“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I screwed up when ordering my seat covers and clicked on a different style material than what I really wanted and didn't realize until the next morning. I called customer service and he went above and beyond to make sure my order was changed and that I wasn't double charged. Great job!

Ordered wheels and tires. Spending 2 grand! A few days later they gave me a shipping date of 4 months away. That was insanely ridiculous and I emailed them. It took them 4 days to email me back telling me that my ship date was only a week away. I then sent them and email with the screenshot of my email saying 4 months away. Then it took them ANOTHER 4 days to email telling me "oh you're right" Then they cancelled my order. Took 2 weeks just to argue with them about their own order malfunction and to get cancelled...

I ordered a set of rims that they supposedly had in stock 4 weeks later still no rims - and they kept stringing me along - luckily I did not get the rims because later I found out the rims they were trying to sell me were actually for a different car and if I would have put them on I would of had a vibration. - I will never order anything form them ever again

My experience with CARiD and their customer service was frustrating at first however they finally came through and made things right. On my previous review I may have jumped the gun but now I understand we all get frustrated and we are only human. So I would like to give them a better review since they work so hard to come through with their promise to get the manufacturer to honor my warranty. GREAT JOB!

Bought hood bug deflector - poor fit and low quality fasteners - a dozen happy emails later carid claims manufacturer said fit was ok - and carid rests on that vs customer with issue - and requires pictures to verify issues - sent pics and carid claims not good enough - buyer beware - cars appears to be a broker repping manufacturers with no interest in customer service

I bought 4 Fuel wheels for my Jeep from Cardi. 1 of the 4 had a defect. Valve stem hole bored too large.

I was unable to reach their Customer Support after days of trying. Obviously they don't want to talk to their customer. I submitted a return request online and did get a response. The agent however, said Cardi's policy was to get approval from the manufacturer before they would honor the return.

Week 2 and still waiting on a response. I bought this product from Cadi NOT Fuel. Carid should refund my money and work out the issues with the manufacture. They are nothing more than a credit card processor with horrible values. I will never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Ema Eb talked to me on the phone about an order I am trying to return. I was called and waited on hold over 5 times just to see where the return label is so that I can get a replacement. Seems simple right? Absolutely not. I ask for a supervisor, manager... anyone else. Nope. There is no one else who can help me because and I quote "the supervisors and managers are not taking calls at this time." She was very unprofessional and knew nothing. She was not willing to please a unhappy customer. She gave no solutions and stated I have to go back into the phone que to talk to someone else when I had just waited over 45 minutes to talk to her, who doesn't know how to do her job. You have lost my business and my company's business. We will go elsewhere to find better service and products that actually work.

I bought mats for my 2004 BMW Z4. They were promised to fit like the BMW mats. What they sent me were think, raggedy cut plastic garbage that DOESN'T FIT!

They don't give refunds! They requested pictures and vin number, then wrote back saying they sent me the cut specific to BMW Z4. The holes in the mats are 3 inches off from the bmw floor hooks! I'm so. Pissed!
I won't use them! I just threw away 60 bucks!

This company is a total scam, they don't care about the customer once they get their money. I say we get together and start a class action lawsuit. These people can't be allowed to continue fleecing people out of their hard earned money without impunity.

I purchased a bumper for my car. It did not fit. If i fit the front the side were way out, If i fit the sides the front was 2 inches off. The manufacturer requested pics of how it did not fit Pics sent. (14 pics in all) It was a back and forth and CARID always used the manufacturer as the excuse that they could not refund the bumper if i did not give info manufacturer requested they could not honor the full refund. In the end they even requested a video of the fit of the bumper ( 3 weeks later). By then i had my car back together with my original bumper cause i need to get to work. Will never deal with them again. Do not trust anything they say.

I ordered a 10-piece chrome set for my wife's new car. Because I had previously bought a similar set for my car, and it fit perfectly. I began installing the new set, big mistake. Not one piece of the ten fit properly. I notify Carid on their on line chat (total waste of time), they have zero authority to resolve a problem. Sent numerous pictures to prove the problem. Instead of resolving the problem with a return/refund, they keep telling me they are working with the manufacture on the figment issue. I don't care about their dealings with their suppliers, I need my problem resolved. I do not recommend Carid for this reason.

