, I had to explain the same thing over and over again, I just plain got the runaround. I feel they were just dragging it out in an attempt to get me to give up. I did not and when I finally got my return label they also told me my refund would be deducted because it was my fault. Maybe if they checked their product descriptions and compared them to manufacturer descriptions, but they didn't and put the blame on me. I am just glad to be done with them. Won't order from them again, ever.

This company lies about your shipping until they get your money. Saying next day delivery or 2 days…its been a week now and i still dont have my parts and my truck is sitting home brokedown. First and last time using this bull$#*! company. They charge ups or fedex fees and send packages thru regular mail

I bought a sun shade for my new car and these people shipped me two! I called to get a refund and they said that I'd have to wait 3-5 business days, ship the product back, and then I'd get credit. I spoke to a supervisor and said this was unsatisfactory and he could care less. He even told me that the duplicate was my fault. I won't get into the details, but their system said that I never completed the order. Their system only shows one order on my end and I only got one notification for one item. I demanded instant satisfaction since it was there fault. Spoke to another supervisor and got the same. She was less insulting, but just as cold. They could care less about keeping me a customer. I told the second supervisor that now I'd rather return both items. They will lose money on shipping and the sale. I'll get all my money back and I will just go direct to CoverCraft. I would rate them ZERO stars if I could. AVOID this business at all cost.

Ordered mirror fr jeep per description on CARiD website. Firstly, order was delayed even though payment was taken immediately. When I finally recieved the mirror it was not as listed. Requested return authorization via the CARiD website - not received. Requested return authorization via telephone - Customer Service reps says they get back to me next week. WTH? This is the worst customer service in the industry. Seems to me like they are living on the float of customers money. Delaying shipping and delay returns while sitting on the money. Something is terribly wrong here!

I ordered headlights for my 2005 Subaru WRX. They looked O. K., not great, and after 7 months (right after the 6 month warranty expired) one of the halo's went out and the LED lights started to strobe. I tried to have them replace it, but they wouldn't because the warranty expired. Will never purchase anything from this website again.

Placed item in my cart and proceeded to check out but halted when I saw the $22 shipping charge. The 4:00am Saturday morning email response from the "Sales Department" put my internet fraud instincts on red alert! I replied voicing my disappointment in the shipping cost, they replied with a $19 shipping discount and a convenient link to complete the order. Decided to do a little research before going any further when I ran across the reviews on this site, they confirmed my suspicions, these folks are in some other country basically running a scam or some sort of money laundering operation. Sure you may eventually receive the product you ordered or something similar, but it's clear from the other reviews, this site is not about providing good products at a good price with good service, there is something else going on here, I am going to stay far, far away!

Worst place ever 1600 dollar order only to wait a month to tell me three different story's every time you call. And In the end to be told my wheels were out of stock... 30 days to tell me that last time I called they were waiting on the tires lol in reality save your money wish I would of read the reviews before I orderd trust me don't do it...

Purchased front mats, in tan, for a 2004 CRV.
Received a rear mat, in dark brown, for... not sure what, but it was big.
Immediately filed through the CARiD website and a couple days later got a response. Was told I would receive shipping labels in 24-48 business hours. When that expired I replied asking when I could expect to see them. Was told they were waiting on warehouse; 24-48 biz hours. Wait for that to expire then emailed again. Was told they were waiting on manufacturer; 24-48 biz hours. However, while waiting this time I got the full refund (that was a pleasant surprise: no restocking fees, etc.)
I inquired again about a shipping label so I could return this item. Was finally told "destroy it and send us pictures of the destroyed product." I emailed for clarification. Clarification received: "destroy it."

So the product isn't worth the $7 to ship it back? But you charged me $88 for it?

Nope - lesson learned. Never buying thru CARiD again.

I ordered a set of headlights from this company with a 5 year warranty. I have had the headlights about 2 years now. One went out so i reached out to replace it with the warranty. They first said it would be shipped out in a few days. Well, a few days turned into a month. It's been almost two months now and i still do not have my part. They also said they have no idea when I would be getting the part. But at least they gave me a 10 dollar voucher on my 160.00 headlights. Why have a warranty on something you can't replace? I asked if they could just send me different bulbs, even ones that were cheaper then the ones i purchased. I was told that they cant do that. I would stay away from this website.

I ordered a set of Spyder fog lights, they came with a week, they fit perfectly here. It has all the installation you would need to make these work. I contact customer service for some help on few things and they get right back to you in a timely manner...

As a first time buyer on this website i was a little clueless on what i wanted to purchase. I put some LED headlight bulbs in my cart and decided i would check it out on another day when i had a little more information on the item i was about to buy. Hours later I had Sonia from CARiD call me and gave the greatest incite on what i was going to buy. She actually corrected my cart and helped me select the correct item. Sonia even went an extra step further and provided me with the installation process which Im very grateful for.

I ordered wheels and tyres and have had So much trouble from these two despicable thieves. Over 48 hours they said I would get a refund within 48 hours as long as no complaint was filled with my bank or it will take longer to get it back!. Have the email. No refund.
AVOID like the plague. Hey... BBB.org are you in bed with these two owners? How could you rate them A+?

