“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

This was my first experience shopping CardiD. I had several questions regarding the car cover I was interested in purchasing. Luis was the first available representative to assist me. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions. Also he helped with changing the shipping address to my son's in San Diego, Ca. This was an early birthday gift. I was so impressed that I ordered a cover my vehicle the following day. And, great prices as well.

I had an on-line chat with one of their "specialists" and I specifically asked them if the price included two sheepskin covers, one for the driver and one for the passenger. I was told yes. To be sure I asked the question another way - if I order a quantity of one, am I getting a driver side and passenger seat cover. I was told "yes", they are sold in sets of two. I made sure you get, and save, a transcript of the chat.

You know what happened. When I got the product there was only one in the box. When I contracted them they said a quantity of one meant only one seat cover. When I sent them the chat transcript they did not believe me. After many e-mails they said I could return it for a full refund. I asked if that included the $135 duty I paid. They said no. So I opted to keep the VERY expensive single seat cover to remind me never to buy from them again.

The sheepskin cover I did get is excellent though. Nice in both cold and warm weather.

I ordered tail lights a month ago and received the wrong ones. When I sent them pictures I did not get a response so I called and they then told me I needed to send more pictures. I did then got another email asking for more pictures. I have sent them everything they ask and I'm hearing nothing back from them. I waited on hold for an hour just for them to tell me I need to wait. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I would highly recommend NEVER doing business with them.

A month of fighting with CARiD because the center caps on the new wheels will not stay on. This is because they bottom out when installing the wheel while lug nuts are tighten. CARiD now refuses to fix the problem. I am stuck with wheels on my car with no center caps.

I was buying parts for my grandson's car and this site really helped me out. I don't know much about cars, but the online chat person really took the time and helped me out and was very patient. I really appreciated all they did. This will be the first place I go if I ever need to buy more parts.

Buying wheels for my LR3, and called with some questions about fitment. They were very friendly and helpful. I've searched MANY wheel dealers recently, and CARiD had the best selection and prices of anyone (at least for my vehicle). Will definitely use them again.

Was told my a shipment would arrive in 2 days. Not only did they get my address wrong they lied and said it would be shipped the same day. Now instead of 2 days like I was promised I won't get it for another week. Very frustrated and mad that i was lied to!

I have ordered a pair of headlights for my Dodge Ram 2016 1500 because according with their product description it was compatible, however when it arrived, the products were not compatible despite the description saying it was. So I contacted via email to request a refund and instructions to proceed on returning the products. Ever since they are saying I need to wait 24-72 business hours. I've waited from August 7th thru August 14th that's more than 72 hours. Now they want me to wait another 24 hrs. They are neglecting to refund my money and don't want to send me instruction on how to return their products, if this is not solve anytime soon I will contact my credit card company and listed them as fraud.

My order has been delayed for 3 months (has not shipped as of the moment of this writing). They basically list items they don't have in-stock. Over the last 3 months they have continually given me BS excuses, and false promises that my order would ship within the next 2-3 weeks again and again.

Sonia was professional and courteous during my purchase of custom made floor mats for my corvette. She was very helpful in making my decision on what color and logo that would look nice in my corvette. Sonia was very easy to talk to during this whole process. Sonia definitely needs to be commended on a job well done.

Worst experience ever. They are a BS auto company who just take money with out sending you the parts you actually need! I ordered from them my exhaust system but then was told after weeks of waiting they never had them in stock! Scammers be very awar! Save yourself the time and stress. Still waiting for my refound since almost one month!

Spent $400 on bumper covers that I will never get back. Received them and front one had 6 inch tear in it. Both had paint cracks, dents, and scratches. Made out of cheap, thin fiberglass. The covers weren't even straight. Not to mention I could probably fix the bumpers BEFORE I get a response from their customer service. But they didn't help me out at all anyways.

Love this place, great customer service, Sonia saw that I was looking at something on the website, and before I could make a decision, sent me a discount by email. Not one to leave bad reviews, but the Worst shopping experience in my 32 years of life. Not sure how they stay in business honestly.
Givin 4 different shipping dates, 5 weeks later still no info.
Lied to by multiple reps over a month span to get you off the phone/ chat.
Canceled order and had to fight for refund.
Bought the same product on another website and got it in 3 days.

