“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

After 60 days, CARID claims to be beholden to their suppliers since they only function as a direct shipper with no responsibility for returns. I will never do business with this company again. Zero credibility.

Waiting on my returned exchanged Bull Push bar that came damaged. After an exchange and BS a new one went out UPS ground. No expedited shipping to customer. Should have it Tuesday. Let's see how this one comes. Last chance to make it right finally.

Ive ordered twice within a week! These guys are amazing and even more so because they give discounts to first responders! Both Reps I have spoken to were very knowledgeable! Ill be back to order again soon!

Terrible customer service! Took two weeks to receive order it was incomplete missing a Front brake rotor. Got nothing but run around and headaches a month later I still don't have the part that I need after talking with three different employees and keeping me on the phone for an hour each time! They have my money and did not give me all the parts I was due. Absolute robbery! So far no call back from manager just a run around stalling had to buy a missing router from another company to complete the job. Employees were totally unapologetic. Never again!

Sorry to hear about all the miss fortunes, but im glad i read the reviews before i ordered anything from this two bid hack company. Has anyone found a good after market vehicle parts place that will ship to canada?

I was actually pretty surprised to get a call from the rep Sonia at the first place. I was just putting an item in the cart and then she called asking if she could help with anything. Then she provided me with 5% off coupon via email after the call and confirmed there would not be any other fees. I am happy that CARiD has such an effective and friendly customer service group. Definitely gonna come back for more parts to make my car better. Thank you!

Hello,

What a joke of a company. I paid over $100 for a set of custom car floor mats. When they didn't fit, every barrier known to man was thrown out by them. First, a day after receiving them, they are contacted and they ask what exactly is wrong. Fine. Next, what is VIN? Surprised they didn't then ask what color car was. After weeks of " we're looking into it" email replies, they say: " You waited too long to notify us"! I am not making this up.
It is impossible to reach CEO's office-- that should immediately tell you all you need to know. Any reputable company would want to know when and how they fell short. Instead one after another foreign person who barely speaks clear English telling me they sent the correct product.

Total waste of time and money.

I made an order (floor mats) for my wife's Cayenne August 18 and due to some reasons right in 10 minutes we decided to cancel this order. A month has passed but I still haven't got my refund in full. Carid always saying wait 2-3 business days and blablabla. Never will buy from them again.

Placed order June 12 for 4 chrome-clad wheels; SEVEN wheels later and I only have THREE good ones. Three arrived damaged and one was the wrong one! Poorly packaged-no bubble wrap or styrofoam-just placed in box and taped closed. No "handle with care" or "fragile" labels either. It is now Aug. 17 and still waiting for fourth good wheel! Customer service is powerless to alter shipping procedures- they are middlemen only. They just keep sending wheels and I keep sending them back. I am getting to know my UPS driver quite well! Absolutely ridiculous and easily prevented with 50 cents worth of packing materials and some stickers! Order# *******

So I've ordered a few items this year for my new scion tc. Most of which I received with little issue. However I ordered halogen fog lights, they arrived damaged twice. And I've trying to return what was supposed to be a carbon fiber hood wrap since August. I don't even know how many COD charges I've had to pay not to mention UPS' duty fees... still waiting to hear back from you Carid.com. Also, my wife had tried to deal with you and has been completely dismissed. Poor business model.

I purchased a bumper cover for my 1998 Mercedes SL 500 shipping and service was as promised. They have a 30 day return policy.
I was having the car painted and minor body work done it took me 4 months to finish. The cover was over 2 inches too wide.
We all know these bumpers don't grow but Carid would not back the product

Purchased car seat covers 800$ charge on credit card. 230$ from ups customer service representative was uneducated on every aspect of the call said we have to pay to return it and pay the 120$ shipping charge! Second time this company has added hidden fees sending carseat covers in 3 different packages 80$ each box it's theft

I called to check prices on part for my Cadillac, representative was rude, had Loud Hispanic music playing in background. When I told him I wanted to call back after checking with my mechanic's availability, he asked for my credit card info, then made sarcastic comments and hung up. I advise anyone, be aware, this company does not present themselves as a reputable company.

Extremely pleasant customer service representatives. That's where I stop with good things to say. Ordered a grill guard which obviously is a large/heavy package. Repeatedly processed wrong item. Had to return myself since they would not pick it up. Also ordered wind/rain deflector for my sun roof. Doesn't fit even thought they repeatedly confirmed this was the correct item for my vehicle. Lastly they shipped the grill guard in my father's name. Although we share the same last name, I have absolutely no idea where they got his name from considering he's been deceased for 10 years. I wish -2 was one of the overall rating options.

While looking for an aftermarket exhaust for my vehicle. CARID was the best place to purchase. I did some price comparisons, but no other online retailer could compete. Im very pleased at the service they provided and happy that they appreciate our county's military service members.

Buy elsewhere! Dealing with this company and trying to get what you ordered is a nightmare. Live chat can never tell you anything, they don't respond to emails, and you wait for at least 30 min. Anytime you have to call. Better hope you like what you get, returns are almost impossible. I think they farm out shipping from somewhere else. Takes 24-48 hours to even get an email that tells you what return shipping will be. Items listed on their website as in stock never come, so when you call it's "oh sorry that's out of stock"? Would never do business with them again!

I bought the struts for my car, I have looked every where (included local auto parts) But no one who can not beat the carid.com. It is good service, quality parts and price cheaper than all stores I shopped

Sent late and missing parts, 10/10 would recommend shopping else where. Over priced from competitors who gave an accurate time frame for delivery, have it from the manufacturers shipping nots they never requested the tracks to go with the cross bars. I am very disappointed offered a very minimal refund and half of it was in a gift card so I'm forced to shop with them again

Ordered a $90 bike rack and was given an estimated delivery of one month. Item did not arrive in time so cancelled the order. After more than a dozen or more calls to customer service and being placed on hold or hung up on, someone finally responded to my request for refund, but still no refund. Today I checked and now it looks like instead of a refund they debited my account again for $90. I've never dealt with a more incompetent business,. Should get O stars, Stay away!

Beware! I ordered an aftermarket hood. The hood arrived with package looking OK top of hood was fine. When I flipped hood over to install I noticed that they had bolted wood to the bottom of hood into threaded mounting holes. The bolt was ripped out of hood causing threads to be ruined and a 1 inch hole in hood. Called Car id immediately, was placed on hold for thirty five minutes. After that all I got was a run around, tons of time on hold and told sorry nothing we can do! They are very well practiced at hiding behind the volumes of fine print in their disclaimers. They showed no interest in solving my issue! Terrible customer service, very dissatisfied will NEVER purchase from them again.
