“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I needed some parts for my truck and just by chance i stumbled upon CARiD. What a find, they had my parts, at a better price and fast shipping! I could'nt have been happier. I will definately be telling all my friends about CARiD!

I called CARiD to help with an online purchase with a promo code that wasn't working. The representative was very helpful, pleasant, and thorough. Took care of the issue right away and completed the sale right there. Shipping was very fast too. I would recommend CARiD for your automotive accessories.

I have ordered on about 8 occasions and dealt with Customer Service (CS) twice. Both have been excellent. This time I had the pleasure of working with Ethan. I was trying to apply my gift cards to an I order that I wanted to make. Ethan not only applied the cards but put the items I wanted into my cart so all I had to do was apply the payment. Great service and thanks for going the extra mile. Gregg

Horrible. Just horrible. Ordered a side mirror from them and it came late. And when I went to get it put on it wasn't the right part. So I called to get an exchange or refund they sat there and told me I could only get a gift card. Don not recommend. Will not ever give them my business again.

I needed a high pressure hose for power steering mine was leaking bad. I told the guy what I needed and how soon I needed it. I called on a Tuesday told I would get it by Thursday. I had a mechanic coming on Friday to fix the hose. It never came tracking said Friday delivery end of day, Well it again never came I called after asking for a manager I finally got a refund of shipping fee. Here it is Monday which it stated delivery by end of day. The part is still not here and supposedly Tuesday the delivery is now. I live in Alabama it was only coming one state away. I have never had this problem from an on-line order and never will use this site again. I am going back to Rock Auto less hassles!

I ordered an RV toilet. Placed order on May 6. Notified of shipping June 26. I log into account on July 6. Has tracking which shows delivery to wrong address on opposite side of country! Spoke twice to customer service, stated they would try to recover unit and re-route. If not, will place new order. I log into account today (July21) and it order status shows backordered. Customer service says was never delivered and tracking number shown on my account was for a different client! UNBELIEVABLE! Said new ship date is Aug 26! I told them to cancel order and credit my card. My first and last experience with CARiD

So i ordered a set of tail lights for my truck from these guys with their help. I got the product 3 weeks later and went to put it in my truck and it had the wrong adaptor connector and called them and they said they will return it no problem. So i packed them right back in the box how they had it and they were outside the box for less then 30 minutes and sent them back. 2 weeks later once i see its arrived at their location i call to ask about the tracking number on the new proper tail lights. Their response is the lights were all scratched up and there will be no refund or exchange given. This is total bull$#*! and impossible i sent them back in perfect condition and this company is just out there to scam people. I spent 450$ on the lights with shipping then another 60$ to send them back and now gunna have to spend another 60$ to receive my "scratched up" lights back. Don't use this company its wrong the way they treat people and do business.

It was a pleasure to speak to Aziz with some questions about a Hood Scoop for my 2012 WV Beetle. Due to the sloop of the Hood I needed to know if this Part would work. And he pointed out in the Description that it had been made with a slight angle other wise it would not sit Flush [ Flat on Hood]. He assured me it would work and also pointed out I could send it back No Problem. It is of Quality Material. I am very happy to Deal with a accompany Staff like this. Thanks... Nicholas

Ordered 2 CV axles for my Volvo via phone. Ordered by phone to confirm availability and delivery date. Delivery was promised in 3 days. Actual delivery was 14 days. The car sat disassembled and unusable the 14 days. Was promised free shipping on core exchange. They did not send return labels with the order. Called them and it took 3 days to get the label. There were 2 boxes and they only provided 1 label and refused to supply a label for the second box. Can't wait to see how they screw up the credit card refund.

I was looking into racing seats and harnesses for my older mustang. I was unsure about the products that I found so I decided to just give them a call. I spoke with Esteban and he was very pleasant and helpful. He was able to find the products I was looking for and verify that they were the correct fit. He also did not make me feel like I was being rushed on the phone he stayed on the line looking up numerous items that I was interested in. Then he gave me a 3% discount! Great customer service I would say!

As a previous customer I'm glad I thought to call and check price and availability. Mike was professional, friendly, and took the time to quickly check pricing for me even though I explained that I wasn't ready to buy. Great staff with competitive prices.

