“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I ordered a custom steering wheel for my pick-up. Once I received it I wasn't happy with the color matching. I give credit to the customer service because they were willing to go out of there way in order to make me satisfied. The only complaint I have is the wait times when you call in are ridiculously long.

I am a professional mechanic and order parts from the internet all the time. I have never experienced anything like the service at CARID. In an attempt to cancel an order (which cannot be done unless you call) I wasted over 4 hours on the phone with no contact. They make every attempt to prevent you from canceling an order to keep sales numbers up. They sent automated responses to my email with the wrong contact phone number. I emailed back multiple times with the correct contact number, they replied with the same wrong number. It's like there is no one there. All I wanted to do was cancel the order before it was sent. I began this process minutes after placing the order. Honestly I write praising reviews for all the other suppliers who are professional and provide good service, CARID in no way, shape or form meets that standard. BEWARE.

The selection and pricing at CARid.com is amazing! I chatted with a live agent who was able to answer all of my questions and make sure I was getting the correct brake pads and rotors for my vehicle. This was my first shopping experience with CARid.com but it will definitely not be my last!

Compensate for the problem. So cariD.com
Refunded me $159 I don't know where they come up with that number but I paid almost $900 for the wheels. Les Schwab charge me $214 to put the wheels on my car and then Les Schwab tire charge me another $214 to put back my old wheels on that do fit my car, so were the $159 comes from I have no idea, that don't even cover putting the wheels on my car. I just cannot understand how carID.com tells me the wheels that fit my car! I paid for them, they send them and they don't fit! Now they won't take them back or give me a refund of my money. This makes absolutely no sense to me. How does a business tell me the product I need I get the product it don't fit and they don't take it back I cannot comprehend this.

Buy locally have them installed locally. Absolutely don’t buy from this company.

I recently ordered a full width mud flap that attach to the receiver hitch that protect our travel trailer when towing. I contacted customer service at CARid and talked to Nerlyn. He was very professional and courteous. I will definitely be a returning customer. You can tell Nerlyn loves his job. Thanks again Nerlyn! Keep up the great work!

ON MAY 12,2017, I ordered a set of tires from this online retailer, they had several models they stated were guaranteed to fit, while placing they order, I attempted to confirm by phone to confirm, I waited 1 hour on hold, no response, I placed order, believing the company would not list tires that would not fit, however after Firestone attempted, it was obvious bad fit, the tires were returned and they forced me to pay a large restocking fee, as well as return shipping, over $200, they have terrible customer service and list tires for sale, that don't fit your vehicle. Their promises mean nothing... beware!

Purchased some daytime running lights for my wife's new car. The dealer wanted much more and the lights they offered didn't look as nice as the ones on CarID. Ordered 2 sets and sizes so we could offset them and they look great! Shipping was fast and the price and quality can't be beat!

I tried buying from car Ida few times and every time I had issue with the product either it was late or wrong item sent. I just bought vipers to my car and those vipers doesn't fit my car when I called customer service they say it cannot returned. That's how it is every time I tried purchasing from this website, I'm done with them

Carid is the best store for shopping for parts. It stumps physical and electronic stores. I love their customer service. I especially love their catalog, how you can enter your car or cars and have your garage electronically for quick access to parts. I love how easy it is to browse any part from customization to repair even performance! Never going to any other place except for fluids. :D

I was quite surprised that chatting with their online customer service rep was very smooth and timely. He answered all of my questions loaded a shopping cart with all of the items I needed and made it simple to purchase. Also everything arrived timely and correct!

I wanted to place an order and put a coupon at the end. Total came to 118 including shipping to my address and system asked for a payment method. I put my card in and... shipping from 15$ jumped to 26.50$... practically that erased the coupon. And added another 50% of the coupon value of 8$.

