“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I wanted to order some seat protectors. The shipping cost was 333 dollars. This was more than double the value for the products. The covers were looking great on the picture, but you must be crazy to charge such shipping costs.

Carid.com is the worst company I've dealt with in at least 10 years. I ordered a wood grain dash kit that the site stated was manufactured, ready to ship.
Then received an e-mail stating estimated shipping date was 8 days although the site stated usually 3-5. No more updates, after the date came and went, I called their customer "nosupport" and was told it was being manufactured and will ship in another 5 days. Date came and went.
I've sent two e-mails, unanswered at to date, two phone calls, one of which found me talking to an imbecile who was rude and no help at all.
I have just sent another e-mail stating that if I receive no satisfactory response in 24 hours, I will cancel and contest the order with my credit card company for the charge they made the day after I ordered.
I have never had good luck with a company that charges the credit card before the item ships. Carid.com is no exception. BAD company, BAD service, BAD communication. This is a NO BUY advisory.

I placed an order for wipers. For my daughter's car & wrong wipers were sent not only once but twice then I had to replace order paying again instead of just sending my replacements while they receive the one's I sent back. Still in all they still have me wrong order again. I was so upset & disappointed.

Thought they were a reputable company. Ordered a car cover and was expected to arrive a week and half later from order date. Waited... never arrived. Also, never received tracking info as their emails stated i would receive. I then received another email stated there was a delay in shipping that would cause my car cover to arrive a month later! Unacceptable.

I was very disappointed with the company managing shipping an order to Canada. They shipped the order in two packages forcing me to pay double the custom handling fees in Canada. I paid 90 dollars instead of 45. When contacting customer support they offered to pay back 10 dollars only. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered some Husky weather beater mats for my RAV4. They came quickly. The price was reasonable for such quality, fitted all weather mats. They are worth it since I have 3 kids! I'll be using this site again.

I wanted to make a purchase from this company but was unsure about an issue I had. They have three forms of contact either through email or phone calls or through chat. I decided to use chat so I can talk to somebody immediately. Thankfully I dealt with someone call Hank and even though he wasn't able to resolve my issue with the question that I had he was able to assist me in another way that went above and beyond and that makes it worth it to deal with this company again. So because of Hank and how easy it is to contact them and the way I was helped I will be purchasing all my future parts and accessories from here.

Purchased a tire package. I'm saying they sold me 2 Used tires they said they are just dusty! Balancing was supposed to be included but the weights were just thrown in the package. Screws to attach the chrome inserts and cap are missing and the lug wrench I purchased wasn't there.
You can tell by the pics all the nipples on 2 of the tires are missing and the weights. But apparently they are just dusty.

I ordered headlights for my vehicle from CariD. The headlights of course were drop shipped from another company, which is how CARiD operates. The headlights were so messed up during manufacturing that I couldn't use them. No problem! I will just send them back for an easy refund like there website claims! It took 2 weeks just to get an acknowledge from them that I wanted a refund! I finally got shipping info and a RA# Its been over a week since returning the item and I am still waiting on my money! I have a feeling I will never see my money again! So yes I got ripped off! No merchandise! No money! No Vaseline!

Tip for consumers:
Just don't buy from them! Do research on your products and find another distributer like I did!

I bought a intake kit from when i was ordering it i had some questions so i used there live chat service the lady was really nice and helpful. When i called to tell them one part was missing. They were rude and told me the they would contact me in 48 hours. I never had any problem like this wit amazon or ebay. Buying from caridDOTcom never. I wish i had seen there reviews before

Carid.com is very bad company! Not respecting customers. International service and help is zero! I buy rexxu rgb seat covers and i receive very high customs charge tax in UK from amount 300$ that why i receive high customs charge tax, I pay 200$.
Ups told me to speak with sender, But carid only say sorry, i dont need your sorry,
What i need is refund for your failure! This is like cat and mouse, nobody want to take responsibility! Also 1 seat missing lights blue and sky blue.
I send video but again failure from carid. Customers Stay away from carid!
Less problems you will have.

