“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Jamie was very helpful and thorough in assisting me with my order. I was also happy with the speed at witch I received the goods. The only issue I had was that the shipping info was not updated and I didn't receive a email regarding that status. Also, when I called to speak to an agent regarding shipment details I was on hold in for a long time. With that being said, when I was finally connected to the agent she was very helpful and got all the information I needed to track my order.

Their call you back service don't call you back and when I asked for refund was left on hold for 1 hour. I was planning on waiting for my back ordered part until that happened... he then informed me they were the only supplier nation wide... wrong... im not stupid

I ordered a set of pretty well discounted wheels on 11/28/19. On 12/16/19 they notified me that they had no more of them in stock. I asked if they could ship me a similar set at the same price or that same set in a different size and they refused. Instead they tried to up sell me. Then on 12/31/19 without notifying me they refunded me and stopped replying to my emails.

Carid is one of the best auto parts suppliers with high quality and reduced rate. I have bought many parts such as brake pad and rotor, air filter and batteries and everything looks wonderful. It is one of the best place to shop in for auto parts.

I am very pleased with CARiD.com. They have great prices and good products. I had a question during my checkout, and the online chat feature worked great, the assistant was attentive and corrected everything with my order very quickly and professionally. I will certainly use CARiD.com again.

Ivette answered all my questions and was very kind and sweet. They do recognize and offer discounts to service men and women as well as first responders!

Make sure you do your research before ordering anything from them. Get OEM part numbers and verify your VIN numbers! Ask questions, save your receipts and emails! I will continue to order from them!

Good customer service. Love the price match guarantee. Was disappointed that I paid for and then waited almost a month for headlights to be shipped that, when the time came for them to be shipped, the "expected shipping date" was extended by another month. Ended up cancelling that order and buying the headlights elsewhere.

So I know little about cars but the sales person was patient with me and found me exactly what I needed despite my not describing it with the correct terms. He did this professionally, switftly, without talking down to me (as a confirmed non-car person), AND savedme money! I totally shop here again!

I have been waiting for a month for wheels and tires that I ordered. I called and tried to cancel the order they said they already shipped. I called twice to talk to a manager and waited both times an hour and no one ever picked up the phone. I wish I had found this site before I spent so much money.

Dealt with rep Diana she was phenomenal. Aside from being sincere and kind she was attentive and knowledgeable about the product (which I was surprised about devise it's not an everyday item) she was helpful and answered any and all of my questions and concerns with honest knowledgeable answers.

So far this has been one of the best experiences when it comes to dealing with car parts! I was unsure of the products fitting my truck, I contacted CARiDs help support and Laura was thorough and had a lot of knowledge concerning the parts I acquired about! I definitely will be using them again!

I attempted to order a small item on line and it said it could not be shipped to Canada. I called and while I was on hold, I chatted with a lady at Carid and she confirmed that it could not be shipped to Canada. Just hung up and got a call back and a guy looked at doing it manually to get it to work. He could not also. He gave me a phone number *******436 and said the guy would ship that time to me.

That is customer service way and beyond what I expected for sure. Thanks for the help out

Defective Injectors 2.0

I would like to say that I did receive a response from Carid and I have sent the 6 injectors back on the promise that I would be refunded.

I would hope that they would look at the customer service experience I had and make changes. Being passed around to several people saying the same thing sounds like they do not care and will not even try to help you. I should not have to post a bad review to get a refund for faulty injectors. I should not have to be a videographer either. Why would I want to send back the injectors if they worked properly. I see no motivation for me to lie to get a refund if they worked and did not leak, None.

I purchased 6 fuel injectors for my 1979 Datsun 280Zx from Carid. They were remanufactured. Right away when I installed them a couple of them were leaking. I took the car apart and sent an email to get the problem rectified. I bought 2 new injectors and sent back the two leaky injectors for core deposit as I kinda blamed myself for the problem.
Got the two new ones and installed them all again. You must take the whole fuel system apart to get one out as they are all on a rail and its not an easy task. Covid hit and months go by and I just decided that I would buy some new injectors. Thinking since they had problems right off the bat refund qwould be easy.
When I contacted Carid, they wanted a video showing the problem. I did not have one. They said too bad and that was the end after I asked several ways and emailed with a few people at the customer service dept.

Suggest that you find your injectors( and buy new ones) from elsewhere that has customer satisfaction as their main goal as this does not seem to be the case here ay Carid.

Ordered mud flaps for Ford Edge for the front and rear and received both at different times but in a short time. I am very happy with the person I ordered from and would order, and probably will, order again.

I looked online for some parts I needed for my truck. I contacted a website named Carid through customer service. I needed a price match and wow did I get it. Kirsty from Carid was outstanding. Kirsty gave me a quote with what I needed at the best possible price. Awesome.

I called to ask for the military discount. The associate that answered my call (Will) was very polite and helpful. He helped me through the process and provided me with the new price after my military discount. Great customer service.

Getting the correct information to make a purchase is what sold me. Needing to know that product received will fit and perform to satisfaction. Was willing to spend the time to make certain of my purchase. The wheels look great.

Ordered an in stock product 2/5, two led tail lights. I called 2/11 and was told it was scheduled for shipping that day. I received an email on 2/12 that it was shipped. Product was shipped on 2/13. To be delivered on 2/17. I hope it arrives in good shape. Worse thing was no communication.

Tip for consumers:
Some good prices if your not in a hurry and don't care about communication.

Ordered A/C parts on Aug. 2nd and was told they would arrive by the 5th or 6th. On the 5th one box arrived with one line.As of today the 12th still no parts. When I called I was told it had not been shipped yet. They are just a web site with no parts and have everything drop shipped from someone else. Customer service is as bad as their shipping. Today I spoke with a so called supervisor Lea rude and I suspect a lair. She told me she reports to the president. RIGHT! I have use many other sites with good luck, but will never use them again.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them! There are many others that give much better service and are more interested in helping you.

I should it know when they offer me a really good deal. They will sell you anything and assure that what you are buying is right for your car. They sell for other merchants and don't care of what you getting, and forget about returns. If you return an item, you will lose the item and your money. Scamers!

if the deal is too good, it really is. Foreign scamers.

This Company is a fraud! I ordered an item that was never shipped. I asked for a refund. I never received it. They claim that I was refunded to an old hacked credit card that was closed for years! I still never got my refund from them. This is a terrible and dishonest fraud of a Company! BEWARE! STAY AWAY!

Never again will I order from carid.com. They sent me a partial order and never notified me that the rest of my order was on back order. I was told they would be available the next day, but called that next day and was told I would have to wait 13 days for the part to back in stock and another 3-5 business days for it to get to me all while they have my payment in full. Spoke to a supervisor and was offered 20 dollars back on my order or a 25 dollar gift card. Definitely not a good experience the supervisor was rude and not helpful at all basically told me to cancel and return what I received and order somewhere else which is very unprofessional. The supervisors name was Stacey Williams.

Don't try to return anything. It is a nightmare and when something is damaged they don't own it and pass it off to the manufacturer. This company is a middleman that drop ships and does not own any issue that might come up from shipping or when an item is received damaged or incorrect fit.

I was interested in purchasing mats for my Escalade, but was concerned about the proper fit and cutouts. I called and spoke with Edward who assured me that the mats would be compatible with my existing trim. And, if not, then a return would be available. This solidified my decision to purchase from CARiD. I liked the knowledge and customer service. The mats are great.
