The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.
Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!
Ordered a gas tank for my bronco part said direct fit for my truck, gas tank arived bent in 3 spots, wrong size and it is a used tank. Got put on hold for 22 minutes to talk with the manager just to find out there was NO ONE else at the office. $#*! this site and company don't do any business with them
I "chatted" today to help my son purchase some seat covers for his truck, we had a little issue, and needed help! Kayla chatted with us all the way through and she ended putting the whole order in our cart and all we had to do was check out! It was so easy, and their prices can't be beat! CariD was very attentive to my needs as their was a problem identifying the proper dash enhancement kit for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude... As a team we worked out the proper one for my Jeep... It was accomplished in a very short time... associates are tenacious, like a bull dog protecting his bone!
I needed a replacement roof rack for my 1996 Jeep Cherokee. I had been looking for weeks when I came across one on CARiD. When I contacted them regarding making a purchase, my sales rep Daniel offered to price match the best price I had found - even if it was on e-bay. I was surprised the information was offered as it didn't benefit them to sell it to me cheaper. After the purchase, I received the rack in 2 days. I will be a return customer for sure.
I am very meticulous in researching and cross referencing anything having to do with my vehicle and any upgrades. And Carid is constantly the site I end up at in the end. The reason? The best selection and quality of parts. And the most competent and friendly associates, who reassure the correct fit and application for my vehicle.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!
Ordered rims and tires asking them to confirm a delivery date. They processed the order, and refused to cancel it hours after. Now I have rims and tires I don't want and in a time frame that doesn't work When I asked if they could price match what I found locally... They said it had to be EXACTLY as stated on the website. That meant the tires had to be mounted by a specific machine... the weights had to be the exact brand... etc etc.
Called twice and they were all TOOLS! Don't ever buy from these con artists. Save your money and headaches
We ordered a hood for our 2012 Hyundai Tucson, that we needed to pass state inspection. The first hood that arrived was poorly wrapped and damaged, we would not sign for it and sent it back. They sent out a replacement and when we received the replacement of the truck, it was the wrong hood for our car, again we refused to sign for it. We called customer service and was on hold for 40 minutes. Finally spoke to the rep and was told that was the exact same part number we had ordered. We asked to speak to a manager and was told 24-48 hours. Also told we will get a full refund in 24 hours. We'll see. We have been totally inconvenienced. Think twice before ordering from this company.

I initially was upset with recieving the wrong products but I have to admit they have been fairly quick to contact me. And after receiving my new spyder headlights, which were in perfect condition, Its definitely harder to be mad. I will definitely give them another shot.
I recently ordered several things for my car mostly to do with lighting, instead of the led strips and rock lights I recieved a seat warmer, am currently on day 3 of the return process and have no clue where I stand on that. I decided to take a closer look at the led headlights i received and they appear to be missing components, still waiting on a reply for that. Still have a couple more items that are either being shipped or processed but I don't have my Hopes set to high that they will get it right
Purchased fender trim on Oct 10th, 2016. It was suppose to be shipped within 3 business days. Their website said in stock. First i received an email stating that the order was in complete, which was in correct. Then I received a tracking number for an order that ended up in Texas. I live in Canada. Today is November 28th, *******. Still haven't received my purchase. Yes that is right. The item is paid for. If the item isn't in stock the customer should be told this before given the option to buy it. This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever experienced while buying anything on line. Purchase at own risk. I will never buy anything again from Carid.

I have had good luck in the past with other parts but when it comes to wheels they will decide on their own that the wheels you ordered won't fit and refuse to ship them. And will not notify you of it. I had to call sit on hold for 30 minutes for them to tell me they found out 2 days before that they wouldn't fit and not notifying me in any type of way.

