“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I have tried to reach out to them to resolved issues. The website said 25% off entire site on thursday and rep got rude and hung phone up on me next few day they refuse to honor new promotion up to 50% off website and nothing to resolve bunch of crooks false advertisement

I was told my item would take approx. 4 weeks, however over and over, this company kept saying this item is on back order and give me a new date weeks and weeks would go by and nothing. About 2 months worth of phone calls. Finally they said my item will be shipped out on a Friday and I would receive an email to confirm but never received it. I called them Monday morning and they said that my item will have a new ship date of a week and a half more. This company is a scam- they give you false information; borderline lying. I have cancelled my order and will never order from them again.

My customer service rep was able to consolidate my 2 items into one and saved me $10 shipping in the process. In addition, I was having trouble using a gift card. My rep walked me through the activation process with the bank and patiently waited the entire several minutes consistently reassuring me it was not a problem and to take my time. This was over and above his duties and was greatly appreciated. A+ for customer service! Thank you!

I had ordered a new wheel for my CTS (to be used as a spare) and was shipped a wheel that had already had a tire mounted to it along with what I would call major scaring from the machine that was used in the mounting process (picture attached). When I contacted them about a discount they offered me $30 discount and $25 toward future purchases. Decided the wasn't enough and asked for a replacement. Over a week later no return authorization number...

Tip for consumers:
Run, they are not interested in anything but ripping customers off.

Ordered a Polisher and some polisher pads and sealant 5/28. Called 6/1 for an update nothing. Called 6/4 and was told it would ship within 24/48 hours. Called 6/6 and still had not shipped or were they able to place the order with the company that stocked the polisher. They said it was in stock, but what I found out is they place an order with another company that has in stock. But they had already taken the money and will still be 3 -5 days before i get refunded. Biggest Joke and will never order from them again.

I ordered close to $600 worth of parts the only thing that fit was the helmet for my granddaughter the extra shield for the helmet was not in the box. 3 weeks later still not resolved. Other items were returned with their permission. Checks were minus restocking fees. The one check bounced. 3 weeks later it still is not resolved. We'll never deal w them again.

Wrong transmission was shipped. I had to pay to ship it back to them also charged me $471 dollars for a restocking fee/shipping fee. Called wounce a week for six weeks before any refund was done. Was told every week somebody would call with in 3 to 5 days never happened.

Tip for consumers:
Dont do it. Spend the extra few bucks and order direct.

Still waiting to get a reply to my email... I ordered a plastic lower bumper cover that literally weighs 6 lbs and they are charging me $115 to ship it! I was not told this anywhere on the site when ordering, but noticed it on the email order confirmation. I called promptly and put in a request to cancel my order. Guess what, 2 days later my order was STILL not canceled and I got a ship notification. I feel extremely mislead and am disappointed no one has responded to my email yet about the issue. I would not recommend ordering from this company, until they can clearly indicate their shipping prices and drastically improve their order cancellation process.

Please make sure you read the fine print on CARID's website. I ordered a wheel and tire package and only in the return policy listed in the fine print at the very bottom of the page (if you know to even look there) does it note that you cannot return or cancel a wheel / tire package order. Never told this and not listed on their ordering website. Even if they have not mounted the tires they still will not return. This is a company without integrity. They give you little timely info and hide behind a concealed policy to screw their customers! Watch out when ordering to make sure you can cancel orders when they take weeks longer than they should to get items to you.

If the wheels had not been mounted with tires we would be able to process a return. Once tires are mounted the items are no longer in new and unused condition. I had to make contact with customer service and the help I received was awesome. I had seen the same product elsewhere cheaper they applied a coupon to my order no questions asked. It's hard to find fair service these days nevermind awesomeness. I will definitely shop again. Two thumbs up.

Purchased led bulbs a week ago spent $150 for what I thought were new bulbs. From start packaging looked used and bulbs were the same way with scratch marks and some kind of dust. Bulbs are functional, but I aid for new... otherwise it should have been advertised as used. I have purchased bulbs before for another vehicle and those were new, so I was surprised at the condition of these.

I am a new customer and was somewhat skeptical to place an order. Well the floor mats I ordered were everything as advertised for my 2001 Saab convertible. They fit like a glove. Customer service was great and I would recommend CARiD to my friends.

I was searching for a rack and pinion and cv boots for my 2003 Subaru. Amanda was very helpful in suggesting parts that would fit on my vehicle. She was very courteous and provided me with excellent customer service. I will definitely shop her again!

Carid was such a breeze to order with. I told the guy what i needed and he got right on top of it. He even took the time out to pick which location to order the part from so that it would get to me faster. He was exceptionally friendly and i have received my parts exactly when he said i would. I definitely intend on ordering more parts from Carid!

They will keep putting you on hold saying they are searching for your parts. They get your Vin number and you still get the wrong part or parts when you complain they ask you a bunch of dumb questions. Then tell you the part is not available after they have guaranteed oh it will work. Then you are stuck with return shipping and restock fee when you want your money back

Ordered 4 wheels/tires and spent over 4,000 on them. 1 out of 4 wheels I got was the wrong size so I sent it back and now the wheel they sent me is the correct size but it has a massive paint chip on it. Clearly no one pays any attention if the product they are shipping out is the correct one or damaged. Now I have to call back and send another wheel back. I ordered them back in January 2022 and it's now mid March and still don't have a full set of wheels the are all the right size and not damaged. Youd think if you spent over $4,000 they'd at least send the right parts that aren't damaged. Go spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

After having troubles with other aftermarket companies, sending wrong parts, lengthy delays, etc\i thought I would try CARid. I found the customer service to be great, and the selection and prices are great. I recommend giving them a try!

They sent me the wrong part (fuel pump was 1 1/2", not 2" which we needed). So now I'm trying to get my money back. We simply opened the box, took a look, and put everything back in the box.

So I started the return process.
CUSS WORDS. They want my VIN number, the parts numbers, PICTURES, etc. I'm absolutely furious; and whether I finally get a refund or not, I'll not be buying from this site again.

And yes, their shipping cost is really high; $12 for a tiny little box...

I ordered a bull bar for over $300 in which they had no issues taking my money. I requested the brackets and the only thing they said was "we advised the manufacture please reach back out in 48-72 hours." When I reach back out they say the same thing and it's been a month!

Horrible company which I had known this before I spent my money with them, but never again!
