“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Ive used car id over the past few years. I usually call in to place my order and the reps are always helpful. I receive what i ordered pretty quickly, including freight items. Its a pretty straight transaction so i have no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to order again in the future.

I recently ordered a few parts through www.carid.com, but was looking into military discounts with the company. I called their customer support line and got Rebeca, in a few minutes she was able to apply my discount and give me the simple instructions I needed to follow to finish up my order!

Ordered the wrong item due to lack of description and no picture... and Wendy listened* to my issue, researched it & agreed with me -instead of just quoting the return policy to get me off the phone. Really appreciated that! Way to go Wendy! Becuz of you -I'll remain a happy customer!

Go absolutely anywhere, but to CARiD. Every website is cheaper, every ship time is faster, every shipping cost is cheaper. Don't waste time on this second hand money scam website. Get the part number and search else where.

I chatted with Bryan online from the CARid website to verify the exhaust I was interested in worked for my truck. He followed up with me ensuing it would. He was very helpful in answering all my questions.

Sold me a defective tire. Tire has marks where it was defective and my tire installer said that they knew it was bad and sold it to me anyway.
Will not refund as by the time I finally got around to it the 30 days had passed. I never even put it on my car and they won't let me even pay to ship it back to inspect that it still has the original nubs on the tire. What do you expect from a company out of New Jersey.

After some period of time they did refund me the money, it wasn't a very pleasant experience to get to that point to there credit in the end they did refund me, I'm happy for that. Look for photos on my first review.

Carid is not a trustworthy company they send out parts that dont even come close to fitting and refuse to refund the money when confronted about there error they will send you another order that wasnt any better than the first if you follow there reviews the have a long history of doing this not refundeing money for parts they have shipped and had returned to them i would recomend looking for a more honest co to deal with. A class action lawsuit might help get them on the honest side of the bussines world

I ordered a car mask and steering wheel cover for my automobile and they where a perfect fit. CARiD is the online car accessories dealer I know I can count on. I will defiantly use them again when ordering accessories for my cars.

Was assisted by a fantastic young lady with a eastern european accent, sorry but i forgot her name. She quickly had the proper item for my vehicle found and explained the policies including returns in full dtail. A fast and painless transaction. Rims purchased just before Covid pandemic. Received when NYS was essentially shut down. They sat in my garage for over a month. When finally put on 3 or 4 rims were damaged. Company refuses acknowledge issue because it's been over 30 days; even with a pandemic going on. Disappointing customer service. Paid over 2K for damaged goods.

Ordered wheels on the 20th of April. Email the next day said ship date to be the 28th. I called to say that wont't work and was told by Denise they had to be drilled. Lie #1. Tried the next day to cancel the order and was told it was non refundable due to it being a special order.? Standard Chevy wheels? Lie #2. Supervisor Mark, Ext. 8036 told me yesterday another reason for non refund was they were being shipped. I asked for the tracking numbers and he said he would email me. Never got them. Lie #3 Today all it says is "processed" Shipping date of the 28th. All liars. Crappy service. Rude. On hold a minimum of 20 minutes each call. Something needs to seriously be done to make this company accountable.

Got the wrong parts. Carid is blamming it on the Lippert components. Sent pictures to Carid but no one there looks at them. I called again today and was told that Lippert Components is not answering their phone or response to an email. Sounds like the run around. They will take your money with out a problem but has no need to solve a customers problems very fast. If you order something and get it that is good but when something is wrong you lose.

I ordered a Set of Wheels & Tires and Customer Service was great. The ordering process went very smoothly and the item actually shipped several days ahead of what was scheduled. That is where the feel good part ends and the UPS frustration starts. Everything was going great and I was checking the Tracking daily to make sure there were no "issues" along the way. The day prior to the delivery day, I looked at the tracking for each item, two were in my Local UPS hub ready for delivery. But, the other two were now listed as "Exception". I contacted UPS and they told me one of the two items was now scheduled for delivery today, but unsure what the status of the second is. Now I'm sitting at Home with two Wheels & Tires, unable to do anything except to wait and hope the others arrive soon. Please offer more than UPS as the Shipping choice in the future as some like myself would rather pay a little extra than deal with that inept Company...

Not helpfull during ordering, ship time was long and you have to fight w them if your missing items. Horrible company to buisness with, to top it off i gave them a second chance and same exact issues!

Ordered 4 TPMS worth $179 for my car on Monday and got the package on Wednesday. Price was good and shipping was quick. But to my surprise they shipped the wrong parts. They sent me wheel bearing retainer clip worth $12.24. I called the customer service line 4 times and they are always too busy so you have to leave a number and they never call you back. Wouldn't send me the correct part until the part I have is sent back. Piss poor customer service, even got a hold of the manager who was no help... never again. Stay away..."

I ordered a new set of wheels and tires through CARiD last month and despite them taking much longer to ship then they claimed (over 3 weeks) they eventually came in and I was pleased. That was until I drove my car with my new set of tires. Whenever my car was accelerating around 35 mph and below the whole car would bounce up and down violently. I took it to Tuffy where they removed the tires and concluded that they looked at the date and concluded they were very old and had been sitting on a shelf causing them to warp. CARiD sent me these tires knowing that they were bad, they are not to be trusted.

I bought a 2006 toyota tundra to haul our furnature and things with, the key fob was just about shot! I looked at CARid's site and found a new key fob with new silicone buttons and all I had to do is transfer the circuit board with battery and I was back in business! The online order went smooth, I received an email that my order was shipped & it was here 2 days earlier than expected! Thanks for the great service!

I ordered a product from carid. The pre sales rep was extremely helpful. He helped me find the correct item for my van. Waited 2 months, no shipment, 3 months later i get an alert that the package was delivered. No package, called customer service... took another month for them to research and send me out another item. A month-ish later, received shipment - damaged, half the order, pieces missing. I sent the item back to carid and asked them to ship me a new item. 3 weeks later, no word from them, I called to get a status - The processed my card for a refund. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN.
