“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Carid sold me running boards that do not fit my 2016 Ram 2500. The brackets conflict with the camper tie downs they sold me in the same order, though I asked specifically if they would work together. They even sold me a different tie down to be compatible. When the brackets didn't fit, they had me try again and take pictures. I did this. I spent hours trying to get through on the phone and gave up after three hang ups and two hours on the phone. Now they say, the parts have been installed and cannot be returned, when the parts do not fit and cannot be installed. I would never recommend this company and will never use them again.

I needed some custom fit floor and cargo mats for my Lincoln MKX and took some time to shop around. I found CarId to have the perfect product at a great price. Laser measured mats that fit perfectly. The price was way less than any others I found and they shipped quickly.

We are into our second week in sunny Florida with wet, sandy grandkids these mats are perfect. No sand in our carpets - they contain every grain of sand and all dirt. They rinse right off and after a few minutes in the sun they are ready to go back to work

Absolutely terrible website DO NOT order from these people. I ordered a headlight set from them and one of the bumper lights was cracked and they wouldn't replace it. They told me the best they could do was give me a 25$ discount on another set. The set was over 100$. Absolute scum. If your looking for parts for your car skip right over this website. Oh and did I mention I waited on hold for almost 2 hours just for them to tell me all they can do is give me a discount on another set that doesn't even come close to the actual price. Pathetic customer service and I hope they get it together and start thinking of the customer.

Purchased front and rear bumpers and a new grille for a 2017 F250. All items were listed as "free shipping". After 5 days of waiting I receive an email thinking it was my tracking number. Boy was I wrong. It was CarID asking for 750 dollars to cover shipping costs. I chose to decline, hipefully get a refund quickly and have since found the exact items 300 dollars cheaper on a competitors site.

I have placed an order for K&N Air kit for my dodge charger. It was available and to be shipped in 24 hrs. After one week i went on the chat to ask about my order. They said that they are waiting for the manufacturer to ship and advised to wait 10 days. 10 days over and i went back and same. I asked them to cancel my orders and refund my money. Then the joke started every time i chat with them they will ask me to wait 24/48 hours and they will cancel the order from the manufacturer. I told them it has nothing to do with me since i placed the order with you not with the manufacturer they will end the chat straight away. Guys stay away those are scammers. The moment they get you money they will forgot about you. Im not sure how they are still in business. Its been more than 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund. Absolute a joke... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM THEM.

Cancellation is a two step process and requires cancellation on manufacturer's end as well in order to avoid any further inconveniences.

Kevin provided above average customer service. He had knowledge on the product. He told me the correct estimated arrival date. He offered me the best special for my product. He made sure I didn't want additional products. He had professional attitude. I will definitely refer others.

I was looking for a item couldn't find it reasonable enough to purchase Mr. Kevin the customer attendant took his time to send me links and item #'s to see what it was they offered and the prices were reasonable than could imagine. I then purchased two other items just because of such top shelf service. Kevin assured me that the items were from different manufactures the parts wouldn't have any noticeable difference when applied to my truck. The items were shipped out the next day. GREAT!

Called and ordered a wheel and tire package. The salesperson seemed knowledgeable and even looked at the lift kit manufacturers website to see what wheels and tire they recommend. Based on that and his recommendation, I agreed to switch to a different package. I was a bit concerned about the offset and that they would stick out too far.
I was told it would take about two weeks to ship and this was also indicated under my order on their website. However, there apparently was a delay in the shipment that was not communicated effectively to me. I called a couple of times but couldn't get a clear ETA on when I would receive the shipment. It had been about three weeks and I contacted CARiD again, at which time they were able to get the order shipped out.
The order arrived, the wheels and tires were packaged very well, and everything seemed to be in order. They look great on my wife's Jeep!

I just wanted to say thank you to Noelle for the great customer service! I called to enquire about the fitment of a performance air bag suspension for my mazdaspeed 3. I was confused when reading the description, so I decided to call. I'm glad I did, because Noelle answerd and was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and was patient with me when I got frustrated. For a sales associate to keep her composure and stay positive when a customer doesn't, is a quality that's not only valuable, but hard to come by these days. Again, thank you so much!

Really bad experience. I bought a full set of seat covers 2017 Honda cry, they send me something else, It took them 2 weeks to admit they don't actually make them for 2017 models... when I asked for a refund they started a whole cheap dancing around. LUCKY lucky me that paid thru Pay Pal. I had to open a case and they got my money bak... It was a month of waiting time and really bad attitude, Safe your self the trouble by finding another company. I did right away and I had perfect seat covers before Cardid refunded me.

This was my 2nd time calling in about a product I ordered. Though the process was very lengthy, Enrique's customer service was excellent. He keep coming back to let me know that he was still working to resolve my issue. Finally he was able to resolve it, said that they would work to get me another product. I'm happy to say that I got an email today confirming that the order would be shipped..