The people it CARiD have no idea what's going on! I ordered Tires and Wheels for my 69 El Camino craigers and Cooper cobras, they were supposed to come Letters Out, got them white letters in. Decided not to turn them around, and one of them blowed out sitting in my garage. They cut the bead when they were installed on the new Wheels which CARiD done! They told me they reviewed the photos and come to the conclusion that I hit something. So attached is a photo and you be the judge!

November 2019 parts for brakes on my 2009 Chevy Cobalt SS were ordered. I told the rep over and over my car was an SS. They sent parts for a standard Cobalt. After literally hours on the phone trying to get this corrected they sent me 1 return label. I had to take the 2 boxes to the UPS store who charged me $37 to pack the 2 boxes to return into one box because I was only sent 1 label. Now they are refusing to refund the last $240.74 because part of the order should have been sent to another manufacturer. They say those parts were disposed of by the company who received it. I am calling BBB and an attorney. Worst company I have ever dealt with... ever! Take my advise and go elsewhere.

Its been 3 weeks and countless times talking to a representative from this shady $#*! company. I order a set a light for my car and the first package came broken. I did the process and got them to send a new pair but when they did they sent me the wrong ones. Now I'm stuck trying to send these back and just get my refund. I literally heard the "wait 24-48hr' line about 5 times. ITS BEEN OVER 300 HOURS CARID! I don't understand how the hell it can take 3 dame week to send a email with a label? I'm so tired of this company and just want my money so I can take my business else where but it seem like that's not going to happen anytime soon. How the hell does this company stays afloat I will never know with all the bad reviews it get. Maybe there stay with everyone's refund and that how they do it! Lol CARID get your life together and please send me my damn label...

Spent over $300 on 3 items: sunscreen for windshield, dashmat, & set of floormats. Only sunscreen was correct and arrived timely. Other items took weeks to arrive and were incorrect. I reported errors immediately, now (4 weeks later) after multiple emails and multiple telephone calls (with 45-90 min holds to get a human being) I have yet to get return labels and correct merchandise.

This merchant is AWFUL.

I did procrastinate so I am partially to blame. But they are the ones that sent me the wrong size. I even took photos showing how it didn't fit. What happened was the Toyota dealership offered to install it for me. They said it was the wrong size and I need the next size down. Well it was way after the short return time (designed to keep the returns at a minimum) and they offered to sell me another one. Ha! Don't buy from these guys they will not help you if something is wrong.

I than purchase headlights for my 2014 535i bmw. 1400. 00Than paid 400 installation. Headlights does not fit I than called carid to see if I can receive a exchange or good customer service you where very rude Multiple times at these point I won't be making any purchase with you guys.

Do not use these guys if you think there is a chance you might not like the product. First Shipping cost is the highest I've seen and then there is returning the product. I bought a device for my 2006 Toyota Avalon that would let me use it as a hands free device to take calls while I drive. The product said it was Bluetooth but when I got it I found out it wasn't. On top of that the audio wire would not connect to my phone with my case on. So I called to return it. They had me pay shipping again to return it. If refunded I would have gotten like $10 out of the $40 I payed. Then I get the email stating they cannot refund me because the package fir the device had been opened. I will never recommend or use Carid again

I had a horrible experience, I purchased the dash kit and was very disappointed with how the product looked. Be sure if you are unhappy with a product that you don't go a day over the 30 day mark to return, because I am now stuck with a product I won't even use and am out a lot of money!

Do your research on these guys.
Ordered a lumber rack, asked many times about fitting on my truck, the guy said it would. It doesn't! Haha now they aren't wanting to do the return. "Easy returns" is something they say on there site. Oh and they didn't even send a receipt with the order. So not only am I out 750 but I can't legally deduct it. Weird and not professional.

I stumbled on CARid by chance while looking for hitch for my car while waiting to arrange for hitch installation at a well known company.
I walked outside and made a call to CARid and spoke with Dave to get an Idea about the hitch and the component that comes with it. I am glad I did, I ordered what I was going to get installed on my car that day from David for 1/2 the price I was quoted not including installation. I went back to the place that I chose to supply and install the hitch and cancelled. Their price complete was $480. + compared to $186. CARid for the hitch, and wiring harness Installation at Pep boys was $107. During the conversation with pleasant Dave who suggested that saved me $200. That was the reason the 5* were chosen.
