The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!
I ordered 4 rims and lugs. They sent wrong lugs but how was I to know until after the tire shop said they would not fit. The tire shop had never seen such a lug and called three other places but these rims require a specific lug. Tire shop had to put tires back on old rims and charged me 100. CARiD said too bad and send correct lugs that required a specific tool that the garage had never seen. Guess what, the special lug tool broke and there was no tool in the shop that would work without stripping the lugs. They showed me how the lug tool had been painted over to cover a defect. CARiD did not care and refuses to respond. I am going on every review site I can find but I doubt they will care. Be warned.

I told them to cancel my order and they said they would let me know. I then proceeded to call them back 2 days later and i asked to confirm if it was cancelled and they said yes. Maybe a week after that i get an email that says your order was shipped successfully. At this point I knew something was wrong so I called them and they kept saying they never said it was cancelled. So i asked for the audio recording of the phone call and i was right. I asked them to listen to it and they still did not believe me. So thank god for pay pal because they were able to send me a full refund even tho Carid told me and said "you will never get your money back for this one". So long story shot they don't care for their customers and you can find better quality parts somewhere else so just stay away.

Don't waste your money! They won't honor their warranty! They tell you you'll have to talk to the manufacturer and insist you get a work order and send pictures of a stripped adjustment that can't be seen in a picture!

Ordered wheels in June, didn't get custom fitment form until July, was told wheels would ship first week of August, shipment was delayed to august 8, now it is delayed again for August 12 been waiting 2 months now. Disappointed.

I called to find the right CA legal cold air intake for my 2016 Ford F-150 4x4. I spoke with Xavier who was super helpful and friendly and got me set up with a AEM brutal force intake... I was able to quickly look up some reviews while on the phone and found that it is one of the top rated products! Xavier got me all set with free shipping, tracking number and most importantly the right item for my vehicle!

Ridiculous operation that is made up of nothing more than a call center boiler room - wouldn't be surprised if they also double as a phone sex call center - better than folks walking the streets I guess.
The manufacturing companies they work with are no better - not sure who runs the business - they will simply take the next call.

I decided I no longer wanted the step and deleted it from my cart as well as deleting the order. Several days later the step arrived along with a $40 shipping charge. Now when I try to return the step they say I never placed an order. How these people stay in business and sleep at night is beyond me. What crooks.

CARID is a great company. Ive bought rims and brake rotors off their website and they are both amazing quality. Everything I order off there gets shipped very quickly to. I ordered the brake rotors and then three days later they were at my door. Great place to shop.
After purchasing 3 bottles of transmission fluid, I noticed the shipping price and cancelled the order. The next day, they shipped it anyway. I called to ask about it and they said that cancellations take 48 hours to process and there's nothing they could do now. Flagrant rip off.

CARiD.com... worst company to buy products. Sent back my tail lights for my chevy truck twice as they sent out 2 faulty products 2 different times. And on top of sending new ones (replacements) they r charging me a import fee. Which they will not pay for. Why do business in Canada or other countries if when selling faulty products they do not cover those costs. This has happened twice now. And I had paid import fees on initial purchase and also the first 1st time replacement. ( I have paid more money on import fees then the actual product now). Also the time and money I had to get them installed and un installed and driving around with faulty lights that could of caused an accident. Thanks alot car-id. And when I called they did nothing! Canadians do not order from this place as they just have faulty products and don't cover costs.

I ordered a head gasket from Carid.com and they sent me the wrong item. I was not able to do the work immediately and when I opened the box and noticed that it was completely the wrong item, I was beyond the so-called "return period". I sent them an email requesting a refund and they refused. Ridiculous. This is not a question of a correct item being damaged in transit or the buyer selecting the incorrect item. When I order a part, I expect to receive the part I ordered.

The 30 days return policy was designed to give a consumer enough time to test-fit the product, make sure it meets their expectations and to report defects/ flaws if located. Unfortunately, after 3 months from the moment of purchase, it becomes very complicated to return the product, as it is far away from the regular return period.

I dealt with an associate named Alpha. He provided great service and his service deserves 5 Stars! However, the reason why this specific review is 3 stars is because the item i ordered was listed as in stock. Unfortunately it was not in stock as the manufacturer (Metra) is waiting for some parts to come in. I was give $25 partial refund for the inconvenience. I do see that other feedbacks state the same previous issues which tells me CarID needs to improve on keep their in-stock items up to date. So to summarize, Alpha get's 5 stars. CarID gets 3 stars rating because the item is not in stock and i had to reschedule my installation
These people are scam artist. I recieved a bumper from them today. The description said it was fiber glass. It came and looked like a used bumper that has been in a accident and it was made of hard rubber. They want me to put the blame on UPS and mark it up as damaged. They're trying to refuse to give me back my money so I have to get my bank involved. STAY AWAY!

Worst company I've ever done business. This company has zero customer service. If you get correct part as described thank god. But if something is wrong with your order you are screwed because if you send wrong product back they keep your money and the product.

The customer service was great! They haven't completed the order placed 9/22/2017 they estimated the ship date of 9/25/2017. So far have yet to hear it's shipped and no tracking number. I contacted Live Chat and they couldn't help because they called a special order not sure why they had 3 in stock. So its 9/30/2017@ 11:53 PM PST. I would like to change this to a 5-star rating.
