“Trailer mirrors”

The mirrors did not stay on the self adhesive foot pads and after you get the mirror in the proper position you have to crank them down really tight and once you want to release the tension you end up using a large screw driver to pry them loose-don't know how long they will last under that condition-second time I have used them-quite pricy-I like them when in use.

Ordered part. Didn't fit. CARiD says it's correct, but it's not. Wanted to return for full refund but was told about restocking fee and shipping fee, basically only getting $10 back on a $60 part that clearly did not fit...never again!

Ordered a set of rain deflectors for my car, they initally sent me the wrong size for the rear. I reached out and had to send a picture to verify and they blamed the manufacturer even though everything on their website stated opposite of what they said over the phone. I get the replacement ones in and the top of the window scrapes the deflector leaving scratches everywhere. I call them for a refund and they spin me in circles for a half hour to only tell me to call the manufacturer for installation tips. No refund was givin on an order of $100+ and they just simply ignored my request. They messed up twice and put all the blame on the "manufacturer". I just want my money back and to never deal with this company again, but know I will never get it. They are in brand new condition with the box they shipped in but they dont care!

I am updating this review, which was negative and one star, to 4 stars, because the issue has been resolved.

This was the fault of the shipper and not CariD, so I was wrong about them.

It freaked me out that CARiD couldn't track the delivery, as it said it was shipped but the shipper said it had not received the item. This made me want to cancel and get a refund, because the uncertainty made me uncomfortable, and when I was told by CARiD this couldn't be done immediately, this made me more uneasy.

In fact the item arrived, shipping box badly damaged, but the item was fine. I don't know if this was part of the issue, but the information CARiD gave me was correct and the shipper was incorrect.

So 4 stars, I'd say 5 but the inability to track a large and expensive item did cause me some stress, I hope they can fix that between them and the shipper.

CARID guaranteed fit for my Lexus IS350, however they sold me tires/wheels that do NOT fit. They rub against my fender (just the rear to be specific). When I reached out to customer service, they are very slow to respond, I had to follow up multiple times. I called and they dropped my calls. They told me to go roll my fenders and sent me a youtube clip on what needs to be done to roll my fenders. Ultimately, they told me I'm SOL. Do not buy from this place!

Ordered tail lights for my truck on 11/28 with an estimated ship date (at the time) 12/3. I never got the shipment notification so I called them on 12/7 their recording said they were open from 10-7p est on Sunday, I called in the afternoon and after hearing the hours again I was disconnected because they were closed. I facebooked them and they acted like they cared but then never responded when it was time for a response. So I called again 12/8 and was assured it would ship that day, the next day... nothing, it didn't ship until 2 days after they promised and now I've got a whole weekend to wait. UPS thinks they have my items but we will have to see...

I've been buying stuff from this Carid for years and the more I purchased from them, hoping they'll get better is the more they suck. They sent me the wrong headlights for my Cadillac EXT, wrong bulbs. After spending 45 minutes on the with them explaining I wanted to buy new rotors and brake but beg not to sell me pads that are dusty, I was told that what I'll be getting was nothing but the best.Man, did they lied to me. The brake pads are so freaking dusty and squeaks nonstop. Took my truck back to the mechanic, watched him removed and checked the pads, nothing but dust. Had to pay him again. Called up Carid and was told to take the wheels off and take pictures and send to them to troubleshoot. Now I have to pay agai. SMH. How the hell does a picture troubleshoot a squeaky sound? I'll go to AutoZone next time. CariD SUCKS

In my opinion customer service is about taking care of the things that go wrong and as we know that happens we are all human and we make mistakes this company will fix the fact that the mistake was not theirs that to me is the sign of a company that really cares about their customers I am a manager and thus is the way I run business it's great to see that there are still companies that want and act like they want you to return, Thank you very much great job

Place order, card charged. Then I am told they can't fill it the part doesn't exist anymore. But I have to CALL to cancel. I get a guy in India who can't cancel the order, ten more minutes on hold to get another guy to cancel the order. Who doesn't speak English either. But tells me he can help, but puts me back on hold for several minutes. If this is their idea of customer service, it sucks. You can't have your computer link to your inventory and see if you have the bloody parts?

Thanks for your interest, but I shouldn't have to call and be placed on hold for 10 minutes to cancel an order for an item that you no longer carry. Why your computer said that isn't germane, what is is your lousy customer service.

Ordered a tonneau that I needed for a trip. It arrived in two boxes. The tonneau itself was not damage but the rails that mount it to the bed were and it was missing hardware. I started a claim with them and got nothing but lies and changing stories. I was told they would make an exception and ship one out and put an pickup request with UPS. First they said they were going to ship out just the rails. Then the story changed to they needed to pick up both boxes and ship out two new ones even though one wasn't damaged.
BEWARE: You are not dealing with Americans or speaking with anyone in the United States when you call or email them. I will not be doing business with them any longer and I am going to post a youtube video with audio of all calls, emails, and chats so everyone can see how bad there service is. I asked multiple times to speak to someone in the United States and was told that this wasn't possible.
Save yourself the trouble an take your business elsewhere.