I was fishing for the right bumper parts for my son's 2005 Toyota 4Runner. I found CARiD and made a cold call. Kerry from Brooklyn helped me. He spent considerable time with me on a Saturday morning and walked me through the process. I am less than a novice when it comes to car parts, but he detailed what I was looking for, made suggestions and then found a way to ship both parts (very large) in the same shipment for a discount. He followed up as he said with emails on the process. Overall, very professional and whether I got the right parts I don't know, but he also explained the exchange policy if needed. A true pro, Thanks Kerry. UPDATE: Worked to perfection! Thank you.

I read reviews of alternator replacements on Isuzu Rodeos, which are temperamental. Many aftermarket alternators fail or still show warning lights after replacement. One review said use an OEM Hitachi or a Bosch. CARiD had a Bosch at a good price, received it quickly, and fixed it on the first try. Refunded core deposit promptly.

Took five months 2 receive the grill sent the wrong part and asked me to take a million pictures in order to return it managers suck and tried to speak over me and get pissy with me don't waste your money horrible company

I previously ordered a pair of wheels from the website, they shipped and arrived on time and fit my vehicle, so no complaints there. I am currently in the process of ordering an intake, it was supposed to arrive today. Today was a long time ago.

I am frustrated and saddened to say that I will no longer be doing business with this company nor can I recommend a company so irresponsible of client's orders. Yes, they may "catalog" a lot of products from "other" suppliers but when a company is not aware of their vendor's inventory and no one bothers to inform anyone that the customer's ordered item is out of stock or gives you a "we just got it but it won't ship out until a week AFTER we inventory it" - That's 100% POOR Customer service! My order was placed 12/25/14, it's 01/05/15 today and I had to call to find out. Not a courtesy call or email to notify you and pretty much got a "tough luck for you" brush off. Sure its fresh off the holidays but you need to take responsibility of your services provided!

Tip for consumers:
If you are okay with this level of service, I highly recommend Aliexpress.com and order from China as it would seem no different in terms of quality of communication.

Jorge was not only knowledge, but helpful, courteous and professional. He answered my questions regarding the products I asked about and those I ordered. He made sure before I ordered the items, they would fit my vehicle. He was the type of person that was honest and to me a valuable asset to your company. I ordered a very much needed trailer hitch for last minute trip. I ordered the part on Wed paid the extra 50 for overnight shipping received the package Friday morning. This company saved the day for our trip and because their prices are so much cheaper then the competition i was able to afford the 50 for overnight with that added into the price the hitch was still extremely cheaper then competition thanks carid

I received a tonneau cover from them but the product was not designed for my truck. It took them nearly two weeks to confirm the product was wrong before allowing it to be returned/replaces. UPS shows up 24 hours before I received notice from CarID that it was approved for return. Unfortunately I had not repackaged one the item and has to turn UPS away. I was told by the UPS they would pick the item up on Thursday of last week but they have been a no show ever since. The pickup issue is not really Car ID's direct fault but it is irritating when you order something and it comes wrong.

I do not recommend ordering large item from CarID since they do not seen to have good control over their inventory and the people whom process the orders. When I placed the order I clearly gave them all the vehicle information and someone failed to pay attention before shipping. I do believe they will make this right but the process has been very slow.

I purchased my wheel combo on May 19th I asked before I purchased will this take a long time I was told because of my wheels needing to be modified it may take longer than 2 weeks but not over 3 weeks I brought through affirm... Here it is I have to pay my bill on this and I've never seen the product... it is now July 3rd and I still do not have my purchase... tried to cancel because I didn't want it anymore they won't let you... At this point I hate that I trusted them... STAY away from this place."Keep me in your prayers." I will be up dating

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with!
I ordered a part may 18 2020 paid $333
Never received a tracking number
Since then I canceled my order for a full refund on
June 22 2020 it's been a week and no response or refund still waiting.?
I call customer service and I get the same answer to wait 24 -48 hours for the cancellation to be confirmed well its been a week now going on two weeks now. You took my money in seconds now I need it back!. I need my customers car running