It took me hours to get through to customer service. I then had to take a picture of the broken part. I emailed the picture in to *******@CarID.com and no one could get it. So they put a hold on my credit card for the part and I have to mail the broken part back. All of this for a $60 LED light. Their customer service is terrible!
Ordered a Go Rhino brush guard for a customer's vehicle from CARid -- it came directly from the manufacturer very quickly, nice product! During assembly we noticed the "Euro bar" was missing. I contacted CARid and spoke with Roberto, he assured me he would handle to matter. Within a few hours I had a responce from Roberto that the piece came separately and was on back order. He spoke directly with the company and was able to get production started for the "Euro Tube" and let me know we would have in 2-3 weeks. He was super on the ball, and handled all of my concerns in a matter of a few hours.

Why does the customer service at carid suck so bad and why do they keep telling you that your order is sent and its actually not. Why do they send the wrong products to the customer. But they are always in a hurry to take your payment but you never get the right product.
Had a question at 1 a.m. Got a real person (Julia) to help me out. Professionalism at its finest! She went above and beyond to help me figure out the solution to my problem! Thanks again carid for going above and beyond and taking that extra step for customer service!

I was looking for new struts for my Solara and CariD popped up. SO, I Calle them because their advertised price was the lowest I had found. The ordering experience was outstanding. The sales agent spoke very clear English and I didn't have to keep saying "I can't understand you" like I do with "DirectTV". They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
I ordered visors for my car, they came damaged. I sent them pictures on their request. Their response was the dented molding and crack on one of the visors wasn't enough damage to constitute a return. Basically buy their overpriced cheap crap at your own risk. As we all know people who assesserise their cars don't put damaged accessories on their cars. I threw them in the garage. People please don't deal with these dishonest creeps. Pay a little more and buy a quality product from the dealer.

I stopped my online order at check out when I was being charged for shipping on a 300.00 item and the tax they charged me was 3.00 more than my city tax code collected.
I went to Amazon got free shipping and was charged the correct amount of tax.
10 minutes later these guys called me and tried to sell me the product. They then emailed me asking me to buy the product and gave me a 12.00 coupon but still charged me shipping and the wrong amount of tax.
Approach with low expectations and be prepared to not understand there language.
I bought an item through CARiD however I needed to cancel the order soon after i purchased it after checking my banking account. I called their customer service to cancel my order and they answered right away. They were very friendly and helpful, and they gave me a full refund.
Ordered a bumper that I needed in a hurry. I was told it would ship from a location an hour away from me within 48 hours and would receive it inn3 to 5 business days.
Called after two days and was then told part would not ship for another 10 days. Asked to cancel and was given a hard time about a refund.
Terrible business practices and will be following up legally in any way I can. Stay away from them.

If I could have given them a 0 for customer service I would have. Long story short, I ordered a tire/wheel package. I received 4 damaged wheels due to the wheel weights falling off and rattling around in the packaging. I also figured out that they shorted me on the TPMS sensors. They would not do anything about either issue. Do not buy anything from these typical Jersey ***holes.

My questions were answered and I was on my way to purchase the item after clicking on a link that was sent to me. I look forward to doing business with Carid in the near future!
carid.com is the absolute worst. They are dishonest thieves. I ordered some wood trim for my car and I even spoke to a carid.com rep on the phone. He assured me that I would recieve the product in 5 to 7 days. After two weeks I still did not receive the product. When I enquired about it they said it was back ordered and they will ship it in another 10 days. Guess what? I still have not recieved the product and I have been asking for a refund ever since but so far they seem to be ignoring me. Save yourself the stress, do not order anything from carid.com
This company is a fraud. I ordered a clock radio 12/01/2014 over the phone and they confirmed it was in stock. I asked several times to triple ck the product for verification and was told they were available. I called on 12/7/14 to ck the status and was told it would be shipped on 12/10/14 - and they were showing 2 in stock. Today 12/9/ I received an email it would ship January 25th 2015. Absolutely a crooked group of individuals with little chance of success keeping their doors open. Avoid dealing with this company in any manner.

This is not the first time I order something from CARiD. This time I need just one rim. I called and talked to Chad who is not even work in the wheel/ tire department.
