“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

This site is great, there are so many different items on here. The only thing I don't like is that certain vehicles don't have certain parts, like I drive a 2018 Dodge Journey but can't get the LED's for the wheels. Other than that this is an excellent site

Been going back and forth with CARiD for 3 months to return a seat cover purchased for a company truck. We ordered a rear seat cover. We received a front seat cover. It was obvious that it was the wrong cover but for weeks they insisted it was the right cover after we emailed them pictures they finally relented and agreed to return the item but have not / will not send a return label or RMA number for the return. Every time we call customer service, they tell us there's nothing they can do because it's being handled by their "back office" group. It's not being handled at all that's the problem!

Had one part inaccurately labeled as being compatible with my vehicle, company refused to admit fault on their part. Had second part come dead on arrival, company is refusing to believe part doesn't work.

II recently attempted to make another purchase from CARID.COM. Unfortunately the website was giving me a little trouble with promotional prices and adding a gift card to the sale. I called and got Giovanni as my CSR. He was able to find the part I needed and add the gift card to the sale all within a minute. Quick, easy and knowledgeable. 5 STARS!

I ordered a new set of wheels and tires that on their website claim to be in stock 3 weeks ago $2300 and I cannot get ahold of any of these people. If it is in stock why is it taking so long to ship? Is this some sort of false advertising?

I ordered a bull bar for my 2019 Silverado on December 30,2019 with a delivery date of January 2,2020. I was kind of expecting the delivery date being pushed back a day or two because of the new year holiday. I first reached out to carid.com on January 2,2020 to explain that i understand that the holiday may have pushed things back a day or two but that I would like an update on my order as for that carid.com had already took the money off my card. Later that evening I got response stating that carid.com had contacted the manufacturer to get a tracking number and to allow 24 hours for them to have any more information about my order. To make a long story short, it seems to be that the people that run carid.com has no clue as to what they are doing and will tell you anything to try and appease you.

Great customer service so far, helped me with issues on ordering a visor and even gave me a discount when it wasn't even there fault. Order has shipped on time so ive ordered more stuff! No complaints so far just good customer service and lots of coupons! Just check them out CARID.COM

Absolutely terrible I ordered two tail lights and they were ships from the same location same delivery service and they get here on different days. Why weren't they ship together in one package what a waste of money on their end, and a waste of my time

I had been struggling to find a part for my car and came across CARiD, Brandan from their team quickly helped me and got me a great price delivered to my door in the same week. Competitors were double the price and 3 times the delivery. Great experience all the way around.

They sent the wrong part to me when i finally got a hold of someone to return it they took 3 days to send the return authorization and then told me they were not sending the right part until they received the other one back... so basically i paid for a part then had to wait 3 weeks to see if they send the right one... when i tried to cancel the exchange and get my money back they told me i have to wait another week to receive my money back

If you need to return something... good luck. I recieved a damaged rear window, over 2 weeks before they sent another one. UPS never even delivered the second one because it was damaged. I requested a refund and it has been 2 weeks and still no refund.

Had some issues with one of the parts I ordered that was defective and then had to return some headlights that I was not fond of upon arrival. Customer Service has been very helpful in the process of the return and the exchange. Would recommend.

I have heard of CARiD before but had a chance to buy from them. I was lead to their site due to a discussion in a forum which mentioned they have good prices. I went to their site and used their chat function to inquire about the item I was interested in. I go to talk to Amanda who provided excellent service which led me to buy - I was just browsing first. I will surely check with CARiD in the future.

Kayla with customer service was very helpful in finding the correct car seats for my car. She also advised me that the seats would not be delivered until after the 25th which I appreciated by her calling and asking the manufacture. Although I will not have my car seat covers before xmas it's ok because I know she helped to ensure I receive the correct ones.

I ordered a part from them and everything went fine until it came to shipping. The idiot in carids shipping department typed my address wrong and the part was then sent to another house where the people gladly accepted it. On my part the address was typed correctly but they totally messed it up. I began calling and calling and nobody ever answered, emailed and nobody replied. Awful company with idiots in the shipping department. Lost a $100 part.

Will never answer phone, recording says they will call you back. But never return calls. Need to return core, but can never get authorization to return core. Never used to be this bad, before. Are there new owners that do not care.

Called to order my item was quick and easy. I had the item # ready and all I had to do was tell the person (Max) and it was as easy as that. Highly suggest doing that! I'll I'm waiting for is my order and we are done! Max was very helpful and it was painless to do. Thanks!

Been trying to contact customer service for 4 day to cancel a order that is backordered for possible 2 months, did not say that when i ordered. Now they took the money and say the order is processed.
And still i can not talk to a person, just sit and listen to the stupid guy tell jokes.
Please dont do business with them.

Set of Mickey Thompson rims (4) $874- took three weeks to arrive... Open the box to only discover the wrong offset (-12) for my new Toyota Tacoma, makes it look like a "pimp mobile" (no offense to pimps) No install kit or valve stems were included as required. (Carla Rodriguez Clown #1) tells me I have to photo and document all aspects of the incorrect fit and vin# of the truck... WTF, are you kidding me. I return ship the 4 rims for $246.75 (registered mail) and open a "Paypal dispute"... Two months later, 14 emails and 8 phone calls to Mark Tuttle (Clown #2) still nothing. Will not return calLs, Emails Or voice msg's... HOW $#*!ED AM I...

Julia and Kristy were the two people that helped me out. They were very patient, very helpful and superfast when it come replying to my emails. Something that doesn't happen. Ordered a metal hood for a Gbody car, received damaged, which was not realized until the interior box was opened. The exterior box was fine, delivery driver would not stay on site to wait for the exterior box to be opened. CARiD blames the shipper, the shipper blames CARid. Me the consumer ends up with a piece of junk! Do not buy from CARid!

Tip for consumers:
After posting this review, I received a response from Carid to resolve this issue. Mila assisted quickly to refund in full my purchase in full.

Due to the peculiarities of the damage claim, the box and the part inside must be inspected upon delivery and signed as damaged if any harm is located. This is the only way for us to submit the damage claim with the shipping carrier and proceed with either refund or replacement for you with no questions asked. The information about freight delivery is also shown during the order processing as pop up disclaimer. If this condition is not met, we can no longer process a damage claim with the shipping carrier. Such a claim would be denied since there is no way to validate if the damage was caused in transit or during installation.