I payed to have two rims that I ordered to be modified and they got damaged during shipping. They refunded my money for the rims but the tires that I bought from them was mounted on the rim. They sent my one tire back and told me they lost the other tire and they was not going to replace the tire or refund me for the tire! I called for a supervisor and they told me that I didn't need to speak to a supervisor because they was going to tell me the same thing! Its a shame that I have to get a lawyer for a tire that they lost! Its going to cost them way more money now and all I wanted is for them to replace the tire that they admitted the lost and they have the pictures that I sent to their claims department with the tires mounted on the rim!

Worst company ever. Please place an order and when you have a problem, then shame on you for not heading the warning. 3 months later and I'm no closer to getting my $650 back then when I started. TRASH COMPANY! RUN!

Ordered back in December 1790$ was total with shipping they did not ship as it said online and now called multiple times kept getting run around even though they have it documented I wanted refund and cancel order nothing still.
They won't give me date that tires were mounted cause do to there policy that's when they are non refundable they even came up with some bs to beat my banks dispute before they even shipped
I denied the order cause I wanted my money don't trust them and want nothing to do with them they have my money I don't have tires I ordered and don't want them just my money back it is now march 1,2023
Also they sent shipping date on two different days makes no sense definitely don't trust this company

On 12/23/22 you confirmed you will wait for the items to be shipped and on 1/11/23 you refused the delivery. Pass on this company and save yourself time and hassel. This company doesn't have any stock of anything, they are drop shippers. They take your money and you sit and wait and wait and wait. If their suppliers have stock, then you will eventually get your item and an update... maybe! You can't get your money back so don't trust these scammers. Buy on amazon or some other reputable retailer, unless you can afford to wait and take a chance. I eventually got a delivery. What a hassel though. Next time I'll pass, it is not worth the potential savings.

I bought headlight from them there shipping company. Fed ex deliver to wrong address wrong house i paid 500 for them they house they deliver to. Was wrong address now they dont wat to accept responsibility replace then they refused to refund mi like the criminal thief

Horrible service, bought rims in December. It's now March and O still don't have them even though they have charged me and I have paid. Called customer service and they offered me $50 in compensation LOL

Do not shop here folks!

Their reply isn't even a good one. 3-4 weeks more (which is a lie) they couldn't lock in a real ETA of when they would ship. And they've been telling me 3-4 weeks for months now.

They also said they could ship the tires now (what good is that) and the rims once they arrive, which means I would have to have my shop then mount / balance / which would end up costing me more money which they also BTW wouldn't refund that portion.

Company is a straight up scam - do not order from them.

The customer service people have all been really nice and have tried to be helpful. To start, they have price matched for me and have also given free delivery as a match as well. Still waiting for the items to be shipped and am hoping to get what I am expecting.
For the bad... I ordered tires that I was told were in stock and then got a run around for a week until they finally told me they were on back order. The refund was easy enough though.
I will continue to try the site for now as overall experience has been fine.

I order some rims in the wrong size. I noticed and contacted the company to exchange the product. Each time I went through the website I was responded back via email that they would send the return documents for the exchange within 24-72 business hours. I have sent multiple emails and after now 2 months I finally get a call from a "supervisor". She declined my return because it was outside 30 days. Keep in mind I contacted them upon my receiving the for a exchange. She offered a $40.00 discount and told me I should sell them online to get my money back! I told her that I was only requesting to make the exchange which was a more expensive product and I have been contacting her company within the policy. She said I show no communication. I forwarded the emails back to the company. The worst company I have dealt with hands down.

Placed an order for tires, order was canceled because they were out of stock/unavailable. Credit card was however charged, and the email stated would be refunded "3-5 business days". Still waiting days later. Contacted merchant asking why refund was taking so long and was told order was canceled. Contacted again and was then told the credit card charge had been declined when they attempted to charge it (odd how they would even attempt to charge for goods that were not in stock). Contacted credit card company and now pursuing a dispute to refund me the $422.30 for the tires that were never shipped. Very poor customer experience.

Tip for consumers:
Order from this company at your own peril! I would recommend staying away.