Ordered molding for my GMC, once I opened the box the cosmetics of it was bad (I guess no quality check) called to get a replacement and it took 5 days for them to investigate and 7 days to send the replacement cause according to them, they don't ship replacements until they receive the bad part. Well that process sucks, no customer value from their part. I sent in pictures and for they could care less, since for them the customer can wait and will wait on them to take their time. Managers, Supervisors and customer service are just trained to lie to the customers, all words no actions what so ever.

I purchased rod bearings through CARID with their option to use your PayPal. Upon completing the order, I realized the order had an old apartment address I haven't lived at for years (PayPal had this marked as my primary address). So, I reached out to customer service to change my address within minutes of the order being placed. They said "there was no guarantee of the change of address to be fulfilled". However, the next day I received a tracking number from UPS with my current address. Great. At this point I was relieved. That is until I noticed CARID had requested the package to be returned back to the sender.
I reached back out to CARID's customer service team to figure out why that was, and they had stated the order was "fraudulent". It's my mistake for not double checking the address, but it's their mistake for handling the situation poorly, not to any degree of customer satisfaction. First time ordering from them and the last time.

The customer support was very helpful, the only reason I spoke with them so often was due to complications with a manufacturer. They gave me options moving forward and helped to the best of their ability.

After a month I was told that the supplier would ship out the missing parts from my order and send me shipping confirmation. Nothing happened. After more weeks and phone calls, carid wants me to ship back the original order which is not their stated return policy for defective orders received. They are supposed to send me out a replacement order and send me a return shipping label. Lies! Their customer service staff does not understand their own company policies. Over a month now and this order is still not resolved.

I made a purchase and received the wrong part and when I try to request a return and refund they keep telling me to wait 2-3 days. I have waited beyond the time frame and I simply want to return the part and get my money back. Customer service is no help and makes empty promises and lies. Absolute scam!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t use them. They don’t keep their word and customer service just lies and tells people to wait for days.

Spent $2000 a month ago, shipping date was changed 3 times, went from 2 weeks to 2 and a half weeks, to 3 weeks, then they "missed" the shipment 3 days in a row, how the F do you do that!? Finally after the last 3 days my wheels are finally "in transit" now I just pray they're the right ones with no scuffs or scrapes... order at your own risk

I recently contacted CARiD looking for a gray soft top for an older Jeep Wrangler. This item has been very difficult to find. The service rep, Bryan, was very helpful and located the item, sent me a link so when I was ready to order it, I would have it in my inbox. Great customer service

I order a part that ended up being described incorrectly from the manufacture. Wayne was able to alleviate the situation and provide a quality of customer service that was unlike any other experienced. Constant communication and willingness to take care of the customer was very obvious. I have already purchased more products and will continue to as needed!

Ordered a Drawtite class V hitch. Specified that i need it within 2 days for my work truck. Guaranteed me it would be here. Received hitch without brackets, hardware, or installation instructions. Supervisor apologized but said that it would take 5 to 7 business days to receive the missing parts. The missing parts were supposed to be included with the hitch. They messed up. Now, I'm paying Enterprise truck Rental $107 a day for a truck for my business. Will NEVER recommend or use Carid again. Very dissatisfied. Follow up... been 12 days since I paid for the hitch. Have been given the run around with no satisfaction. They took my money and never sent what I ordered. They have admitted to their mistake, but, I and still without my parts. My lawyer has taken over. Fraud. Lawsuit in motion

This company says they have the part you want and that they ship within 24 hours. Not true! I placed an order that they said was in stock. The ship date showed a date of 4 days later. This was fine but when that date came and went they changed the date to 3 weeks later, without an email or notice. Then when I requested a cancel it takes 2 days for it "TO BE APPROVED" (you don't have the part and never did what is to be approved) then an additional 3-5 days for the money to be returned to my account. Not a very honest way to do business in my opinion.

They basically stole $120 from me! I put an order in and immediately wanted to cancel it (as the shipping cost was too much). I went to my account, but the order wasn't there (the information was: "You have not placed any orders yet" (it is still that way after 4 days after placing the order). They didn't send me any order confirmation either. BUT, they did place the order and now telling me that I have to pay shipping cost of $120! Their systems rule the company: "oh, the system shows that the merchandise shipped". This a great business model... for highway robbery.
