“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

I ordered middle and rear mufflers for Mercedes from Carid. I received just the rear one. They didn't send middle muffler to me but charge me for it (shipping and taxes total for both mufflers $180). Moreover they refused refund for absent muffler ($130) and shipping cost and offered just a partial (about 50%) compensation. After PayPal dispute Carid agreed return money if I return the item(s) associated with this transaction. It means I have to return both mufflers(The mufflers are already installed. The middle muffler I bought from CarPartsDiscount.) Beware this company and it's service. Never Carid, never Again!

Ordered wheels and lug nuts. They sent the wrong lugnuts and I have been a week waiting on the correct ones. They told me today they are not sure if the lug nuts have been shipped to me or not. I said can you tell me when they will arrive! Their Response "I don't have that information" What kind of operation is this... I should send this stuff back...

So they advertise low prices, looks good right? Not if the part they send to you is broken and can't be used. That is what they did to me, twice... they want UPS to review the package, the package was fine. The part that was broken off, was not in the box. If it was the shippers fault, the broken part would still be in the box. So someone at CardID sent a broken part to me. My car has been down a week, now to make a claim, it will be another week to get this, hopefully, resolved. I don't have a lot of hope. Stay away from them, they want to take your money, send broken parts, and hope you go away.

We ordered a Toyota replacement mirror. We followed the instructions, but the mirror was so cheap the glass immediately shattered when it was pressed on in the center, per the instructions. They will not return our money and are stating we ordered the wrong part. The part is cheap!

Order wheels and tires for them first not de delivery on time 2nd That was damaged also the drill out the wrong bolt Patterin had to fighting with them argument. They would not let me send back the merchandise they professional robbers they don't want to help you after you pay for your item give you a hard time.

Very responsive and helpful vendor. I mistakenly ordered the wrong part and CSR gave me helpful advice for getting the part I wanted even though not currently offered by the vendor and they were super helpful and clear about returning the product. Product condition and quality were excellent.

I usually order parts on line. I decided to call in and my sales Associate was a gentleman named Alex. He was very knowledgeable about products. Also was easy to deal with on all of my order. Needless to say I will call in for now on to order all my parts from Carid and Alex.

I ordered a spoiler for my 2004 911 Carrera. After four days of inquiries, I was told it will be shipped on this day. When I emailed to inquire shipment, the rep was unable to tell me whether it was shipped from the warehouse or not.

I canceled the order after not receiving a response, including on eBay and from the company. Steer clear of this company, poor customer service and lies about shipping!

What a horrible place. I placed an order on Friday and the website stated that if I place the order within the next 2 hours it would ship the same day... it did not. Was charged on Saturday and when I chatted with them on Monday the customer rep had no idea if the item had shipped or not... I am not kidding they really did not know. This place is a front, they order from third parties and have no idea where the orders are and when you will get them. I requested a cancellation and they will not respond. This place is out of control. I will write to the BBB and contact the credit card company. You can also contact your State Attorney General because they handle internet fraud cases.

This is my 2nd purchase with this company. The 1st one was just fine back in 2015. This particular purchase has been a pain in my side. Fred and Kevin Ng were my customer reps and neither advised me about the tire pressure monitoring system. As an uninformed customer, this is something that should have been communicated during my purchase to ensure the right fit with my make, model and year of my SUV. I reached to out to Kevin Ng through email and phone for assistance after my wheels are delivered and attempts to install, but was totally ignored. Phone calls not returned and emails were dismissed. As I write this review, it has been 3 weeks since I ordered my wheels and they still are not installed. It takes the general customer service department 2-3 days to respond to my inquiries. Not good and this is my last time purchasing from this company.

I ordered a tailgate for my truck and it never got delivered to my house it supposedly sat at fedex for 3 days then it got returned to these scam artist carid but they still charged me and i have to go somewhere else for a tailgate if your reading this you will have a bad exsperience dealing with these clowns.