I was impressed when I received this package. Initially I was really concerned because it was a small package that could easily fit into a padded envelope but that would've made it easy to receive my item broken, thankfully they shipped my item in a secure box with padding for protection. My package arrived exactly when it was supposed to. Thank you!

I bought a front bumper for my Tesla Model S on 8/16, the confirmation email said it will arrive on 8/24, on 8/28 I called them asking where it is at? They said oh, it is being shipped out as we speak and send me the tracking number.

Looked up the tracking number (fed ex) and it said it was still in Oklahoma somewhere. I waited a week, then another week.

Finally today I called them and gave them my purchase order and tracking number. They said "we are really sorry, our wholesaler hasn't shipped it out yet" and i said you have had my money for about a month and it said i was supposed to get it on 8/24, why are you saying I should receive it when it isn't in fact at the warehouse?

So said I can wait for it to get to the warehouse (drop shipper) or I can get my money back. Money back please!

I ordered rims from them and I plugged in my car specs. I wanted 18inch rims. They said from their drop down menu these are the rims we guarantee to fit no matter what basically. Also they said along with buying the rims they will send an installation kit. Fast forward to when i got the rims. They didn't fit! And they were the correct ones sent so i called them and after being on hold for 45 minutes! They said take a pic and send it to us. also they're like we will send u a gift card for your troubles. Why would I want a gift card to purchase more stuff from you guys when my first purchase was so terrible! I want my order partially refunded because now i have to go out and buy extra stuff to try to make the rims work or else i need to return the whole order

I received one of my packages on time as stated, and now waiting on the others to arrive shortly, the only complain i have is that my orders come in separably, i feel that if this you make an order for more then one item you should receive all items upon delivery. Other then that, this website is in one of my top ten site and i plan on using this site more often then once.

Placed an order on 03/11 for headlights. Got an email to confirm my address. Took my money then after that NOTHING from them. I got an automated email saying my item would ship on 03/14 and that I would get another email with my tracking information. Nothing. I requested a "status of my order" on 03/15, since they have that option, the customer service rep said please give them at least 72 hours to respond to the request. I called back on 03/18, the customer service rep then tried to call the warehouse directly and she told me specifically that she was sent directly to their voicemail. Do NOT waste your money and time with this company. I got my refund fairly quickly only after I told the nice lady that if I don't receive my refund I would report the company to the Federal Trade Commission. Two star is only because their 3rd party customer service team was helpful.

Yes, DO NOT USE.

Wish I would have read these reviews first. Never buy from them! I have spent 8 days jerk ing around with customer service. They don't listen! Took pictures of faulty part which they requered and said they would replace. Now they want everything back. Tons of labor for me to do that. Twice told me RMA is coming. Nothing sent. How does this place exist?

Buyer Beware Product warped and malled. Received my order for an entire body kit for dodge charger 1 week late. When order arrived, parts were deformed from the molding process they use. Not a single straight line on any bumper or side skirt. 1" plus size gaps all around. The ends of each part were malled or warped because they moved the parts out of the mold before the were fully cured. Terrible Terrible company. You get what you pay for, yes. And they are cheap, yes. Stay far away. My company is out $2,000 now because I couldn't fabricate all the parts enough with the deadline given by the customer. I could have molded new parts faster and cheaper than fix there's. I beg you not to do business with these people. Even a refund won't get my money I lost back.

Tip for consumers:
Spend a couple more dollars for a product that will work. At first the savings for the cheap cheap parts on this site look enticing. But you'll lose more money than you would, spending the extra bit for the better quality. None of their products work with the applications they are meant to.

Ordered two headlights for my Tacoma. Without even unboxing them I sent them back for a full refund with permission given from customer service at carid. Two months later I still only have reimbursement for one of the two I sent back. I've called 4 times and emailed 3 times. Every response is the same. " The refund is being processed. It just got started yesterday so allow 3-5 business days for refund". How can the refund process just start yesterday on three separate occasions a week apart? I'm being jerked around. A month has passed and still no refund. They have the part and my money. They said they would have a supervisor contact me in 48hrs or less. Still no word from them. I am contacting my credit card company today to file fraud charges. These folks are ridiculous!
