“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

The guy (can't remember his name and can't find the follow up email he sent) who took my call was very helpful and accommodating. He made sure I was ordering the right Roll-n-Lock for my truck. He was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions with expertise. When it got here, it fit perfect and looks fabulous! The directions were clear and precise. I am very satisfied and will order from CARid again if I need anything else!

Placed order & estimated ship date was one week later. After that date passed, I called to check status. First idiot I spoke to placed me on hold to die & the call was eventually dropped. So I called back. The second idiot I spoke to indicated that he'd have to check with the manufacturer for status & that could take 24-48 hours. I cancelled my order (& that was painful as well).

This is a 3rd party web site that places orders with manufacturers. If they can't keep orders straight in any way, shape or form, that's not how you keep customers.

Great customer service. Worked really well with me and very helpful. The wheels and tires I ordered took over a month to get to me. Way to long in my opinion. Almost cancelled because of how long it took. That's really my only complaint.

I ordered a steering wheel and adapter. Needed a spacer. Took my money. 5 months later. Item no longer available. Stuck with useless adapter, and to start over again. Cost me 5 months and about $150.00 with no refund in site. B S COMPANY.

They want you to give them a code on a part that is no longer installed on the car. Pictures clearly shows the defect, yet they want a video of it leaking. I explained to them, we took it off the car in preparation to send it back, and that I cannot do that and I provided a pic of the defective area. What a waste of time!

My experience was great. I had questions about shipping and product details so I called the 800#. I was suprised that on a Sunday night, a human actually took my call. Blaise was very helpful and my flex exhaust pipe came super fast. Thanks

When I placed my order 10 days ago I was told that there were 2 in stock. 10 days later I received a call telling me that they can't ship my order until a month later. What happened? They are a bunch of garbage! They knew that they were not being honest from the beginning! This place is absolutely TERRIBLE and I hate them!

Carid.com is a great website with great products. It is very easy to navigate and find whatever you are looking for, and the selection is substantial.
Customer service is good, as well. I had to return a product, and they handled my request promptly.

04/29/2022 - Waiting a month for shipping only to be told it will be another month for them to ship. I have been on the phone and live chat to confirm shipment a few days ago only to receive a email today that states it will be another month for shipping. My question to CarId is why wouldn't you tell me it was back ordered any of the conversations I had with you? Why wait until after your ship date to send this email that the item I bought was back ordered another month? I am sure we will come to the end of next month and it will be delayed again without explanation. CarId.com isn't a place I would shop again.

So my ordering experience with this company was great I was doing some late night shopping for some new wheels and tires I had everything setup in my cart but didn't pull the trigger until the next day. I called in and spoke with Kevin K. He answered all my questions and was very Knowledgeable about my questions and even hooked me up with the low pro tires I couldn't find. He went above and Beyond doing all what he could to set me up with the best deal and package. And his communication was great unlike some other places I've dealt with so with that being said I'll update my post once my packages arrive.

I recently received an awesome gift; a car. As a guy it's been my dream to learn to drive and buy a car but as time went on my priorities shifted and this gift was a great start to the school year. CariD customer service was great, the products where inexpensive and the site was reliable. If there was one 'con' I could identify is shipping can sometimes get expensive. Despite this, CariD made it possible to get all my products in time and the car is stunning. Thank you

I'm glad I didn't read all these bad reviews before I ordered from carid, becasue everything went smooth and I'm really satisfied. A few words concerning the prices... probably the lowest prices among other suppliers

I called for a price match on a product, Ruben answered the call with enthusiasm. He went above and beyond right away as he cared enough to verify that the product will fit my vehicle. I never had to repeat my self twice, he quickly found the other vendor and verified the price. He recognized the challenge and remained positive, asked for a manager's approval on the price match instead of giving excuses on why they cant do this and that. A minute later, he sent me a price match link and I completed my purchase. People like him are the reason why I take time to call for any price concerns and bring my business to a vendor that I can trust.

Very reasonable prices, fast service, discounts for military and first responders. Was able to get an item i found ordered and a discount for being a volunteer firefighter applied without much effort. Kristy was awesome

It clearly says no shipping fee but once you check out they add the shipping fee to your total without you knowing…2nd they have this timer it says if ordered with certain time it will be processed And shipped the same day thats not true you have to wait another 5 days till it's shipped … highly recommend to look for other options

Shipping cost varies on the destination as well as the taxes. After adding the parts to the cart you put the shipping address. The system checks the nearest location all the parts are available at (the closest so that warehouse to get the lowest shipping price, the availability of several items at one location to have the shipment combined for free). When the address is filled in, it shows the subtotals for the item, shipping, tax separately and the grand total. If the total does not work for you, the order is not processed, no fee is hidden, just close the page or get back to the cart.

Only if the grand total works you can proceed with order and be redirected to the page where the payment information is required. Taking into account all the diversity of products, warehouses and final shipment locations across the whole US and world this is the most accurate way for us to provide the best competitive prices (of course, if you find the same part for less we match the prices for you).

Excellent website that is easy to navigate and has a hug selection! Worst online purchase I have ever had. Use the website to browse, and then order directly from manufacture.

Slow deliveries, atrocious customer service. CARiD does not stock the parts. Once you place the order, they forward directly to the manufacture. Parts will come at separate times each from their respective manufacture.

I order 2 parts. Headlight set, and brakes. Brakes failed to deliver properly the first time, and were only recieved a month later. The headlight arrived on time, but were defective. Almost 50 days later I am still trying to get an idea as to when I can expect to receive my parts.

Tip for consumers:
Find what you want here, and order directly from the manufacture. Otherwise look elsewhere to make your purchase

I purchased 4 wheels (Konig Rims) from CARID on 6. 23. 2021 for $852.30 and no shipping information provided. I subsequently filed a cancellation request and reached out to their customer service who gave me the run around regarding the refund process. It has been 7 days and no refund. I called back today and the rep said they were waiting Paypal to close the claim i had filed on 6. 23. 201. I told the rep that Paypal had already closed the claim and i would be emailing them a copy of the closed claim. CARID is a joke and I would urge potential customers to be weary of this vendor and either by locally or from a reputable seller. I should have heeded the negative reviews, instead of giving CARID the benefit of a doubt by purchasing from them again. Stay away from this seller.

I received the product and its factory defective, but customer representative gave me a hard time. They do not have proper knowledge about the product they shipped. They need to put better and wise people at the CS.