I ordered front and rear floor mats for my son's car. I received the two for the front, but only one for the rear. I telephoned the company and spoke to two representatives after holding for too long. There offer was a $15gift card. That was fine. But they want to charge me over$13 for shipping and taxes. On a $13 item. Now this was there mistake and they wanted me to pay what the one item cost in fees. I told them no thanks. Then the representative placed me on hold and said his supervisor said pay $10. Again I said no thanks. What has happened to customer service? If I had made the mistake I would have paid period! But it's on them. There shipping fees are way too high. Please becareful when ordering from this company. I'm going Amazon...

The customer service was fantastic! I was not happy with the shipping fee as it was more then 4 of my items individually. My order wasn't small ($425). The company gave an insulting %5 off. Unfortunately and upset I didn't place my order. Once again though Elijune's attention and fast replies were awesome. Overall I'm not happy because I wanted buy from this company.

I ordered a p/s pump which was wrong so I called and they said the correct one was not available. Was ok with that and sent the wrong one back. After a month I have yet to get a refund. Live and learn I guess..

When I called for help I talked to Stephen and he was very helpful on helping me on finding a part. And the thing is he knew what he was talking about. And that means a lot to me because I know how important it is to get good service these days because I was a part sales person for navistar international for 25 years.

Had a chance to talk to Amanda over the live chat. She was friendly and considerate. What I noticed was different about Carid customer service was whilst I was chatting with Amanda about a product, she was able to make necessary changes to my shopping cart. So after the chat, I didn't have to go and make those changes, the cart was all set.

I just bought a head lights combertion kit for a tacoma and this kit is really bad
Be advised people to buy front this company. Cause I and trying to get a refund and this guy are saying can't be refunded.

They put a signature delivery restriction on my purchase which caused me a huge hassle for delivery. They refused to release this restriction and i still am working on getting my delivery. I will never use this site again

I bought the custom seat covers for my 2013 Camaro convertible. First the black that they use looks like dark blue with the top down and looks odd with the real black that is in the car. Second the cutout for the round button for the seat belt holder strap must have been done by Stevie Wonder with a dull butter knife because it it 3x larger than the button and there is no chance of tucking it behind anything. I just sewed it up and it looks stupid. Then like an idiot I bought the rear seat covers because I wanted them to match (at least) and they sent me the covers for a non-convertible. Like a moron I was busy and I left them in the box and by the time I went to put them on and realize that the seat cover had way more holes for the seatbelt... it was past their 30 day time limit and they only offered me a $25 gift card against another purchase with them. Yeah right, I'll buy something from CarID when hell freezes over.

I have ordered from CARiD several times. One of the times I had a problem with the order. A call to the customer service quickly resolved the problem. Very courteous and helpful. In my book the customer service is top drawer.

I keyed in the specifics for my vehicle and their site showed me the center console covers for that specific vehicle. I select one and ordered it. When the item came in, it was 5 inches too narrow for my truck.

When I called to return it, I was told that the part that I ordered was a universal part and there were no free returns. They wanted to charge me $ 12.95 return fee for a $ 14.00 part. Then said that it was my fault that I order the universal part. When I asked them why they showed me a universal part when I asked for items that would fit my specific vehicle, the sail it was my fault. I should not have picked a universal part.

Very dishonest company.

I received my hitch damaged and I contacted them the first day and they said they would do a return, been waiting over a week and contacted them twice and they keep saying to wait 3 days for the return to be processed but nothing is being done.

I purchased some aftermarket headlights a while ago thinking that my headlight bulbs I currently had would be bright enough to work together but they turned out not to be bright enough. Tried to find some LED lights that would work but could not find the right size. Asked customer service with carid.com and they asked if I be patient while they looked up the info before they actually looked up the info. I agreed to be patient and they promptly looked up the info and proceeded to give me a link to said item with a coupon on top of it. Then proceeded to ask if there's anything else they could help me with.