Had to order brakes for my 08 Mitsubishi Eclipse but I wanted to use Affirm to purchase them. A carid agent named Bryan assisted me using there instant message chat service and told me the purchase had to be over $500 to use it. Pretty simple information he gave me and he even gave me a discount on my purchase. Great customer service and very professional and I would recommend my friends to this site.

Absolutely annoying and frustrating company.
I order headlights for my brothers 2005 Mazda 6 and they charged me twice for the same product. So I called them and asked them to cancel the second charge and refund my money, they agreed with no argument only... it's going on a month now and I've yet to receive my money, I've had my bank haress them and ive called a total of 8 times so far and I keep getting told it'll happen any day now... AND Then for the headlights I did order, I was told would come December 24, then get an email saying I'll receive it January 15.
Absolutely terrible service and will never order from here again.

Find another website, they are terrible

Spyder headlights that I purchased arrived damaged. They refused to return or exchange because the undamaged light had already been opened and and wasn't in "NEW" condition. Also, the customer service was sub par, I waited on hold for 15 minutes, twice. They were also slow to respond on email, which is why I had to call their customer service line. Ultimately, the charge was disputed. I will never purchase from them again.

They send me the wrong product after 2hrs on the phone they want to charge me stocking fee and shipping for their dam mistake! Customer services is a joke (Learn English). No customer satisfaction they cant even say sorry. To get my money back was the biggest problem ever and It was their mistake. Stupid's. Don't make the mistake I made... Stay AWAY!

I will never recommend or buy from them ever again.

So because this BS site claims that they support First Responders, I decided to shop there. Low and behold, they only "support" First Responders if the product you want to purchase is their own. We wanted Weathertech. Nope... no discount. SO... only First Responders who purchase what they steer you to, are "supported". Please shop elsewhere. The false and misleading claim is meant only to get to you their site. Shame the F on them!.

Tip for consumers:
If you want to be mislead into believing this shop supports First Responders, go ahead and try to get a discount. Shop at a legitimate, honest store.

NONE. I won't shop here every again. Period.

I bought a bumper for my car from Carid after receiving confirmation that it was the exact fit for my car from the sales person i was dealing with. The bumper i received didnt even come close to matching my cars! After calling Carid, the first thing the guy on the phone asked was whether i signed for it! I guess he wanted to pin the return shipping charges on me. That should have been the least of his concerns! Fortunately, i had elected to pick up the package myself from Fedex and had time to take pictures of the part and promptly rejected it.

In conclusion, please do not ignore all these reviews, I have, through the hard way confirmed their reliability. Take your business elsewhere.

This is the third or fourth time I order from CARID. The staff are polite and friendly they check to make sure you have the right parts before the order is made. They stay with you online until the order is complete. All my orders arrived on time and in great shape. Fit perfect, no troubles. Price is excellent, huge selection of parts and quality. WAY TO GO CARID... Thank you.

Submitted my order and was told it would ship out in 48 hours. Never got a follow up email so I called them 48 hours after it was supposed to ship. They tell me they can't get in touch with the manufacturer (MSD) to find out where my part is but they will send a request and I should hear something in 24 hours... meanwhile, they have had my money for 96 hours. Complete joke! Just went online with *, part is shipping today and is $25 cheaper except for the same $25 I have to now pay to get the part shipped overnight.

After looking around for some stylish tail lights for my new truck, I ended up buying from CARiD due to there great prices and photos of the product. I did have to call in my order and got a customer service agent right away that was very helpful. Also, I did receive my items quickly in perfect condition. I would recommend CARiD to anyone that is looking for a little more style for their ride.

I ordered several items from CARiD. Some arrived and were fine, one item, floor mats from Designer Mat International, was a train wreck. I ordered rear mats for my Audi. They were made in Mexico and they were a joke. The holes with plastic grommets did not line up with the pegs on the carpet. The grommets looked like they were placed randomly without a template for the part.

When I tried to return them, CARiD would not issue an RMA until the manufacturer Designer Mat agreed to the return. Designer Mat kept requesting pictures and diagrams to prove that they didn't fit. (3 times!) Finally after weeks of back and forth, I escalated at CARiD to a supervisor who finally approved the return. All this for a $45 return. Oye!

I ordered 4 rims and lugs. They sent wrong lugs but how was I to know until after the tire shop said they would not fit. The tire shop had never seen such a lug and called three other places but these rims require a specific lug. Tire shop had to put tires back on old rims and charged me 100. CARiD said too bad and send correct lugs that required a specific tool that the garage had never seen. Guess what, the special lug tool broke and there was no tool in the shop that would work without stripping the lugs. They showed me how the lug tool had been painted over to cover a defect. CARiD did not care and refuses to respond. I am going on every review site I can find but I doubt they will care. Be warned.

Do not believe their "No Hassles... No Headaches" return policy. I ordered lights from their Web Site that were advertised to fit a Ford F-150, but when we attempted to have them installed, we found out they did not fit the truck. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my "Return Merchandise Authorization" from them, and they have refused to pay the shipping fees. It has been nothing but headaches and hassles. I've had to send them pictures of my truck and the lights, to prove the truck is a Ford F-150. They even requested the VIN#! Do not order from this company!