I gave them a 1 star only because I couldn't give them a 0. I ordered parts they came they were broken. Called them up send them back and with 2 business days the other parts will be shipped out. Is was over 10 business days till they shipped then they took twice as long to get here as they said and those parts were broken. Sending the parts back getting a full refund and never doing business with them again. Two months have passed since i ordered the first and I still don't have any parts to fix my vehicle. Very disgusted. And very poor on the companies end

I ordered a part from this company. When it arrived it was the wrong part. I called for an exchange. They requested photos of the part, I sent them. Two weeks later and about a dozen back and forths, they finally decided my request was valid and sent me and RMA form and return shipping label. Two weeks after that I inquired about my replacement part. They assured me that the manufacturer had not gotten back with them. I contacted the manufacturer myself and got the proper part located and ordered in about 5 minutes. I called CARiD back to cancel the order and get a refund. They stated it would be 24-72 hours before receiving a refund. Well that was about two weeks ago and I just received an email informing me of product shipment. Now they can not cancel or refund my money because this is a special order from the manufacturer.

Terrible business. Will NEVER use them again.

I ordered a set of chrome wheels and tires for my car. I placed my order over the phone with a representative named Jeremey. He was very helpful in getting me what I needed for my particular installation. My wheels had to be shipped from the manufacturer and he helped me to do that. He was able to answer all of the questions that I had. It was a professional transaction and I would purchase again from them in the future.

I was online looking for exhaust parts for a 1991 Honda Prelude. The exhuast system had rusted off after the catalytic converter. Just searching online I found many parts but not a straight answer to what I needed. Carid.com had the system and all the parts needed for my fix at a pretty darn good price. Plus detailed schematic for this year of vehicle. Noelle helped me find the right parts, hangers and pieces I needed to save up for to complete the job. I have recommended this site to everyone that I know that wrenches on the weekends!

Upon finding a brush guard I was looking to purchase, I had called CARiD since I found another website that was offering it at a lower price. CARiD was able to match it and provide an additional discount to make the brush guard a stronger buy. The product came in on the expected arrival. Overall it was simple and easy.

A friend told me to try CARiD when I couldn't find parts for my 1987 Toyota. Daniel fielded my call and was great at tracking down everything I needed to replace my right front wheel bearing and the prices were well below what I expected to pay. My order arrived promptly and all was a proper fit.

I spent over $616.00 on an air shock for a CLS550. They got the money right away and shipped. It seemed OK so Far. Paid the mechanic to replace and then noticed that it was leaking and the car was down the next morning. I chat, sent emails with receipt, pictures and did not hear anything back for week. Called after a week, was on the phone for 45 minutes and they asked that I have to make a water test and make a video for them!. How can you make a water test on a vertical part under your car unless you drive your car into a pond!. Cutting it short, they did not honor the warranty and the new one that they have sent was worse than the one I had. I think I am going to have my mechanic put the old one back and take the matter with BBB. Do not trust them please.

Don't order anything from them, I order seat covers from them that they said would fit my make and model. I took the seat covers to a professional and clearly they did not fit. Now I'm in the process of filing several complaints against them until I recieve my Money back. They told me that seat covers are universal and that's a lie.

I see that you have great prices but I've also read all the bad reviews about you guys sending out the wrong parts... I'm scared to order from you guys and if I dO I would have to get my lawyer to do so JUST incase I run into some problems with the order... just being safe

Carid is the biggest internet scam of a company. They claim on their website that an item is in stock and when you order it, they take your money and keep telling you for several months that the item will be in next month. I waited almost five months and they kept lying to me. I finally cancelled my order and I am still waiting for my refund.
Be warned! This company is a scam and everyone who has had the same experience should report them to the BBB and anyone who is considering to buy anything from them should stay away. They will take your money and you will never see what you ordered. They give you all kinds of lies to keep you waiting and they use your money to finance their business or to keep your money without any intention to ship anything to you in hopes you will eventually forget what you ordered.

Order a spoiler, promised to shipped by a date weeks go by and still not shipped. On hold for an hour for customer service. Lady was rude and hung up on me. Requested order be canceled since they didn't ship and they refuse to cancel even though they haven't shipped the item.

I ordered 15 quarts of Motocraft Oil over the phone and paid $79.63 including shipping and taxes. A few days later, they sent an email saying they wouldn't ship my order unless I paid $41.17 more! I talked to their customer service, and they said their was a problem in their system and the price I was charged was wrong. They refused to fulfill the order. Of course, I'm not going to pay another $41 for 15 quarts of oil. That would make the price ridiculously high.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I didn't like the wheels I ordered, no return. They had not been mounted and 3 of the 4 boxes were unopened. The remain in perfect shape.
Ordering over the phone was great. I guess anyone can take orders, but when it comes to supporting their customers - horrible.
I had my credit card company, Chase Sapphire, intervene and the problem was solved in 2 minutes. Thanks for wasting an hour of my life, Manager Juan and CS rep Seirge. I still need new wheels by the way, guess where I wont be spending $1500. 00? Yep, CARID.