Had nothing but trouble with this site on a 3200$ suspension order # *******. Multiple Changes to estimated ship dates which have all come and gone. No viable answers from phone calls or chat sessions. They keep telling me to wait 24-48 hours for tracking update. First they said item was in Stock and would ship from Idaho. Then they said they had to contact manufacturer to check on status of shipping. I called Full Traction suspension Co. In Bakersfield 5 hours south of me and they said they are in Stock on the suspension kit. Stop lying to me car ID and SHIP MY KIT. I have been patient and polite. You already sucked 3200$ out of my paypal so do me the courtesy of telling me the truth and ship my kit on time!

I order carpeting for a 1994 Toyota 4wd ext truck with cut outs and the person I talked to when I asked him three times to make sure it would fit my truck and he said yes. I recieved it and it fit a regular truck.so I guess they dont know what they talking about. I will not order anything from them bc they don't what they are doing. They wasted 2 weeks of my time.

Placed an order for some sidesteps for my truck. The last page BEFORE confirming the purchase said $0 for shipping, so I assumed it was free shipping, as anyone would. I HAD already entered my shipping address. I confirm the purchase, then on the "thank you for your purchase" screen, and the purchase confirmation email, I see they charged me $60 for shipping! I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order. They told me 3-5 days IF they even let me cancel it and refund me, and IF they don't ship out before they cancel the order. Absolutely ridiculous bait and switch BS!

I understand your frustration but the shipping cost varies on the destination as well as the taxes. After adding the parts to the cart you put the shipping address. The system not just calculates the shipping cost and tax, it also checks the nearest location all the parts are available at (the closest so that warehouse to get the lowest shipping price, the availability of several items at one location to have the shipment combined for free). When the address is filled in, it shows the subtotals for the item, shipping, tax separately and the grand total. If the total does not work for you, the order is not processed, no fee is hidden, just close the page or get back to the cart.

Only if the grand total works you can proceed with the order and be redirected to the page where the payment information is required. Taking into account all the diversity of products, warehouses and final shipment locations across the whole US and world this is the most accurate way for us to provide the best competitive prices (of course, if you find the same part for less we match the prices for you).

Trying to order parts became confusing every body's site is different. In an effort to order motor mounts at a fantastic price sounds simple, try as I will it wouldn't work. Then this chat pop up popped up I explained my dilemma, Roy asked some simple relevant questions then said try this link he sent. I hit the link and right away there is the parts ready to order. The rest was easy just pay and the parts are on the way. Buy the way they just arrived early Thank you Craig in Tulare Ca.

I called for a part they had in stock. I made it clear I needed the part by Monday 8/22/22. Was also told I would receive tracking # by Monday # as soon as item shipped and I would receive item by Monday. I never received tracking #. I called and was sent a tracking stating item was delivering one day later than agreed. I did chat with a rep of Carid. Said item would deliver Tuesday, nothing they could do. Seems strange I specified a deliver date and was assured no issue. No one seemed to want to take responsibility for issue they caused. For the record, they offered me a $10.00 gift card to use for a future offer. Seriously? Why would I buy from this outfit again? They have a reputation they evidently deserve it..

I called two days after buying a car part to cancelled the order, after 6 days I get an email with my shipment information, I called they said they could it do anything about it, their have a horrible customer service

Ordered a part on Wednesday, the 31st. Salesman assured me part would be there that Friday. I questioned it twice because I had to have truck fixed by Monday. Friday, no part. They said they are just the middleman, no control over shipping, I won't get part til the 10th of Sept, and you can't cancel order. Should of got from Amazon, Carid is basically a scam.

Stay away from this site. As much as i hate to say it, buy from amazon, or better yet buy local. Ive ordered 3 times, spent thousands with them and had issues on every single order. From not recieving what i ordered, receiving damaged products when i finally did get item, told multiple different stories about the issues to being called a liar. I wouldnt have given it one star but it wouldnt let me do a review had i not picked a star.

I havent received my order yet, but the customer service rep was very patient with me and answered all of questions. She was able to help me find out if the product I ordered would fit my vehicle and she was able to price match it for me.

Ordered a bike rack last tuesday the 7th. The order has still not been shipped. Very frustrated and worried it will not be here by time I leave this weekend to go biking. I now may not be able to go because of the lack of service from Carid. I have been on hold for over 30 min without any signs of them answering my call. I have also emailed Carid and they have not provided me any information as to why my order has not be sent out

I purchased a bug shield from these Carid & didn`t see that the bottom drivers side had a small piece broken off in shippoing they would not stand behind because I had been installed it. I paid 75$ for it & they told after some time that they would give me 15$ refund. I told them to keep the 15$ they must need it worse than I do. If I would have seen it beforehand it wouldn't have been put on. Too bad is pretty much what I got out of it. Shouild have the return stuff notice. I recommend you shop around before purchasing anything from Carid so you too don`t get screwed. They just don`t care. Buyer Beware!

I "chatted" today to help my son purchase some seat covers for his truck, we had a little issue, and needed help!
